The house is very well maintained and decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Simona left fresh water in the fridge which was a lovely touch. We didn't meet Simona, but she left clear instructions to gain access to the house. An added bonus is the parking for a car outside the house. It is a short 15 minute walk into the town and there are lovely restaurants and shops close by. We would be happy to stay here again.

The property is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is fine. There is a terrace above the property with a clothes drying area and table and chairs to relax. Simona met us on arrival and helped us settle in and provided nice sweets as a welcoming. There is a great view up to the old town of Modica. Simona provided great advice for a restaurant and was always concerned that our stay was enjoyable. Parking is right outside the front of the property and is not difficult. We would stay again.

We found the shower hard to adjust to a suitable temperature. It is a five 5 minute drive up to the old town.
