We LOVE the weekly Sunset Markets (Thursday evenings) and Farmer's Markets (Thursday morning). It was added to the home a few years ago, so it includes new floors, fixtures, and plumbing. Living room couch pulls out easily into a full bed. Kids loft includes two fold out futon cushions to sleep extra people. Great for kids.
