About this house rental
Nestled in Estero Island, this charming house for £255 per night is a great option for your next break. Town of Ft. Myers Beach STR #19-0576 Grateful to let you know that our repairs are done and the Blue Dolphin is ready to take reservations! Please check our calendar. We are steps from the beach. Post Hurricane Photos have been added to show the changes to the landscape near our home. Please note that there is construction in the general area and these impacts are beyond our control as you plan a visit back to Ft. Myers Beach. Ask any questions you may have-we are here to help and bring you back to this beautiful island! A BEACHSIDE with full beach front views! In paradise, this large, classic 'Old Florida' Key West style beach home features 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms elevated on beach pilings with approx. 2,700 sq. ft. under air. Distinctive 'Old Floridian' metal roof, open and airy, our home is capable of accommodating up to 10 in complete comfort; each room is beautifully appointed, with stylish home furnishings in a Florida beachside theme. THE FIRST FLOOR: has 3 large bedrooms-two rooms, one being a master with a private bath, each have queen-size beds. The third room has a set of twin beds, with access to a second full bath. This floor, tiled with decorator 18' Italian tile, has a large dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a full array of kitchen appliances and kitchenware. The oversized breakfast counter and dining room is ideal for large group feasts. This new kitchen has beautiful maple cabinets accented by Italian granite counter tops. The living area, one of two full living rooms, has beautiful French doors, allowing for spectacular gulf views, each leading onto an open, breezy deck with seating for outdoor dining and fun. Across from the living room, is a Cantina style bar with four generous bar stools to kick back and relax over a cocktail. THE SECOND FLOOR: offers gorgeous panoramic gulf views from the living room. Step out to one of two observatory decks for exceptional private tanning, cocktails and sunsets. Sleeping arrangements on this floor include another master bedroom with a king size bed and private full bathroom. The second large room features twin beds with access to the second bathroom. All rooms are furnished with oversize comforters and large pillows. Linens and bath towels are provided. The second floor offers a laundry room with full washer and dryer, iron and board. Beach Towels, videos and books, are also provided for your use. We have available a high chair, playpen, and videos, for our toddler guests. This home maybe rented as a 3/2 30 days prior to arrival date, during value and fall seasons. Call us directly for pricing on this option. For testimonials of satisfied vacationers, we have many guests that have allowed us to share their email address, so you may inquire about our accommodations. Ask, and we will provide these to you readily! Property Address: 5420 Estero Boulevard--MID ISLAND-BEACHSIDE. Area attractions: Close to great shopping. Outlet malls within a 20-30 minute ride are the Sanibel Outlet shops, on the drive to beautiful Sanibel/Captiva Islands. Also, off of exit 22 and I-75 are the fabulous Miromar Outlet shops, with designer and mall outlet shops. Finally, Bonita has a wonderful newer mall called Coconut Point, off of US-41 north of Bonita Beach Road. This mall has great dining and incredible mall stores, in an outdoor, airy atmosphere. This is our second time staying here, my family love the house. The beach is close so it was easy to carry all the beach stuff. We will definitely be back.

Did Not Disappoint!
This is an excellent vacation rental property! The host Linda is excellent to work with! Very roomy and great house for large group or family! I was SO impressed with all the things the owner has included in the home, even just the little things! They have thought things out well, as to what you might need while staying there! Highly recommend this property!!!

Such a relaxing location with everything we needed! Everyone enjoyed the beach, the beautiful sand, privacy at the house when we wanted it, and being in close proximity to shopping and groceries! We would stay there again... preferably very soon;-)

Perfect location. Easy private beach access steps away. Plenty of room in the house and on both beachfront decks. Kitchen was well equipped as we like to cook; especially fresh fish from the nearby Farmers Markets. Great communication with the owners. Will stay here again next year!

Enjoyed the short walk to the beach with our grandkids. We had enough room to spread out for quiet time. Kitchen well stocked. Publix handy nearby. Traffic during these dates was so slow! But, the weather was amazing!

Beach stay
Great access to a beautiful beach. Funky Big house with lots of beds and living space. Grocery store (Publix) down the street (walkable) and beautiful Church (Ascension) similar distance the other way. Be aware- have to climb stairs; stock up on paper towels, TP, dishwasher/laundry and hand/shower soap at your first grocery run. Loved our stay!

We loved our stay at the blue dolphin! Such a short walk to the beach to see the beautiful sunsets every night! The house fit our needs perfectly… it has a well appointed kitchen with the things we needed as we prepared a lot of meals there. Property manager Linda is very easy to deal with and quick to respond! We will definitely be back!!!

This was an amazing house! Very clean and well kept. Just a very short walk to the beach, just one house in front of it, but sand from the bottom of the stairs all the way to the ocean. Their were 8 of us staying there, 4 adults and 4 children, it was perfect for us! We definitely would come back and stay here again!!

Fantastic Stay
We enjoyed our stay so very much that one of our guests is making plans to bring a group of friends back next year‼️We were so happy to be allowed to bring our dog on our stay! BTW he loved the water & was a huge hit on the beach💚It’s wonderful for guests to have master baths (2) & 2 full hall baths! Excellent with lots of guests‼️The kitchen was great with the island into the living room& plenty of dining space! It was great to have a washer & dryer but the washer sounds like it’s on it’s last leg!!! The second living room upstairs was great to have a quiet space to enjoy. We felt at home during our stay💚

Wonderful house, just about on the beach
The house is larger than the pictures show. Perfect layout for large group. Loved that there are 2 tv rooms, both very comfortable. Beds more comfortable than our own and the bedrooms as spacious. Incredibly well stocked kitchen with plenty of place settings and seating options. The decks are wonderful and it is truly steps from the beach, easy for my 85 yr old mom to walk to. Linda is great to work with, excellent follow through and a pleasure. I highly recommend renting this property, it has all you need and more.

Great home & location
We enjoyed our week at the Blue Dolphin. Linda was excellent to work with! She provided great information & communication. The home was clean & stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware & towels. The decks were great for relaxing or playing cards. It’s in a great location to the beach, grocery store, restaurants.

Property was great. Great location. Plenty of room for everyone - we had five of us and we were all able to have our own room. Beautiful views even though we were behind another house. Short walk to get out on the beach. I was lucky and had the upstairs bedroom and was able to work in the family room and watch the beautiful sunsets. Initially, when we arrived was a bit concerned as the trash was pretty full, but realized when we checked out we left trash and recycling as well as it is picked up earlier in the week. We had quick response and resolution to any issues we had. House does move if it's very windy, but nothing major that made me think - wouldn't do it again. All in all - enjoyed the week with my sisters and cousin relaxing in the sunshine - knowing in the midwest it was cold and miserable.

Property was great. Great location. Plenty of room for everyone - we had five of us and we were all able to have our own room. Beautiful views even though we were behind another house. Four couples from the chilly north-we enjoyed the quiet of this home and proximity to the beach. It was nice to be able to grill right there on the busy weekend. Plenty of room to be together when we wanted and apart when we wanted. Good communication with Linda-thanks.
