Waterfront! Hot Tub!! Roche Harbor Manor is nothing less than an elegant island getaway. From your first step in you’ll find beautiful tiled floors and a beautifully appointed living room with a stone surrounded propane fireplace. Look out to Neil Bay and the expansive deck for outdoor enjoyment just steps from the water's edge. Enjoy catching up with family and friends in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless appliances and granite countertops. The wonderful waterview dining room offers comfortable seating for 8. The lower level offers two bedrooms. The main level primary suite boasts waterviews along with direct deck and hot tub access (Hot tub available at no charge May through September. During the off-season, the hot tub can be made available for a fee. Call the office for off-season hot tub use), a private propane fireplace, a king sized bed, flat screen television with satellite service, and a primary bath that is sure to please. The spacious primary bath is complete with heated tile floors, dual sinks, relaxing soaking tub, and a spacious tiled shower. The second lower level bedroom is furnished with 4 twin beds. (bunkbed shown in photos has been removed) The comfort continues for the rest of your guests upstairs. Each of the two upstairs bedrooms enjoys waterviews, is furnished with a king sized bed, a flat screen television with satellite service, and has a private ensuite bathroom beautifully finished with tile and granite. One suite offers a tub/shower with tiled surround, while the other offers a spacious, tiled, walk-in shower. Also upstairs is great media room with waterview and private balcony. Read and relax or catch up on the days events watching the large, flat screen television. Explore the waterfront of Neil Bay or walk to the nearby Isthmus beach and see the boats traveling in and out of Roche Harbor. Roche Harbor Manor is about a 1 mile walk to Roche Harbor Resort. The hot tub is professionally serviced on a weekly basis. This house has Air Conditioning/ Central Air throughout. Pets are not allowed at this property. This house has good cell phone reception. The internet / Wi-fi at this house should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing. Internet Speed Test Results… Download Speed: 18.03 Mbps, Upload Speed: 6.9 Mbps, Ping: 67 ms (Average of three tests that were conducted late August/early September 2020 using SpeedCheck Pro). Perfect for our blended family of our adult children (with their spouses) and our teenager. Enough room for everyone to have their own space/privacy, but we could also all be together for meals and family time. We stocked beautiful home!

The pictures don’t do this home justice. It was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was very spacious and had anything and everything you would need for your stay. Beautiful views and we enjoyed watching the baby deer playing around the property. Would highly recommend this property!

Our daughter got married in Roche harbor. This house was perfect location and size for a big family to stay. This house was the best stocked home we have ever stayed in. The layout of the home as well as the view was amazing.

This was quite spacious with a well-equipped kitchen.
However, there was no Kleenex anywhere in the unit and with cold and damp weather, people will catch colds.
They require you to take off your shoes when you enter - this should be in the conditions of stay as most of us did not pack slippers since we were unaware of the situation. Heated floors in the master bath was nice - wish we had known about them from the start - recommend a highlight card of unusual features in the unit.
Hot tub was perfect with a nice view of the water.
Rain head in the shower drips water - need to turn it on hot first so that it doesn't drip cold water while taking an otherwise warm shower.
Wonderful views from the deck and unit of the water - saw deer, raccoon, many birds.
Blinds did not block the sun in the morning - hard to sleep once it became light.
3 king beds were very comfortable.
Outdoor beds need some weeding done occasionally. Big thistle almost blocked the entrance.
Nest thermostat didn't follow our directions
Great walk to Roche Harbor or the Mausoleum
Too many activities to use TV.
Separate hot water on sink explained why there was no teapot - once again took a couple of days to figure out.

This is our third visit to this house in Roche Harbor. Spacious, very well equipped and in a terrific location. We highly recommend this VRBO house.

What a wonderful home to celebrate a family reunion! Beautiful kitchen with everything we needed to create amazing meals; a gorgeous patio overlooking the water, and the hot tub was just perfect! The home was absolutely lovely, and we saw so much wildlife roaming around the property. Thank you for a lovely stay; I highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home with all the amenities one could want. Gorgeous view of the water. Chef’s kitchen. Three master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The “kids” room was good for adults too. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing house, amazing island!
This home was exactly as listed. Plenty of room (and towels - thank you!!) for the 9 of us. The kitchen was fully equipped (as listed) which was a joy for us. We cannot wait to come back and revisit this beautiful place!

Overall it was the perfect place to stay!! We loved the layout of the house, especially the large kitchen; the style of the house was very comfortable; there were plenty of kids activities for our three little ones, ages 4, 3, and 2; and the adults all enjoyed the hot tub after the kids were in bed!!! It is also a very convenient location for a quick drive down to Roche Harbor Marina and easy drive to everywhere else on the island....Friday Harbor, sheep farm and Lime Kiln Park.
The few things that could have used a bit more attention....there was a wind storm on Monday, we arrived on Thursday and it still looked like they could have used a blower to clean away some additional debit dropped by all the surrounding trees. Also, the master shower has what appears to be a great rain shower in the center, however it didn't work when we were there. Instead it just leaked enough water to trickle cool water as we showered with the other shower heads.
Lastly, it was a bonus when we received a text 2 hrs before check-in saying the house was ready and we could get there any time without any additional fee.
Keep in mind that the key lock box is the one closest to the parking area, NOT the one right next to the door to get in. We missed the one closer to the garage doors and got frustrated when we couldn't get the one by the door to open. After 4 adults went to try it, the 5th one finally saw the additional key box and it opened right up with the code provided!!! Our mistake. Though I would guess we are probably not the first to make it. ;)
We did try to call the number provided for assistance and had to leave a message when noone was available. Thankfully we figured it out with in the hour since we didn't get a call back until over 2 hrs later.
As I wrote....overall it was a beautiful property and we would probably use it again, just a few minor things that could have made it more seamless.

I love this house! I stayed here with a group of 9 people and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked and big enough for all of us to work simultaneously. Great location and beautiful views from the deck. Relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings was a nice treat. I would recommend that anyone visiting San Juan Island consider staying in this property.

We had troubles with really slow internet, but the property management team and owner were great and replaced the router. It worked pretty well after that. :)

The property was just as listed in the description and photos - even better in person. It was very clean and well appointed. There must have been every kitchen appliance ever available! Location was private and in a beautiful setting. The address of the house was hidden by growth, so you might want to clear that away. We visited lighthouses, beaches, downtown and shopping in town.

This place did not disappoint. You will not want to go and eat out as the kitchen had everything you could possibly want. Including an oyster shucker. We had no issue with the hot tub like other reviews mentioned. It was the perfect way to end either a busy day or a relaxing one. Be sure to rent paddle boards from SUP Orcas on Orcas island. Nick will deliver them to you at Roche Harbor. Each master bedroom had amazing views of the bay. We certainly enjoyed our stay, especially after a long, hot, smoky two months in Idaho for us this summer.
