Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the property however it could have been cleaner. (I sent pictures via text to the office number.) The kitchen could have had more cups and glasses. Also we called on the first day to request more outdoor chairs as there were only 2 and they were downstairs. We (3 senior women) had to carry the 2 chairs upstairs ourselves. There were no tables outside either. The office said someone would come check in the garage however we never heard anything else so I don't know if they ever did. There was no communication. Other than that, we enjoyed the property.

Also my wife was on crutches and was thankful the stairs were not too tall so she could hop up and down them. We would rent this house again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We missed that the property did not have guest Wi-Fi. A bit inconvenient - but we worked around it. The carpet is stained and worn - wife was a bit hesitant to go barefoot in the house. Refrigerator sounds like a noisy dishwasher. Washing machine is unlevel and shakes the entire house. The King size bed's mattress is horrible and past the need to be replaced. We didn't try/touch the other (2) beds. Other than that - nice size for two or small family and great location; short walk to beach and close to Hwy for quick errands, etc.

This was a great option for a small family. The location was amazing just a short golf cart drive to the beach! The furniture is a bit dated but it was comfortable felt clean and had everything you would need. All in all would deff return with my family!

It was dirty when we did arrive and had to clean. it is not a busy time of year, I would rate this house as fair. Nice access to the beach. You have to have a golf cart. Had a very nice beach chair that was stolen.

The house was very clean but carpet stained. The biggest complaint was the beds... they were uncomfortable and broken. One bed was held up by a cooking pot and others had springs poking through. Very hard to not rest well for a week. Also frig made loud noises. We enjoyed our stay in the house but will not book it again or recommend until the beds are changed.

We overlooked there was no WiFi (note to future renters it MUST say it on the amenities). The large stovetop burner had rusted metal sticking up rendering it un-useable. The carpet was filthy with stains. BUT, we ended up leaving in the middle of the week because the house had a TICK infestation. Yes, TICKS. It was disgusting. Luckily, Swedes made it right, but this house needs a complete overhaul.

Reviewer Comments: This property’s location was very convenient and the layout was very functional and worked well for our family. The condition of many of the items in the property need a great deal of maintenance and replacement. It seemed that the vents also need to be cleaned as they looked moldy. The appliances, cabinet doors, blinds, bed frames, and more all needed to be checked due to their condition. We found out upon arrival that there is also no Wi-Fi access. We felt with many of the items that we could not use them because we were afraid we would break them. The general condition of the property was clean, but needed more attention to detail regarding the condition and lifespan of many things on the property. The property was pleasant overall for us, but we would likely search for another property on our next visit.

We booked the house several months ahead. At no point did I see anything about having to add a linen and towel package. . That was an extra charge just to have sheets and towels on the beds. We are on vacation. And we have to take stuff apart to get the sheets on the beds. The floors are stained. The doors to the kitchen cabins where falling off. The tax strip between the kitchen and living room had nails sticking out of it. Guess when u first get some place. And the first thing they do is add to your bill on top of the premium Price we paid. Wasn't the happiest start. Out trip itsself was great. The house wasn't.

Nice place but lacks general upkeep.

Comfortable beds & a great location but roaches spotted in the bath & laundry rooms. The walls & air filter grate are in desperate need of a good wipe down. The stairs/porch are overdue for standard maintenance (lots of lifted nails & some broken steps). A/C was fantastic, great entertainment area with a large grill, pretty oceanview, & a quiet neighborhood.

We stayed Thursday thru Sunday. We had to call and have someone come out twice because the toilet kept overflowing, and the sinks and shower were not draining. It was supposedly fixed both times. Sunday morning the toilet was overflowing again. We had to leave early and go home just so we could go home and use the toilet and take showers. Horrible experience!!

It is very well maintained inside & outside. Loved the outside shower. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out & relax. The only thing that was wrong with the house was that it didn't have a dish drainer or a stopper for the kitchen sink. Other than that, it was PERFECT!
