Walk out the the back of the beach house, to a cross-walk immediately to the beach access. Once on the beach and you need something or want to return to the house, super easy and quick. Community pool for the 6-8 houses on the cul de sac. Beach house designed for the family with a large open area for dining room, family room, with a nice alcove bar area with built in ice machine. 4 car parking on concrete driveway. Barbecue, swing, picnic table for outside entertainment. Beautiful wrap-around porch with solid wooden rocking chairs and plenty of seating. One side screened in, two other sides open but protected with large overhang roof to protect from the sun. Remodeled with new upstairs windows and french doors leading to a new second level deck with ocean/sound view. Great place to socialize, sun, or just chill.

Very nice house with exceptional amenities. Great location. The weather was not as kind to us this year. Only one sunny day so we did get to use the pool or even be on the beach much. It was too windy to even sit on the porch most of the week. The house is so comfortably decorated we found ways to entertain ourselves inside. Good lighting, plenty of seats and well stocked kitchen. The master bath on the first floor is a dream. Really really like the new decking and steps! The view was great from upper deck.

We really enjoyed the Outer Banks. I don't know if we will ever be able to return, but I would gladly stay in this house again if we do! The house was comfortable, the location is great, and the owner was easy to work with.

This house was perfect for our three families. Both the adults and kids had plenty of space and the open downstairs kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for us all to be together. We had regular communication with the property manager before check in and the house was very clean when we arrived. The location was perfect for everyone since it was so close to the public beach access and the community pool was a life saver for the kids during days when there was no swimming at the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better house and we are already talking about staying here again in the future.

We have been going to the Outer Banks for 40 years and this house is by far our favorite. Open the Master Suite curtain in the morning and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Sit on the wrap around porch and choose your level of light and breeze for any time of day. The owner has thought of everything at this property and if you have a concern he is extremely easy to contact and work with.

Wonderful location right across from public access to beach. Layout and number of bed & baths was perfect for our family. 2 families with children and 1 adult. Communication was awesome. We would definitely come back.

The house is clean and comfy. There is enough room to be together but not be on top of each other. This is the second time I have stayed at this home and will stay here again when in Nags Head.

Perfect house and location for our group. The beach, restaurants, stores and attractions were all nearby. Great communication with the owner. Easy check in and out process. Highly recommend.

This was our 2nd year staying here and we really enjoyed it great location and updates are really nice especially the 2nd floor balcony looking over the ocean we actually saw dolphins one morning host is really nice and gets back in touch quickly would highly recommend

Great house, helpful owner, great location! Our only concern was that it was advertised as sleeping 12 and the ten of us couldn’t sleep comfortably. We’re all seniors. Luckily we brought along an air mattress.

If I could give this place 10 stars for communication, I would. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on one of the lights and the property manager responded to my question within about 30 seconds. Great place and really close to the beach. Highly recommend!

David is a super communicater and His place is spectacular location, stocked for all kitchen from seafood boil to grilling for surf and turf. He has all types of things for adults and kids, the master facing the beach is probably one of my favorite things. We will be back next year again!!! I wish all vrbo owners were as good as this one!

Everything about the property including host was great. Only complaint I have is that the floor in living area will get slippery when high humidity or moist feet, may be due to film of floor cleaning chemicals and/or the floor material

Great property, very convenient, nice updated furniture and decor. The house was nice and clean with plenty of kitchen supplies (we cooked all of our meals). To be clear only 1 bedroom has a private bath the other two full baths are shared and the 5th bathroom is in the basement. Rooms are comfortable and the common area is nice and large the wet bar with an ice maker was a bonus.

I can't say enough good things about the wonderful trip we had in Nag's head! I'm not joking when I say my group was STUNNED when we walked into Daniel's beautiful apartment. We were greeted with a spacious, trendy, well lit interior. Wonderful use of space and an AWESOME kitchen. Not to mention the porch that goes all the way around the property -- we spent most of our porch time in the screened in section with plenty of rocking chairs!
The beach is literally a two minute walk away and the pool in the middle of the neighborhood was a great place to relax at the end of the day.
Location can't be beat, you're surrounded by great restaurants and easy access to grocery stores and whatever else you might need.
Beds and bedrooms and comfortable and well put together.
Not to mention the laundry and parking downstairs, a rare find, as well as the beach chairs and toys in the storage room!!
All in all, this was easily the best summer rental for a large group that I've ever stayed at. Would absolutely come again!!

This was a blast. The house is great, right across the street from the pool and a quick walk to the beach. Kids loved it and we had a great time.
