Experience our completely renovated and generously proportioned vacation Apartment We are located in Carlsbad Village, less then a block from the beach and the beach access, just a block from downtown Carlsbad. You can literally walk to local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and the train station. The unit is in a twenty one unit garden low rise apartment complex, there are three buildings with a courtyard and swimming located in the center of the complex. This vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at it’s finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. We had a lovely stay in the Carslbad area.
This location is a short walk to the beach and to local restaurants.
There was everything at the property for beach going. (beach chairs, umbrella, kids toys and a wagon).
For those planning a day at lego land it is only a 15 minute drive away!
We were also able to get grocery delivery to this location to make some meals in during our stay.
Highly recommend for a family of four!

We stayed at this property in 2019, and found it again on VRBO. Great location, comfortable for sleeping, cooking, hanging out. Laundry on site, pool, too. Two very short blocks to the beach, two blocks to downtown, we walked everywhere. Secure parking, and a charger for our hybrid vehicle. We'll be back!

One of the best equipped condos we’ve ever stated at. The condo was spacious and the beds very comfortable! Appreciate the beach items although we did not use them, weather was a bit cool for spending a day at the beach. Truly enjoyed being able to walk to the village for food and entertainment. Would love to return soon for another visit with my family.

It was our first time visiting Cali. This VRBO was in a superb location within walking distance to all the fun shops and beach. You want to see beautiful sunsets, stay here! Extremely clean condo, fundamentals provided and was easy to access at our very late arrival. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you for making our trip exceptional!

We were once lucky enough to call Carlsbad home and now visit any chance we get. This place had all the comforts of home check in and out was a very easy process. The place was stocked with everything you need plus some beach toys chairs and umbrellas. If you’re looking for a place to bring the family and walk to the beach this is it

Two issues regarding communication at the beginning, but otherwise a great stay. The unit was perfect! Well-appointed, quiet, spacious, comfy beds, great TV, wonderful patio and beach amenities. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

We traveled with our three little ones and this place was the perfect location to access the beach and walk into the Village. There’s also a nice playground at the Pine Ave Community Center nearby!

The condo was nice, quiet and comfortable. Unit was well stocked with pretty much all you would need, (except for beach towels, bummer!) It was so close to the beach and the village, we walked everywhere!
The beds were very comfortable, the AC unit and fans provided made it pleasant to sleep.
Down side, the guest bedroom tv didn’t have cable but Roku, with no instructions for use. I got so frustrated with it the first night I ended up watching Netflix and Amazon Prime on my iPad the rest of the vacation. Next, the house seemed clean but the tile floors (at least in places) were very dirty. After walking around in bare feet, my feet were filthy.
Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend. I would suggest an upper unit if available for a better view of your surroundings, it’s so pretty there. The buildings, grounds, pool and common areas are all very well maintained.

Perfect from start to finish. Easy check-in, incredibly friendly complex, beautifully maintained grounds, and all of the amenities. The condo was beautiful, perfect layout and exceeded all expectations. Short distance from our favorite Carlsbad beach, wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops. It was difficult to end our vacation!!

This is our second time staying here and our first time in unit S. We love this property and location. I love that it's walkable to the beach and restaurants. The unit is comfortable and had everything we needed. The only downside is that it's a small bathroom. We loved our stay and we will be back!

It was great having a little place that was so close to the ocean and the town for walking to restaurants shops and everything we needed. Having a little wagon with beach chairs, boogie boards and toys was a big plus.
