Nestled in Lake Almanor, this lovely house for £125 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Two bedrooms with queen sized beds, plus living room. The price is for 2 people on bed. Two 28 inch & one 18 inch TV's, DVD player. Balcony, with chairs and small tables. Hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with complimentary coffee & decaf.coffee, some utensils. It does not have a kitchen. High speed WiFi. Located in Chester on the North Shore of Lake Almanor. Near South entrance to Lassen Volcanic National Park. All around; lakes and streams abound for water sports, hiking, fishing, hunting and more. Lake Almanor is just minutes away to launch your boat. Surrounded by 2.5-Million acres of National Forest and National Parks. In the heart of any and all outdoor mountain recreation and sports! Easy walk to market and restaurants. Sleeps 4 max. Futon and couch are for seating and not for sleeping. The listed price is for 2 persons, 1 bed,: there is an extra charge of $20. for each additional bed, or person, including children. We live and work close by, please be sure to include ALL persons who will be occupying the Lodge. It is embarrassing for all of us if we have confront you, our guest, concerning the extra people you neglected to list and pay for. The Lodge is Perfect for that week-end or weekly get-away at a fair price! During holidays 4 night stay required; Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter. The 4th of July, 3 night required. There is no wheelchair access; no elevator, stairs only. LATE DEPARTURES WILL BE CHARGED AT THE RATE OF $100.00 PER HOUR; NO PERORATION FOR MINUTES. We have been coming to Chester for years, but our family has gotten too big to all stay together. This spot was PERFECT for us! Way more room than we expected, quiet, comfortable, and so restful. We would definitely stay here again!

very nice,two bedroom suite with a nice living room area, and small kitchen area ( microwave, refrigerator, sink) this really helped out, because of my wife's food allergies, so she could prepare some meals for herself. the owners were very nice and we found our stay to be very comfortable. we were very near good restaurants and the rest of the town was easily accessible. definitely recommend.

We were visiting Lassen national Park in Sep and stayed in Chester. This place was great! It had plenty of space and a small kitchenette. It was in the heart of downtown and close to restaurants. I would definitely rent again.

Host was extremely gracious. She went out of her way to arrange for an electric kettle upon request! An electric tea kettle would be a nice addition to the great amenities. Would have been nice if there were curtains on the windows. Hard to sleep with all the gas-stations lights blaring through the windows. Also another simple but nice addition would be to add a partition to separate the bathing and toilet area from the vanity area of the bathroom. Overall a nice accommodation and experience.

The apartment was just perfect for our stay. We each had a nice bedroom with a large living room that my daughter was able to use for her out of the office work. A small kitchen area was just perfect for breakfast and lunch. Everything was spotless and the best I have ever stayed at. Diane was so accommodating even having Ron turn on their generator when the electricity went out in the whole town. If you are visiting Lassen National Park or Lake Almanor, this should be your first choice to stay.

I was able to secure a last minute reservation over the Memorial weekend for this apartment, and I'm so glad I did! Check-in and communication was a breeze and the location was perfect for the event (craft fair) I was attending. Upon entrance, there is a steep stairway that wouldn't be suitable for those with mobility issues, but once up to the top, we were greeted with a clean and welcoming abode. The kitchenette had the basics (microwave, hotel fridge/freezer, sink, coffee maker) with a nice added touch of menus, and a basket of coffee fixings. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice to step out on the balcony in the evening. Although this was right on the main street, there was still some sense of privacy, with a decent sized parking lot and tree lending space away from the street. There was also a frosty shack next door for ice cream! We would definitely stay here again!

Had a nice weekend in Almanor and enjoyed this space. Room for parking a boat and trailer. The heater kept us warm as we thawed out from a day fishing the lake. The shower had nice hot water. Complimentary coffee was pretty tasty, and the hosts are very kind people.

Words cannot describe this tremendous suite in beautiful Chester!! We rented this property for a long weekend and everything was outstanding! Our host Dianne provided excellent communication prior to our stay and during our visit with a graceful and warm welcome! The suite was super clear throughout and there was not a spec of dust! It was furnished, fitting right into the scenic Lake Alamanor/Lassen NP region. It's conveniently located in Chester. The unit has three televisions and a great living room area with a deck. We rate this property as a 5 plus!!!!

The rental was exactly as advertised and exactly what we needed for our stay. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been any simpler. Ron and Dianne made sure we were well taken care of. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Stayed for a long weekend to meet up with family friends in the Chester area. The loft is on main street within walking distance for groceries and some cute places to eat. The loft was spacious and clean. The kitchen area is not large, but we only prepared breakfasts so this wasn’t a problem. I really liked the deck that overlooked Main Street, but I didn’t expect the volume of traffic and the kid running the gas-powered leaf blower next door on the weekend mornings. There were no issues with traffic noise and sleeping as the 2 BRs were not facing Main Street. Overall I was very happy with our stay and will stay here again the next time we’re visiting the Chester area.

Very quaint and clean. Convenient location. It was nice having a separate living area from the bedrooms. Everything worked. We were very happy with our stay. We did have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the suite. It was fine for us but might be a problem for someone with physical issues.
