The modern floor plan offers ample seating in both living and dining areas. The living space is easily extended to the private balcony with access via the living area. The renovated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, fresh cabinetry and granite counter-tops. The master bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and offers a private bath. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and private bath. An added amenity for this unit is complimentary high speed internet. Property amenities include pool, tennis court, and onsite fitness facility. Fire pit and charcoal grills available too! And you are scarcely minutes from entertainment, shopping and dining. Complimentary WiFi NOTE: The Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club complex is currently undergoing maintenance. Some noise may be present. We do not have information in regards to how long this maintenance will last but will update this listing when we have more information. We had some last-minute changes to our vacation dates and luckily, Paradise Coastal Realty was able to accommodate this at no additional charge. When we arrived for our fall break getaway we were pleased to see that our condo unit was clean and the layout and furnishings were as advertised. The view from this unit is wonderful and the balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and the family room. A couple of things for future guests to note: the toilets flush quite loudly (any late-night restroom breaks will likely wake others!), the master bathroom door is not completely private; it's frosted glass (something to be aware of depending on who you're traveling with). Furniture was comfortable, the rugs in the unit could stand to be replaced in the near future, but there are tile floors throughout. Plenty of places to hang towels in the bathroom and options for putting clothes away. Laundry is not available inside this unit; it is in the building's basement.

Overall very good experience. Rooms were clean nad well stocked. Very nice view of beach from room. Had incident with table that caused an injury and took several hours away from our vacation but management responded immediately.

We had a great time and this property met ALL of our needs and expectations. The building was spotless clean and the manager and assistant manager were very friendly and accommodating. Just wish there was beach access directly across Ft. Pickens Rd.

The good: They offered early check in and late check out. The unit looks exactly like the photos, clean , great view and is very spacious. Biggest living room I’ve had at the beach. The bad: The posting states you can walk across the street to the beach, but you cannot as there is a fence. You have to walk down .25 a mile then cross over (or drive which we did because we had a lot to carry). Beach access was our #1 need. What’s also bad is paradise beach homes made us move to this property after they canceled our first property reservation and didn’t offer a discount or a comparable featured unit. Lastly, during check in they didn’t give us the key to room. They only gave us a code, but the door doesn’t have a code, it needs a key. So we had to drive back to the office to get the key. Why they key wasn’t given to us at first is beyond us. This issue wouldn’t have happened if they had a keypad door in this unit. Also, we found damages in the unit upon arrival and sent them to the paradise team but they didn’t responded to our concerns. I’ve stayed with multiple rental management companies and this type of service was unexpected so I won’t be choosing them again as there are so many others. However again, the early checkin and option for late checkout was nice. (Also it rained and there wasn’t any games or activities for in the unit besides some books)

The Condo was very nice, everything clean, beds were pretty comfortable. The only thing I did not like and wasn't aware of is you can't cross the road and go directly across the condo to the beach. I like to watch my older children from the balcony and the beach access was a walk down the road with all the stuff we have to take, then walk across the beach to get back in front of the condo. Not very convenient. Would book somewhere else with this company thought. The people are very nice.

View was great & condo overall was lovely. Very clean. But we did lose hot water for our showers at night, actually cold 3 of the nights. Owners need to upgrade water heater. No toilet paper roll holder in first bathroom. Shower tile chipping in 2nd bathroom. BR tv's were not user friendly. Altho this was out of owner control, there was pounding and drilling going on in other units at different times during the day for 6 days. Not pleasant to listen to when confined to condo due to cold/wet weather.

We loved staying at the condo. The view from every room was breathtaking. The condo was fully equipped and we were able to have healthy meals in the condo. My son loved swimming in the pool and meeting new people who came down to swim. Town was a short walk and had a lot of different restaurants. We walked the beach every morning and saw dolphins. There were starfish that washed up on the beach. The sand was so soft and very nice to walk on.
We loved staying here and can not wait to come back.

LOCATION: The location and the view are absolutely amazing. There was always parking available for our rental car. The one bummer was we couldn't walk directly across the street to the beach. We did have to walk a bit to get to the public access for the beach, which really wasn't bad.
POOL: The pool is very nice and well maintained! Loved it!
The UNIT: Very clean & nice size unit. Lots of storage for clothes and toiletries. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and anything you wanted to make a meal. The two recliner rockers were extremely comfortable and you could view the ocean and just relax. AMAZING!
WARNING - the stove has very touchy knobs and the kids and adults accidently bumped or leaned against them on about 4 occasions and the stove turned on. It can be very dangerous if you have young kids.
It is a little dated and needs some work. The main bathroom shower head leaked constantly from the day we were there and got worse. We'd have to tweak the lever just so, to get just a small drip rather that a full on leak. There was cardboard covering up the plumbing that comes out of the wall for the toilet - which was odd. The 2nd bath light fixture flicker the entire time we were there. The slider in the twin bedroom did not open up. The mirror frame was falling off.
BEDS: The pull out hide-a-bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the bars when you lie down even if you are a small adult. We had to go buy a thick foam pad so it was bearable. It says it can sleep 8 people, but that is not comfortable. The two queens and two twin's were okay to sleep on.
LAUNDRY: The facility is great. Bring lots of quarters. We used the $1 and $2 washers and then the dryers are $.25 for 15 minutes I think. It's really not bad because they do a good job and are quick.
AIR: Works great in all the rooms, except the back bedroom doesn't get as much air and felt about a lot warmer. Ther

We stayed at SYRC 9D and were very pleased! Although the building is across the street from the ocean, there's nothing blocking your view. From the 9th floor, it looks like your beach front. Plus, you get the bayside too! The pool, bbq, tennis courts, and hammocks are around back and are perfect for sunsets. Being in a smaller complex has many upsides. Everyone was friendly, including the grounds crew, you can park close, and the elevators are timely. When you arrive at your condo, you open your door and immediately are drawn to the view through the dining area and family room - the ocean! With the glass balcony, it's an unobstructed view. The family room is fitted with comfy recliners and a couch. What's amazing is the size! You'll also be able to see the gulf from the kitchen, which is fully equipped. What we found to be unique is the layout runs parallel to the beach giving every room this view, including both bedrooms! We can also say the staff at Paradise Beach Homes were top notched professionals. From reservation to check-in, everyone we encountered was courteous. We'll be back!

We like staying at Sabine because of the great views from each of the main rooms. We enjoy using the balcony and the only thing I suggest is a few more comfortable chairs. The living room couch is not very comfortable to sit on and the cushions sink into the frame of a pull-out bed. The kitchen is small, and we experienced a couple hazards: a shelf holding the microwave juts out and it's easy to get a head bump if not careful. Also, when standing in front of the stove it is very easy to turn on burners without being aware. The main bedroom has two queen-sized rooms which works great for us. The closet is small, but we make do. The main bathroom has an open shower, which is fine, but the surrounding tile badly needed cleaning from mildew buildup. In general, the condo was not that clean when we arrived (dust could be seen under beds and in corners.) The second bedroom has a larger closet and twin beds. We sometimes have 2 adults join us during our stay and a single king-size bed would better suit us but understand that twin beds might be preferred for children. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in #9D, but it could use a few improvements. The main attraction is the great view of the gulf.

Great location, friendly locals, plenty of things to do. Condo was clean and well furnished with all essentials like cookware. Everything was easy with no hassle. Condo could use some freshening up with paint, etc., but that's somewhat expected since it is the end of the season. Very relaxing, worry free trip. 4 stars for the property manager which is not the owner of the property only because he was a little overbearing, questioning my small children about some underwear that someone left in the men's room. I had to intervene, especially since we didn't even know where the men's room was, and when the children said they didn't know who's underwear they were he continued to interrogate them with my wife and I right there. The only issue during the stay.

Daring my stay the beach were closed due to rip current, but swimming in the sound was as good as swimming in the ocean. The restaurants are great.
