Thoughtfully outfitted with high-speed WiFi, this home is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the many nearby ski resorts such as Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, and Park City/ Deer Valley, all just 15-30 minutes away. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport, this home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to shopping and local restaurants.Tastefully decorated with rustic lodge vibes, the family room offers a cozy gas log fireplace, 55” smart TV with Roku Live TV and streaming, and access to the balcony to take in beautiful sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen features a Keurig coffee and tea bar, and even includes a loaf of freshly baked bread from a local bakery, a bottle of wine, and Utah chocolates to welcome your stay. Wake up in the primary bedroom situated on the first floor, offering a queen bed, 43” smart TV with Roku Live TV and streaming, large closet, and direct access to the hot tub in the backyard with breathtaking mountain views. The primary en suite includes double sinks, a spa shower, and is stocked with shower body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and individually wrapped toiletries, as well as a hair dryer and bath towels. A second bedroom with a queen bed and large closet and an additional bathroom featuring the same amenities complete the first floor. Downstairs, you will find two more bedrooms—one with a queen bed and large closet, and the other boasting a queen bed and a set of bunk beds (bottom bunk a full and upper bunk a twin) and a 43” smart TV with Roku Live TV and streaming. The third bathroom is easy access for both third bedroom and bunk room with the same amenities. Free, full size washer/dryer with supplies and ironing board and iron. Enjoy a peaceful evening outdoors in the private, fenced backyard, complete with hot tub, outdoor conversation area, dining table, and firepit. We enjoyed a two week visit in Lisa‘s place in Cottonwood Heights. Newly renovated and clean, we enjoyed a well equipped kitchen and a great hot tub with a mountain view during our stay. Great location for easy access to both ski canyons. Nearby grocery store and good restaurants sealed the deal.

Good access to LCC & BCC ski areas, as well a PC. Quite street, decent hot tub, afternoon sun on deck in spring with a great view.

Great location for skier. Comes well stocked with spices and even aluminum foil. I even liked the pans. It has 3 showers, and the Jacuzzi was nice.
Having a garage to pull into is a plus. The landlord is very quick to get back to you. I would definitely stay her again.

There is not enough space to say how perfect this rental was. Felt like a home I’d be happy to live in forever. Location is incredible to hit up Big or Little cottonwood. We never got stuck in traffic on a powder day and we didn’t leave until 6:15-6:30am, it’s that close, especially to big cottonwood.
Having the garage plus 2 dryers made loading dry gear stay dry and wet gear taken care of fast and ready for the next early morning.
The private backyard and hot tub made every apres our own before going to dinner and some of the best memories are now in that backyard.
Plenty of space for 5 adults and no fighting for the showers. Not to mention some of the most comfortable bedding we have had on our trips.
Last but not least our hosts Lisa and Jim were amazing. They have thought of everything and provided every basic necessity incase you forgot anything. They reached out a week before the reservation and asked us if we had any questions or anything. Im not sure who did the shoveling but we arrived after a big storm and the driveway and walk ways were cleared upon arrival. Had the pleasure of meeting Lisa in person while she checked next door and she could not have been more sweet.
Upon return to the cottonwoods I hope this property is available again.

Also, the location of the host is unbeatable. It really is only a 20-30 minute drive to any of the mountains in either the Big or Little Cottonwood Canyons. Made for getting to the all the mountains before the lifts opened a breeze. 5 turns and you’re in the Big Cottonwood Canyon. 3 turns and you’re on the road to the Little Cottonwood. Even if you have to go over to the Park City side, there’s quick and easy access. There’s a grocery store a literal 1 minute drive from the house so if you forgot something, you can easily go get it. Super convenient.

Kitchen and dining area was a little small but the pantry was well equipped with pots/pans and appliances all worked well. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing with the mountains in the background. Some of the finishes are a little worn and showing their age but everything was very clean. Kevin was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, we had a great ski vacation and the house had everything we needed well within our budget. Hope to book it again next time we’re in SLC.

Roomy for all
House is close to grocery, which is convenient when you need to pick up some extras. The hot tub was great after our day of activities. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us, we never felt crowded. Also plenty of parking and use of the garage. Welcome bottle of wine was a nice gift!

Great Place to Stay
Kevin's property was in great shape upon our arrival. The entire property was exactly as described in the listing and was really well stocked. It was stocked with the essentials better than most rentals I have stayed at. There is plenty of room and we all had our on bathroom which is a great bonus.
One of best things about Kevin's place is its location! We were there for a ski trip and this place is right at the month to both canyons making our trips to the mountain 30 minutes or so (no need to get up super early). It is also within walking distance to the store which proved helpful when we needed refueling.
The hot tub was essential to soothe our sore legs and was clean and everything worked. Living room is a nice size and we even enjoyed a movie one night with the surround sound (bonus)!
I would/will stay here again next time I am there for ski trip. I would also recommend this property for anyone looking to be close to the mountains.

Ideal place for a Big or Little Cottonwood weekend
We had a great experience staying at Kevin’s place. Spacious and easily accommodated our group. The location is very convenient for skiing resorts in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Also, there is a Smith’s grocery store close by that came in handy with out late arrival Friday night. It was a great trip and Kevin’s place had everything we needed to make some great memories!

Couldn't be better
Kevin's place was ideal for our group ski trip. From the moment we secured the reservation to when we checked out, Kevin was highly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The place itself is awesome - comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, a cozy living room, and a hot tub just out the back. I highly recommend Kevin's spot - we'll be back!

Great place close to ski resorts.
This property had everything our group of eight needed for the week. It was nice being close to the ski resorts with other shopping and dining close by. The hot tub was great to use and seemed very well kept. Kevin had all our needs covered during our stay. If I had to make one suggestion it would be a king sized bed for one of the rooms. This was a guys trip and if you are stuck sharing a bed a king would be much more comfortable for two.

Spacious, comfortable, and convenient
This place was very convenient for our ski trip to Utah. Groceries and gas were about a block away. About 15 minute drive to ski. Tons of space. Kids loved the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again for Big and/or Little Cottonwood skiing.

The property is functional and in a great location. The property owner is terrific.
This property is in a great location close to both the Cottonwood Canyons and grocery stores and restaurants.The unit has updated TVs, good wifi and a good functioning kitchen. Bath towels were new and of high quality. Kevin (the owner) was extremely responsive to our issues and very friendly to work with. Like many of these rental units, it shows its wear and tear in the worn carpets, dated kitchen appliances, and limited lighting. No big deal, but keeps it from getting a higher rating. We had an issue with the garage door and Kevin jumped on it immediately with his repair man and fixed it. He was very accessible whenever we needed him. A real pleasure to work with.

The home is very cozy and convenient for a good size group, very close to all the ski resorts, Kevin was very attentive and very welcoming, hope to be back next year.

Great Place...Awesome Location!
Well equipped house in excellent location....easy access to ski resorts, shopping and entertainment! Kitchen was well stocked with spices, good knives and lots of pots and pans! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality rental in Salt Lake!
