The Premium Two-bedroom condo is modern furnished, ideally for either parents with two kids or two adult couples, whereby the parents and kids or each couple will have private bedrooms. This condo has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk in closet and a full modern bathroom; a second bedroom with two attachable Full beds, built-in closets and another full modern bathroom; a living room with a comfortable full leather sofa set, a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-seat dining bar-table, a laundry (washer-dryer)/storage/facility corridor, whereas there are two full bathrooms. There is a regular balcony stretching across the living room and the master bedroom also with a spectacular ocean view. Additionally a (normal bed height) roll-away bed with pillows/linen is available free of charge and can be comfortably used in this premium condo. This unit provides you with 1,500 sq.ft. of living space. A code-lock safety box, cable TV, three high-definition flatscreen TV’s (in living room and each bedroom), a DVD player, free broadband wired and wireless internet, and an iPod compatible stereo set (bring your iPod if you have one!) is available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Palm building on the fourth floor.The facilities include three large swimming pools, a kiddy pool, a gym, a sauna, a business center, two tennis courts and a playroom. Property is exactly as pictured and suited us perfectly.
Communicated minor issue (no coffee maker) with local property management, who addressed it immediately. Great view and location on less crowded Eagle Beach. Condo complex has multiple pools and tennis courts. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our 5th visit to Aruba and our first time staying at Oceania. We absolutely loved the complex. It is in a great location! Easy walk to many restaurants. Our place was so nice! Only issue was the musty smell in our unit. I don’t remember other places we have stayed smelling so musty. Other than that the place had everything we needed! Beach towels , beach chairs and a cooler too. So nice being right across from Eagle Beach which is the prettiest beach on the island!

We stayed at the Oceania Residences-Palm Building in August 2023. We had a wonderful time. The condo is in a great location on Eagle Beach, which is short walk outside the gated resort complex. The water was calm, clear, and shallow so it was perfect for relaxing. I suggest renting a car so you can freely explore the island. I highly suggest you get away from the expensive tourist restaurants and look for the local spots for great food. The Old Cunucu House and Pika's Corner are great! The grocery store and plenty of restaurants are within a few mins of the condo. Our family of 4 was comfortable with all the basics such as beach towels, chairs, WiFi and the basics in the kitchen. I suggest you bring your own water bottle to refill and stay cool. Ricardo was very responsive and helped us extend our reservation when we missed our flight to Aruba.
Con: There's a large resort being constructed next door. We didn't notice much noise from it but it's worth mentioning in case someone is sensitive. We could hear some banging around one pool area, but we weren't bothered.

We loved staying at Eagle Beach for this stay. We enjoyed the beautiful pools and the walking distance to the beach and the nearby restaurants. The view was incredible so we enjoyed sitting on the deck. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Being provided a parking spot for our rental car was also very convenient as we enjoyed taking daily excursions (unit’s beach chairs/cooler came in handy). Having more adequate lighting in the second bedroom and more updated appliances would have made our stay in this spacious condo even better. I recommend this unit for your stay in Eagle Beach.

Aruba did not disappoint! Condo was in the best spot! Anna was kind enough to check us in a little early!

While we did not come for the inside furnishings it would be nice to have more comfortable chairs in the living room for those not sitting on the couch

We absolutely loved our stay at this property on the happy little island of Aruba!! It is exactly as advertised. The Oceania residences are a great complex! Highlights of our stay are as follows:
- Very clean condo. Bright, white and refreshing. Clean modern look
- Gorgeous view from patio out over complex to Eagle beach. Stunning sunset views in the evening due to it being on the 4th floor.
- Ideal amount of room for a family of four with two older children (22,17)
- big comfortable beds and roomy bathroom and showers.
- great walk in closet in master bedroom so easy to hang and store vacation clothes and feel like you are temporarily living somewhere instead of staying
- Nice breakfast bark and eating area so very good to stay in for a few meals
- Absolutely stunning island location. Eagle beach is fantastic and not very crowded at all. In addition, excellent walking path for morning jogs/walks
- The beach is literally across a small not busy street from pool. Makes it so easy to pick a spot to drop stuff and then people can go back and forth with ease and not have to pick pool or beach....helps to not have family deliberations and decisions :)
- Walking distances from a few restaurants and convenience store.

- Excellent big pools with tropical setting.
- Very clean and well maintained grounds.

Booked this place based on its VRBO description and reviews. It lived up to every expectation. The condo was clean and furnished with all the necessities. The view was spectacular, the grounds and pools perfectly maintained, and there was very easy access to the beach. In addition, I appreciated the slower pace and smaller crowds than we saw in nearly hotels. Based on the advice of the owner, we did rent a car and were glad that we did. If you are an avid walker, you don't really need one and taxis are readily available. Really glad we rented this place and would happily do it again.

Quiet condo overlooking eagle beach. If you don't mind walking, this place is perfect. Pillows & beach chairs could use an upgrade but overall, perfect. Grounds were immaculate & pools very clean.

My husband and I stayed in Unit 415 at the Oceania for 6 nights with our two teenage daughters and had a wonderful time. The location and views were wonderful! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, the proximity to Palm Beach was excellent and there are no words for the beauty of Eagle Beach and having it just across the street. I loved that Anna( from the property management company) met us at the condo to go over things and show us around. I would definitely stay here again. The only complaints I have are just personal preference things. Two of the beach chairs needed to be replaced, but we were able to use them. There were only 2 bath towels, one washcloth and one hand towel for each person for 7 days. We would have preferred to have access to more bathroom linens for sure. We had to do laundry several times while we were there. The beds had super firm/hard mattresses and I am accustomed to a softer one. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay in Ricardo's unit again!

Wonderful stay and great location
This was a great place to stay for a vacation in Aruba. Right across the street from the best beach in Aruba. The pools on property were wonderful as well. They were constantly keeping the whole complex clean and loved how friendly everyone from the security gate to the workers on property were. It was very close to many things too like grocery store, some restaurants, and an easy scooter ride up to Palm Beach to the massive hotel zone if you want to do that too. Would gladly stay here again. The management company was very helpful for both check-in and check-out.

This is my 4th or 5th time staying here, and I just love it!!!!! The property manager and owner are very helpful. It is so close to the beach, restaurants, and a great grocery store. Amazing Caribbean views. I can't wait to go back later this year.

Complex is beautiful with 3 big pools and 1 baby pool . Some very good restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk and grocery store is a 10 minute walk away which is great to burn off those calories . People are friendly and island is very safe . Great stay !!

Excellent views- gorgeous property- a few necessities needed: no oven mits/pot holders or dish towels so had to use bath towels to cook??? Was there for 2 weeks and only 2 beach towels -cost more for us to use drier than it would to provide more towels than 1 per person for the 2 weeks

Perfect condo
This is my third time staying in this condo, and it is wonderful! Right across the street from Eagle Beach. The condo is spacious with amazing ocean views. It is a short drive to a great grocery store and walking distance to a number of restaurants and activities.

We had a great time at the property. Location is great on Eagle Beach - soft white sand and no rocks or seaweed! You are away from the crowds you see at Palm Beach and can enjoy the amazing beach without hundreds of people around you which is exactly what we were looking for. There is a bike/walking path along eagle beach and we brought along our kids scooters so they could scooter to dinner while we walked. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance and the supermarket is about 15 mins walk. We opted to not get a rental car during this trip and it works out fine. A taxi up to the Palm Beach hotel area was only $9 and taxis arrived very promptly when security called one for us.
Our kids are 10 and 8 and had a great time The property was quiet and the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment is relatively big and as our kids get older it helps a lot having 2 bathrooms and some space.
The property itself was well maintained and the gardens were well looked after. The gym was quite good for a hotel gym - relatively large range of dumbbells up to 50# with the normal cardio machines. I am a Crossfitter so care about hotel gyms and thought it was worth mentioning. I highly recommend using the walking/running track along the beach though!
Overall we were very happy with our stay and would come back again.

Great family vacation away in quiet relaxed setting

Amazing Stay
Great condo. It is the second time I have stayed there. Spacious 2 bedrooms with ocean views. The complex has 4 pools and access to Eagle Beach. The owner was very helpful, and Aruba Homeminders was great. Also close to shopping (Super Food) and restaurants. I would come back again in a heartbeat.

The condo was amazing and extremely clean. They took every precaution. The views are great, and you are just steps from the beach. The owner was very helpful and responsive as well as the property managers here in Aruba. I would love to stay here again.

Everything was perfect!! The condo was brand new. The beaches only for us!! The condo pools are amazing also so we had a wonderful 10 family days!!! Great beach location! Not as crowded & populated. Near many nice restaurants. Beach chairs, coolers & towels were perfect!! Pools & grounds were nice & Gate secured community - felt very safe. Would have liked to have a grill on the deck. The condo was nice - slightly older - a few things in disrepair - sofa bed needs to be replaced - my 13 year olds could not sleep on it - so truly only sleeps 6 - & 1 more on the short sofa. The rest of the were quite firm - not super comfortable for my liking. Did an awesome UTV tour around the island. Diving & off beach snorkeling a must!!

Eagle beach is lovely
Although our arrival was delayed by a day , we arrived and was met in the unit by Anna who was great showing us around the unit and property. The view was spectacular and having a pool to jump in after a day at the beach. We really enjoyed are stay at Oceania and look forward to returning.

Beautiful location and great amenities
Highly recommend this place! The people you will work with are great and so hospitable. The complex is in a convenient location and the view is fantastic! We had no problems getting around the island. The beach is right across a small road and was never crowded. After time at the beach the two pool areas were nice to come back to relax before going out to eat some of the best food ever. Definitely a place to go to again. Highly recommend!!
