Located in Green Lake, this attractive condo for £219 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Private, view apartment just steps from Green Lake! Modern 900 square foot above-ground, full-floor basement suite with private entrance. Cook's kitchen, private patio with unobstructed lake view (including Adirondack chairs, Weber grill, etc), two bedrooms with closets, full bath, laundry room, and well-equipped for young families. On East Green Lake Way, quietly above street level, with ample side-street parking. Short walk to restaurants, buses, and more! Feedback: please see our reviews -- all are 5-stars with the exception of 1 at 4-stars! We focus on creating comfortable, relaxing, and private accommodations for groups/familes of 2-4, definitely including children. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment will give you the experience of living in Seattle. Located right across the street from Green Lake Park, you can jog the 2.7 mile inner loop, walk to great restaurants or catch public transportation (bus #62 or #26) to downtown. Very family-friendly apartment! The apartment is well equipped for cooking if you feel like taking in the view from the front porch. It's also set up well for kids. The front bedroom was designed for them with toys, books and a queen size bed. The rear bedroom was set up with relaxation in mind and also has a queen size bed. Basic supplies (salt, pepper, coffee and filter, tea, laundry detergent and dryer sheets) come with your stay. If you need anything extra or would like to stock your fridge with other basics before you arrive, please let us know. We are here to help make your stay feel as close to home as possible. Parking is always easily available beside the house along 65th.

This is a great rental. The location is right on Green Lake. It is easy walking to anything you need. The rental had everything you need. So spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was just like being at home. We loved our stay.

Perfect Greenlake Apartment
We stayed here for 9 days while looking for a new apartment. It was the perfect location and easy to walk or drive to all the neighborhoods we were looking at. The owners were very responsive to text and email and always there if we needed them!

There are coffee shops and restaurants a short walk away. The city bus is just a few minutes away and you can easily get to downtown on the bus. Parking our car near the property was never a problem. Green Lake is one of the premier neighborhoods in Seattle and this property is perfect for any type of family from couples to families with children. We hope to return there one day and watch another sunset from the outdoor deck chairs.

Finding "Paul's House" was like magic as we faced the daunting challenge of how to keep a 3 year-old occupied and happy during the rainy season as we planned a visit with my daughter and grandson to meet our son's new baby in Seattle. The lovely Green Lake apartment was perfect, very nice and clean, kid-friendly (even some toys!), well-stocked kitchen, and walking distance to parks and coffee shops. We had one tiny issue with bathroom drain, Paul was there in 5 minutes and fixed it. The living room was very comfortable, with room for family activities and a special "kids table." Over the years, we have stayed at many, many vacation rentals, this was our very best experience ever! Our grandson insisted on knowing "whose house is this?" We dubbed it Paul's house.
Paul's house will definitely be our first choice as we return to Seattle for future visits with our son's family.

Clean, modern apartment right on Green Lake. Absolutely perfect except for a little noise from upstairs if you are a light sleeper.

Beautiful home and location!
The home is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. We love the Greenlake area and loved that we had a view from the family room! Our host was easy to get in touch with and answered any questions I had. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to relax
This apartment is located in a beautiful house on a hill overlooking Green Lake Park. The park is one of the best loved places in Seattle. A very diverse crowd is out strolling, jogging, boating, fishing, swimming and walking their dogs. If you like dogs, it's a great dog show because Seattle residents love dogs and really go for beautiful breeds. The apartment is bright, sunny and clean. The owners were not intrusive but responded immediately if we had a question or need. Relax in deck chairs overlooking the lake, or in the comfortable couches in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with really nice dishes, complimentary coffee and tea. There are interesting restaurants within walking distance--through very nice residential area. We bought bus passes and took buses to downtown Seattle and Discovery Park--so we didn't have to rent a car. A great place; enjoy it and fantasize that you live in one of the best houses in Seattle while you are there!

Great space beautiful lake view
Lake is just across the street. Apartment is a great layout kid friendly comfy and clean. Paul was super helpful with check in and even helped me carry luggage up the few steps to the entrance.

Wonderful place!
We absolutely loved our stay, so family friendly, so beautiful, clean and well appointed! The sunsets were incredible! We hope to stay here again. Paul was super responsive, and even though he wasn’t in town I felt positive we could have had any issues addressed!

The appartment was Nice and clean and had everything you could need.
The location is wonderful, quiet neighbourhood and Right on the Lake. Not far from downtown Seattle. Poul was very hospitable and helpful. I recommend staying here, and if I am ever back in Seattle, I Will return.

Very nice.
This is a nice 2-bedroom apartment. The hosts were very helpful and replaced a coffee maker that wasn't working. There are some steps to manage, especially with larger suitcases like we had, but Paul helped. Parking is on a very steep hill but was always available. The view over Green Lake is beautiful, esp. at sunset.
