We rented both units (including the studio) and found the common areas wonderful for evening board games and just hanging out. The lower level kitchen is so large it easily accommodated multiple cooks and made meal prep very easy and enjoyable.

We rented out all units of this property for a week’s stay. Upon check-in, not all codes provided worked. Took us over 30 minutes on hold to have management provide a new code. Then, upon entering the upstairs unit, we found bird feces on bedding in each of the three bedrooms and on the couch. We immediately notified the managing group and were not met with initial apologies, rather disbelief and continued requests to provide picture evidence. We then waited around the for another hour and a half for a property manager to arrive to witness the mess herself and rectify it by having clean bedding put on each bed. We weren’t able to fully check into the upstairs unit until two hours after arriving at check-in time. The internet was slow in both the upstairs and downstairs unit (do not work remotely from here without a hot spot) and nonexistent in the studio. The location and convenience of parking at this Del Mar property was great. However, we were disgusted by the lack of cleanliness and accountability of the property management to provide “excellent customer service” for the inconvenience during our stay. We will not be staying at another property from this company, TR Davis, for these reasons.

This property worked perfectly for our group. My parents were able to stay with us on their separate living space, and we could all walk to the beach every morning just a block away. The property was well furnished and comfortable. We are excited to hopefully return next summer.

Stayed in August 2021 for a family vacation including 7 adults and 2 small kids. We took over the entire compound and it was fantastic. Plenty of room to gather as a group, but everyone had their own space. We spent time on the front patio and 2nd floor patio. Having private parking was a bonus. Best attribute was the location. One block from a gorgeous beach. Perfect combination of beautiful sand, great waves for adults, but still great was boogie boarding for the kids. Great walking beach. Only suggestion - get a small "dorm" fridge for the small first floor apartment. I would rate our overall experience a 10!

Three families had all three units so each was able to have their own space. Tge furnishings are wonderful and the beach equipment was outstanding. Never needed to contact management but their response with check in and check out was easy. Really wonderful to have 5 parking spaces at the back of the house !!

Great accommodations! Great location! Perfect beach property with everything you might need! We had infants, toddlers, teenagers, and grandparents. The separate units gave us all a lot of together time as well as a little space.

We stayed here for just over a week. With 3 separate units, the house was ideal for my group. There was plenty of space for everyone and yet it was very cozy and comfortable. We loved being one block from the beach - very easy convenient access and we could get away from the crowds when we wanted. Tom and Michelle were great to work with. We hope we can stay here again next year.
