Home Details: If you are looking for a classic Watercolor experience, look no further than "Beachwalk". This delightfully warm and welcoming home is a few yards away from Camp Watercolor and all the great amenities of the Camp District. Everyone will love being this close to one of five Watercolor community pools, Wood Fern Park, and newly renovated Camp Watercolor. The home is decorated in the traditional Watercolor style, with warm and comfortable decor that is very inviting. The open concept main living area features a living room with plush seating, 65" SMART curved flat screen TV, and fun accent pieces. Adjacent to the living area is a dining area with seating for 6 around the table plus nearby breakfast bar seating for 4. A full kitchen completes the main space, and includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gas range and oven and everything you may need for creating delicious meals. When you prefer to enjoy the outdoors, there is wonderful outdoor seating on the front and back porch area, including a dining table in the screened in back porch. Grill up some steaks on the outdoor gas grill located under the overhang of the back porch. Not even rain can stop you from enjoying the beautiful Watercolor landscapes. Accommodations: (sleeps 10) First Floor: Bedroom 1: Master Suite- King bed, with a private entrance to the back porch, TV and en suite bath including a walk in shower and pedestal sink Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, private en-suite bath with shower/tub combo Second floor: Bedroom 3: Master Suite- KING master suite, TV, private ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo Bedroom 4: Bunk suite with sleeping for up to 4 in TWIN bunks with full bath (shower only) TWIN daybed on the second floor landing, not meant to be used as a sleeping space. **2023 6 seater golf cart Included (a $200/day savings!). This requires an up-front REFUNDABLE deposit of $2000 to cover any incidental damages.**If the golf cart becomes unusable during your stay there will NOT be a replacement offered. We will do our best to fix the issue in a timely fashion.** You must be 25+ yrs old to drive the golf cart. This is a lovely house in the wonderful Watercolor development! The house great! Nice open common area, comfortable beds, furniture, well equipped kitchen. Only issue we had was house was to include a golf cart. We were notified days prior to arrival that the golf cart had been wrecked and another would not be provided. The management company did work with us on refunding an 8th night we didn’t use. I felt a cart should’ve been provided but was told that was a perk, not a guarantee. Read the fine print is my lesson.

We have been visiting WC for over ten years and always choose a different house each visit, however, this is one of our favorites that we might have to repeat a stay at. Very clean, located near Camp WC and grass field, on semi private street so kids can ride bikes safely, and golf cart included.

The property is nice but a bit dirty. The front porch furniture feels dirty as well as the back porch. And the shower leaks water more than come out of the faucet. There’s mold in in the downstairs bath tub.
The brakes on the golf cart need to replaced. It took way too long to come to a stop.
Our experience in Watercolor is always relaxing and we LOVE the environment.
If this property goes up for sale. We’d love to buy it.

The property was in good condition. The location is hard to beat and Watercolor was a wonderful place for the adults and, more importantly, our kids to enjoy. We will be back!!

We enjoyed easy access to Camp Watercolor and the park for the kids. There is obvious wear and tear but overall the house is in good condition and great for a group with kids.

This property was very close to camp watercolor. Location was great. Golf cart was a great perk except only had one headlight. Just had to be in before dark! The house itself was big and suitable for our family! It does need a deep cleaning though. Toilets had mold, bathtubs were dirty, floors dirty, cabinets sticky, cockroach in the hallway. The back door needs a working lock so that the kids can’t get out. The window upstairs wouldn’t go down and my husband had to fix it. Outdoor furniture had stains and tables had garbage piled in them. Broken lamp with shattered glass upon arrival. It just really needs some maintenance. The house itself would be perfect with that.

This is a great spot for camp watercolor. Loved all the trails and having the golf cart available. Some of the area rugs need cleaning or replacement. Maybe let guestes know to grab toilet paper, kleenex, extra pillows. For the price I thought it would be stocked.

This was our second year staying at this property. The location can't be beat. Close to the pools, tennis courts and walking and biking trails. Home was comfortable and inviting! Loved our time there!

We had one minor problem with the freezer which was addressed the same day. We spent early mornings and late evenings on the porch (during August, this would have been improved with overhead fans). I know that a golf cart is an added amenity and certainly not included with a lot of the rentals, but I feel like we paid a premium price for this rental to only have transportation available for 6. Either upgrade to a larger golf cart or make more bicycles available. When you pay a premium for a week, I don’t really feel like I should have to be paying for more bikes to rent.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay. The house is perfect and the location is great! We are a family with 5 children, ages 4-15. We loved being so close to Camp Watercolor. The golf cart is an awesome bonus and the two bikes were great.

Wonderful month with our daughter's family and friends enjoying amazing Watercolor amenities. The house is perfectly situated and comfortable. Has everything we needed to feel right at home. Thank you for a lovely time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms plentiful, the front and rear porches were nice to hang out on. The kitchen was beautiful and easy to cook in, the gas grill was great shape and was easy to use. We enjoyed having the bicycles and the golf cart. If I had one thing to mention it would be the brakes on the golf cart were not the best. However, the golf cart is essential to staying here. Beach runs and store runs using the cart were a hit with us and our friends.

Perfect Getaway
Great space! The house is nicer and bigger than the pictures convey. We were super close to the beach to everything we needed. The management company was great at communicating as well.
