Situated in Tahoe Vista, this lovely condo for £210 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Modern, cozy, warm and relaxing.... Beautiful every season, to hike, ski, beach, shop or lounge. Conveniently located near the heart of Kings Beach, this newly remodeled 3 story, warm and comfortable condominium boasts the perfect location from which to enjoy all of what Lake Tahoe has to offer. Incredible hiking and biking trails (which become snowshoeing and x-c skiing trails in winter!) are right down the block in the Tahoe National Forest. The condominium is just a mile from Lake Tahoe, 6 miles from the Northstar Ski Resort, and just minutes to the shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment of Incline Village, Tahoe City and Truckee. The condominium provides two bedrooms, two bathrooms, all newly furnished, and a loft which houses Wii, fussball table and sofa/bed. The master bedroom has a beautiful locally crafted king size bed, with a deck. The second bedroom has Danish bunkbeds, with bottom queen, top full, and additional single bed, sleeping 4. The home can sleep eight comfortably. The downstairs bathroom holds a jacuzzi bath-tub, the second bathroom upstairs has a shower, and both bathrooms provide heated flooring. Enjoying meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, heated flooring, timed coffee/espresso maker ready in the morning when you wake up. The easy gas lit, wood-burning fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for hanging out in the living room, dining room or kitchen area. Living room has a second deck with barbeque and seating. The living room holds a large-screen HDTV with BluRay DVD player, netflix, YouTube, Pandora, Hulu and more. Condominium includes access to the pool, sauna, ping pong and tennis courts just across the way (summer months only). Enjoy this home home-away-from-home every season. Pets are not allowed due to HOA regulations, this is NOT a pet free condo the owners bring their pets up regularly , if you have animal related allergies this is not the place for you . **PLEASE READ the "Policies" section carefully before you book. This condo is super equipped for maximum comfort. They provided coffee, sugar, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The linen was surprisingly nice for a rental. As a group of four ladies looking to hang out and relax, this condo was the best option. I’m so glad we stayed here. It’s about a mile from kings beach, shops, and Safeway (very walkable).

Overall we loved this property at Tahoe. Super convenient to beaches and the grocery store. Comfortably fit our family of five. The pool was great. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and laundry.

We loved this place, very well taken care of. Enough beds for everyone, six of us. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we might need, coffee makers, Tea pot, pots & pans, Barbecue, very nice!

My family of 4 enjoyed our visit to North Lake Tahoe. The location was convenient and we enjoyed the personal touches on the condo. My kids loved their room and the play area. It was great to have an easy hike within walking distance. Kitchen was well-equipped and appreciated the coffee! We felt it could have been cleaner, though, based on the previous reviews. Communication with owners was excellent. Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us!

We had a great time staying at this condo for 2 nights. Our kids really enjoyed it. It was also nice that there was some equipment to borrow if one wanted. I'm really glad I made the choice to stay there, even though it was a blizzard nearly the whole time.

We had a wonderful visit to this condo! Perfect for our family of 6. The location was central and the community was quiet. Our kids loved the loft for post snow fun. The hosts were extremely responsive. Even better the Verizon signal does not exist and we did not give the wifi password to our teenagers! Ha!

Perfect home base for a Northern Tahoe Family getaway. Close to amenities and recreational activities. The condo had enough space for my family of 5 to relax comfortably. The loft game room was a plus for the kids. Affordable, would definitely consider renting again.

The Kings Beach condo was even better than expected! It was cozy and cute! In a great location, close to everything. The cute little loft was a plus for the kiddos and the nice chandelier was a romantic touch to the master. There was even a bidet in one of the bathrooms! The only complaints I have was that there might have been a cat living there because my daughter's allergies kicked in as soon as she walked in but nothing a little allergy medicine couldn't fix. Also when we tried enjoying the patio off the bedroom we were greeted by a very large spider outside, but hey that's nature. Overall a great experience!

Adam's condo is the perfect place for a family getaway to Tahoe. Our son and his friend loved the loft with video games, DVDs, and foosball. It was hard to get them out of the house! The condo is a short walk from the complex's nice swimming pool and some good hiking and mountain biking trails. It's very convenient that there is laundry and a dishwasher -- also perfect for a family stay. We felt very comfortable here and it suited our needs perfectly.
