This home’s charming beach bungalow vibes make this your perfect personal getaway destination! It is located just a block from famous Seaside Promenade and a short walk to the beach. Once on the Promenade, you can walk north to downtown to enjoy the many restaurants and shops Seaside has to offer, or you can follow the Prom south and visit the Osprey Café, Ken and Son’s Market, and the U Street Pub. Inside the home, you will find it comfortable and inviting. This home has two bedrooms and one bathroom along with a kitchen and dining/living room. The backyard also has nice private deck for summertime enjoyment. If you want a place to sleep that's cozy and quaint, this is a good place. There wasn't too many things to do at the house and very tight quarters. Appliances could be updated.
Easy access to beach and clean

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little house. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it’s cozy and clean on the inside, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We came with our two small kids and a small dog. Our favorite part was the location: it’s so close to the promenade and the beach!

This is a great company and a great little house! We really enjoyed our weekend getaway and love this area of Seaside. It's close to the Saltworks area and a more private spot on the beach.

The location was perfect for being walking distance to the beach and also Osprey Cafe and Billy Macs grill - highly recommend both of those. The hot tub was very nice, the house was clean and has everything you need. We didn’t cook at all there but there was a grill and the kitchen seemed well stocked.

The private hottub really pushed this rental into the awesomeness realm! They also let us extend our stay an extra day.

The property was great and as described. Everything worked well and is well kept. We loved how comfortable everything was. The proximity to everything is absolutely top notch.

Awesome little bungalow. Only thing was the mattresses were a little outdated and springy, making them uncomfortable. Could use a memory foam pad or new mattresses. Otherwise, place was great.

Perfect for 3!
This cute little house was perfect for the three of us (mom, dad, and nine-year-old son). Any more people, though, and it would have felt cramped. Close enough to the beach for us. My only complaint (which the owners can't control) is that I could only find one coffee shop within walking distance, and it is closed two days per week. The hot tub could have been a little cleaner, too.

Our family of 4 plus 2 dogs stayed for 5 days. The property was exactly as described with a great location just a block off the prom and about 5 short blocks from the Main Street with all the beach’s businesses. My husband’s only complaints had to do with the comfort of the bed and Livingroom furniture. To be fair, we have a tempurpedic at home (so not many beds are going to be as comfortable as ours!) and I don’t think the point of a beach vacation is to spend a lot of time lounging around the livingroom! All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Close to the beach!
Loved being a block from the beach. We loaded up our wagon and enjoyed some sandcastle making. House was super clean and the living room was cozy. Loved the books, puzzles, and DVDs offered too. The hot tub was great and it was so convenient to be able to do laundry.

Really nice place close to beach
This is a super cute place. Looks recently redone and the hot tub was great. A little far from the arcade and carousel but really close to beach. Could've had a few more homey touches like a blanket and some pillows on the couch. It was a little rigid and hard to get comfy on. All in all no complaints.

It was a wonderful beach house! A little further from downtown Seaside than we were expecting. There was also a used condom wrapper next to a bed that our toddler found.

Clean Home a Short Walk to Beach, cold hot tub😳
Clean and comfy little beach house with lots of amenities. Loved our stay, close to beach.
BUT totally disappointed to return from a freeze cold day at the beach to find the hot tub never to get above body temp even though the controls said it was 104. Needless to say we were chilled to the bone; the shower was hotter than the hot tub. We tried to see if it was better the next night but the temp was only at 98 so we adjusted the controls to move up the temp but it wouldn’t go up above 104 and it sure didn’t feel that hot. So we dare not get in.
Manager said they’d reimburse me but haven’t seen any compensation yet.
The hot tub was the main reason we rented this home and could have rented others with out a hot tub for less.
Other than that the house was great and all had a great time.

This is the most we've ever paid per square foot of rental, four nights were fifteen hundred dollars not including taxes and fees. I know that's volleyball week pricing but it's still hard to swallow since I know I can get more elbow room closer to the nets on the beach. I think the owners have a very cute "tiny house" here. Our 6ft plus tall family heads graze the low ceilings and probably made us feel a little more cramped than usual. Theres a management company who comes to give you a hands-on check in so have their little check in form filled out before they get there so they don't make a passive aggressive comment about how they thought you were ready for them but you aren't. There is no late checkout by the way.

A Nice and Cozy Property
We had two adults and two children for our stay. The house is very nice and well kept and the floors, carpets and framing throughout the house is definitely high quality. This is a pretty small and cozy house so keep that in mind before you book the property. It was the perfect size property for our family, but I must admit the house was a lot smaller than I expected based on the pictures.
The short walking distance to the beach was great and the neighborhood is very nice. I also appreciated the trees and foliage in the backyard, a definite at the beach vibe. No complaints from us!
