Beach front condo on top floor (5th) with 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath that offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Elevator available. Unit 503 has been completely renovated with a new kitchen including stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and new cabinets. The Dining room comfortably seats 4 people. The Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, ample seating and a 55" smart TV. There are large private balconies off of the living room and bedroom. The Bedroom has a King size bed, full dresser with mirror and a flat screen TV. Nice walk-in closet too. The unit includes beach chairs, an umbrella and other family beach toys. This truly is a home away from home. Amenities of the Caprice include a private deck with lounge chairs, tables & umbrellas. The pool is heated with a whirlpool. There is a grilling area and shuffle board. You'll also find laundry facilities, a fitness center, a recreation/party room and parking on site. Direct access to the beach and walking distance to a wide variety of shopping and restaurants. Free Wi Fi available.

Great condo with a beautiful view that we enjoyed from the balcony. There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance as well as a free ride service if you don't want to walk. We had a great vacation!

Property well maintained. And room 503 is beautiful, with a great view of St Petes Beach. This was our 1st time here and we will be sure to come back. Found a great hole in the wall eatery ( Willys ) that I would recommend to anyone walking distance from room. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it.

We loved this unit. Location and view were great. The only feedback I would offer is the obnoxious exhaust fan in the bathroom. Needs its own switch or to be replaced. The tiled floor could use a good stripping/cleaning. Your feet turn black from walking on it. Again, these aren’t complaints, just suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again.

The location and accessibility were perfect. If you want to walk to restaurants and coffee shops this location is ideal. The condo is nice, but needs updated. Our view of the beach was nice. The condo management staff were very friendly. St. Pete Beach is a great location!

As soon as we stepped inside 503, we knew this was going to be an amazing trip. The views were spectacular. The beach was wonderful. There were so many places for us to easily walk to. Everyone that we met there was friendly and made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again, it was that great!

First time to St Pete’s Beach. Unit was ok. Needs to be updated. Bathroom is outdated with a show curtain that kept falling. Vanity was dirty.
We did rebook for next year but at a different unit.

Loved the condo. Everything was clean and very comfortable. We had enough towels, etc. and the extra blanket came in handy. Also had chairs and umbrellas. Umbrellas were in bad shape and end up buying one but left it for the next guest.

The location was perfect, right on the beach. There were plenty of restaurants around to choose from. The condo was beautiful & bed was comfy. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning and ended the night with a drink on it. We’ll be back!!

Great condo, great location right on a beautiful beach! We arrived earlier than check in and the girl in the office was very welcoming & called to get out condo cleaned next. The condo was exactly as pictured and very comfortable, usually we have issues with hotel beds but this one was VERY comfy. Everything you could need for a week at the beach and walking distance to many great resturants. I was worried at first being right next to the elevator but had zero issues with noise. Would definetly stay in this unit again!

Our second time staying in this unit. Loved the complex , especially the fenced in beach area and pool. Everything was immaculate. The owner provided new cookware since our last stay! Will definitely stay again

We had a very enjoyable vacation and hope to go back. The only drawback was that there were renovations going on in a nearby condo and the walls are thin. Woke us up at 8:30 every morning we were there with pounding and power tools -including Sunday and a holiday. Of course not owners’ fault, but may want to see if construction is scheduled for the time you book. Great vacation overall and beautiful condo!

Terry & Melissa's condo is even better than what is listed. It is expertly renovated with upscale finishes, appliances, kitchen utensils, and decor. It was immaculately clean and even more spacious than the photos are able to indicate. The view was outstanding with a spacious balcony easily accommodating four chairs, a table, and a chaise. The kitchen had very nice dishes for 8, with pots & pans, bowls, and glasses in excellent condition. The dining area was also spacious.

We had a great honeymoon trip. Great location and our condo was well equipped and decorated nicely! Terry was very easy to reach when we had a concern and handled it immediately.

My trip to St Pete
The condo was clean and well appointed. The view from the balcony was nice but partially obstructed. The bed was very comfortable. However, the pillows were not what I prefer and not comfortable. The fan in the bathroom is very noisy. The staff there is very friendly. The location is great. The beaches were perfect. Overall it was a very good trip.

The condo provided basics that we needed just to cook simple breakfast and make sandwiches and snacks! Plenty of towels and the pull out sofa worked great for our son! Blocks to walk to so many options of food and had a beach restaurant which was super reasonable right next door for beach lunches too!

We really enjoyed our stay. Decorated impeccably with the perfect ocean front view and equipped with everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the walk ability to several restaurants and beachfront bars. Would definitely stay here again!
