If you are worried about cancelling, you can get travel insurance, or take your chances that our house will be available and book the day before. :) ♦ The basement is not included in the sleeping for 12. It is rough, can be damp in wet weather, and could flood in extreme weather conditions. It can be used in good weather for overflow sleeping or as an alternative to the futon couches in the living room. Use at your own risk, please do not complain about it!
