Quiet subdivision on the edge of town. Five minutes to Interstate 84, restaurants, and grocery store. Less than ten minutes to the movies, shopping and the gym. This subdivision has its own swimming pool you are welcome to enjoy during the summer months, and it is close to a beautiful city park. Baby and friendly with a stroller, High chair, Pack & Play and available. Relax on the patio while you grill out, or fix a family meal in the well stocked kitchen. Everything you need to feel right at home. Staples such as spices and oils are waiting for you. Surf the web, and keep connected with wifi. The perfect house for us. Home was spacious and just as described. Convenient location just off the exit and central to the Boise area. Home included everything we needed plus had added extras. Cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Worked best to email to communicate with the Hosts. We needed an extra night at the last minute and they were very accommodating. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Great sleeping arrangements the only thing to me was the living room was a little small. It would have been tight if everyone that was supposed to go went. Family emergency put a damper on what would have been a great trip.

This property worked out perfectly for our family. It's conveniently located to stores and resturants. Beds were comfortable, the pillows could use a refresh. You have the basics for the kitchen so cooking a meal while you are staying is very helpful. We would stay here again

Everything was really nice. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was using the antenna to get local live TV channels. We were able to get Netflix and Amazon prime but no regular TV news.

Great location but the house is filthy. Carpets are dirty with large stains, air vents and exhaust fans look like they are growing fur, dirty walls baseboards and lights. Bed in front room needs a new mattress and all pillows are old and in need of replacing.
My dad cleaned the exhaust fan in the guest bedroom, my husband fixed the toilet seat in the master bathroom. None of us go on vacation to do chores.
Linens and towels were clean. The size of the home was perfect for 5 adults. The backyard was private with large beautiful trees. Overall the house feels tired, I could have overlooked needing updates if it had been clean.

I wish I’d known this was a pet home - in joy anting anything negative about the owner specifically - but I have issues with vrbo not making it clear that the home allows pets - we all left a day early due to horrible allergies.
Also the beds are like keeping on jello so squishy and uncomfortable

It was a safe, comfortable and accommodating space for 5 women on a get away. We enjoyed it!
Needs some updates: upstairs bathroom needs a better showerhead and has a musty rotten odor, all bathrooms need grab bars, living room needs curtains or an area rug to absorb sound (echos), and the lovely patio has a disintegrating tabletop cover. These changes would give it 5 stars!

Grateful for a comfortable bed in the master bedroom and awesome accomdations for my little dogs! Upstairs room is super fun for kiddos and neighborhood is quiet and safe. Thanks

Lovely home that was perfect for us to stay in as we moved our daughter back into BSU. Roy and Amy were so friendly and easy to communicate with. Very appreciative of their attention to detail and quick responses with any questions we had.

Great location, fairly central to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Has all the amenities of home. The neighborhood pool was very close by. Amazing walking paths in the neighborhood.

We were in town for a baby shower for family and had a great time! The house was comfortable and worked great for our family. The community pool was an added bonus for the hot days and the walking paths around the area were awesome. We would stay at this location again. Thank you!

Perfect place to relax and celebrate with our family for our daughter’s wedding. Home was spacious and well stocked with almost everything we needed! Beautiful neighborhood with pool and walking trails along with a playground for our granddaughter. Everyone commented on how nice it was! Thank you for the assistance when I called about the access codes.

We were down to Boise for a family wedding and needed a place for family to stay. This home was well stocked, clean. and very comfortable. It provided a lovely place for us all to be to be together. I would certainly recommend this lovely home to others.

The house was perfect for us! We had 3 generations fly in from 3 different states for. Graduation celebration and the house was close enough to get to events and far enough away to feel quiet. It was great to have all 5 of us together in one place and be able to eat in when we wanted to.

We stayed here with our young adult children for a wedding. Our daughter’s comfort dogs were along also. This is a wonderful clean property in a very safe neighborhood. We enjoyed the hard surface flooring and back yard. The living space is a little small but was plenty large for our group of 4. The kitchen is pretty well equipped if you are cooking simple things. A nice bonus are the walking trails and large park with pond nearby.

Everything was listed. Beds were comfortable. TV in every room, so no fighting over the remote. All the bathrooms was convenient to have as well. Very secure neighborhood! Nice to have a garage to park the car into. Plus, extra rv parking.

We traveled to Boise for a wedding and this home was perfect for our needs. Short drive to airport and downtown where we did some shopping and went to a BSU basketball game. We traveled with a small dog, backyard was secure and was nice to be able to let her outside and have no worries. My 14 year old son loved the upstairs loft with full bath, he had his own space. House is in a quiet neighborhood and very easy to get to and close to store. We usually RV but if in area again I would definitely revisit this home.
Had very little communication with owners due to their simple check in process.
