This apartment is on the 6th floor of a building that has a lift. It is very close to the Puerta de Toledo (300 meters). It has been completely renovated and has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, plus the living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate a guest, therefore there is a total capacity of 5 people. The kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped: Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, etc. The living room has a Smart TV that allows you to enjoy from your comfortable sofa and seats of digital content such as Netflix. In addition, you will find a dining table where you can enjoy a wonderful evening. The private bathroom has sink and shower. Among the amenities of the apartment we also find: Free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, free toiletries and cleaning products. AREA Although it is located in the heart of the city, it is a very quiet area full of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. You can walk to all the main attractions of Madrid. THE FINE PRINT -Arrivals from 20h up to 00h have to pay a supplement of 25€. -There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival. -Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport upon check-in. -Events and/or parties are not allowed. -For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 50€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.
