Charming two-story, luxury cottage on the Bay in Ptown's preferred West End. Spectacular water views. French doors open to a private brick patio and a large deck shared with one other cottage. Lounge on the teak steamer chaises and hear the water lapping under the deck. Take 4 steps into the Bay to swim or launch your complimentary kayak. Christopher Peacock kitchen with Franke, Miele, Gaggenau appliances and espresso machine. A small living/dining area, tiled bath/shower on 1st fl, queen size bedroom, comfy reading area and private balcony on 2nd fl. Cable/internet, FlatscreenTV in living/dining area, Flatscreen TV in bedroom; Bose Wave radio with ipod dock, central a/c+heat. Gas outdoor grill, outdoor shower and a large outdoor teak dining table for your dining or entertaining pleasure. Enchanting and romantic! Near by off site parking included. Couldn’t have had a better stay at Labrador Landing!

Clean. Fantastic location. Loved the sound of the tides lapping beneath the deck each day. Just the right size for two people. The outside space was the best part of the experience. Owner was out of town when we arrived but she made sure that we had contact info for the guy that could help us if needed. Looking forward to a return visit next September!

The cottage is a tiny oasis set back from the street and almost on the water; you have direct access via a shared deck. It is a lovely space to enjoy the sound of the waves at night and to get up in the morning to run the dog on the beach. Bit of a hike from the center of town (15 min walk or 5ish bike) but with Relish just down the street you can still get a morning coffee. Absolutely perfect for a solo traveler.

The cottage is darling, small, but fine for two people. Really nice outdoor space, but unfortunately it was a bit cold and rainy during our stay so we weren't able to utilize that space as much as we would have liked to.
The location is fabulous. My only complaint was there was quite a bit of dog hair on the bed and upstairs-- laying out my clothes on the bed, I found there was a fair amount of fur from previous guests...

On the ocean, a peaceful simple cottage. tiny house living but 2 floors and double French doors that open it up to breezes and the sound of the sea. Easy to walk into town or enjoy a bite at the red inn just down the street.

Could not open the door with the key provide but the manager came immediately and changed the locks. A couple other issues were addressed quickly. Great little cottage with an amazing view.

We had a fabulous stay! We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to town and to the Provincetown Inn for the wedding. We loved the deck right on the water. The space was well appointed, neat, clean and comfy.

Lyn's home was beautiful and efficiently uses every space. It remarkably has everything you could need. As someone that enjoys cooking, I was pleasantly surprised at all the gadgets and tools available to make great meals at home. The view and ocean access cannot be beat. Lyn is also incredibly responsive should you need anything or have any questions. Nearby parking is a huge plus and there were really nice details (like providing beach towels). The private patio is a perfect spot to store bikes and two can fit under the overhang in the case of rain. Would love to stay here again and hope to!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Provincetown. Waking up to sounds of the ocean and enjoying coffee on the deck is sure to start your day on a great note. The cottage was clean and well equipped and having a dedicated parking space is a plus (the space is a short walk down the road).

We enjoyed a perfect week of life on the bay ruled by dramatic tides with high-tide coming up right to the deck stairs down to the beach balanced by low-tidal flats for beautiful long walks/runs with our frisky pup. Not much reason to venture out though we did of course. The West End of Ptown is lovely and quieter than much of town, with a few great restaurants !

A perfect honeymoon
My Instagram explore page is chock full of tiny houses, so when I saw The Cottage, I knew we had to stay here for our honeymoon. We lucked out with perfect weather in late June. The Cottage is perfectly located a short walk from town but nestled in the quiet west end of Provincetown. The Cottage is small, but not cramped. It had everything we needed for a perfectly relaxing stay. Lyn was helpful and responsive during our stay. We just loved our trip to PTown. Would definitely stay again.

We were not left the usual cottage necessities; I.e., dishwasher soap. Another concerning development was the automatic ice maker. The ice would be dispensed with some sort of toxic looking substance with the ice. We bought our ice. The downstairs sitting was hard and uncomfortable. This L shaped sitting needs to be updated with more comfortable cushions. The upstairs balcony is unusable due to fungus growing on railings and furniture. The place obviously needs a major overhaul; especially the mold..our week was warm so we kept the windows open.
