the location and the support staff

The basic amenity was missing for the first day, They lied to me that they have cable fault , so the tv would not work, But that was not true, the TV was working in other rooms. so when I made a complaint to the Treebo customer care, the hotel management shifted me to a bigger room where tv was working. This situation could be avoided .

Good Stay at hotel.. it could have been excellent , if the complimentary breakfast was good

i liked all the facilities, staff, except complimentary breakfast
