This is a fantastic location, very central. This rental is also spacious- it is student apartment with 3 separate rooms and 2 bathrooms on three separate floors with a small flight of stairs between each. Each person definitely has their privacy if they want it.

We arrived to nothing beyond the furniture in the apartment - no soap for the washing machine, no instructions on how to use it (we had to call the owner just to find out it's was a washer/ dryer.) and not even a single teabag in the cupboards or a tea pot. The decor is very minimal - not one picture on the wall, so it felt a little cold and inviting. Most rooms didn't even have a waste paper basket. It's also quite high security with many doors and security codes to enter - it felt like we were in a spy movie. (and we never got the code for one exit! We found it penned on the wall nearby, tried the number and luckily it worked) So the place itself is great and we'd recommend it but it feels like the owner could do more to make it more user-friendly and welcoming.

Shortage of basics - it was addressed.

Ideal location, central to Galway. We appreciated being able to pop back to the apartment at our convenience. The apartment, itself, was large and suitable to our needs. The beds were clean and comfy. All basic kitchen facilities were available. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Overall, an ideal location to stay, although it might be more suited to a younger clientele. Malcolm was very pleasant to deal with and helpful.

There was a lack of attention to detail, in terms of cleanliness. Immediately, we noticed how dirty the windows were, both inside and out. While this didn't affect the quality of our stay, it didn't give a great first impression. The bathrooms were clean, as were the bedrooms. However, there was a layer of dust present on the shelving units, so that any clothes placed there got dust on them. The kitchen wasn't as clean as it could have been. Again, we felt there was a lack of attention to detail. We felt that, for the money paid, there should have been a higher standard of cleanliness.

Clean, comfortable apartment in an excellent location two minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants.

It was very difficult to sleep with the noise from the seagulls on our roof and the roofs of all the buildings around us. We were woken on both nights by groups of young people partying in the apartments beside us.

The apartment was clean and very spacious. There was plenty of kitchen ware for the 5 of us. Plenty towels. I would definitely stay again. Loved the location. Even got used to the sound of the seagulls quickly 😁

Only thing was no onsite parking.
