Located in Piran, this charming condo for £180 per night is a great choice for your next break. Ideal property rental at the edge of Portoroz where either the town of Piran or center of Portoroz is only a 15 minute walk away. Situated in the hillside neighborhood overlooking the Adriatic Sea to the Croatian coast, the house is close to everything. Just a 9 minute walk will take you to the promenade where you’ll find plenty of places to relax by the sea and swim, pass the time away in cafes and restaurants and playgrounds for the children. There are a couple of markets within walking distance as well. The apartments have been completely renovated with beautiful tiles throughout, rain shower heads and a bathtub in each unit and brand new kitchen appliances and cabinets. The house has two apartments each with magnificent views of the sea, private terraces and a shared pool & garden area. It is the perfect place for families with children and for those looking for privacy, peace & quiet. Free parking is provided and a garage for storing sport equipment and baby strollers. Each apartment has a BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Cable TV is available in several languages (Czech, English, French, German, Italian and Slovenian) and there is free Wifi. All linen is supplied except for beach towels. Ceiling fans throughout the house and separate air conditioning and heating control in each room. You’ll love the wonderful breezes and quiet evenings. The Terrace Apartment is the upstairs unit with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and sleeps 6. The parking is on Lepa Cesta – the street above the house – and is wheelchair accessible. Sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed on the large terrace overlooking the sea. Large picture windows open up onto the large terrace from the living and dining area. The two sea facing rooms also have private patio doors to the terrace. There is also a patio/seating area in the back of the house where you can relax under the vine covered pergola. The terraced garden has a sunken pool with a Baja shelf and lots of room to relax, swim and enjoy the sun. Each unit has its own entry to the pool area – the upstairs unit has stairs that lead on the West side of the house and the downstairs unit has steps that lead to the pool area from their terrace. All areas are accessible except for the terrace and patio area over the garage which is reserved for the Garden Apartment. There is a laundry room with a washing machine for our guests and it is behind the house. The Garden apartment guests access the laundry room by going up the stairs on the West side of the house to the back. The door has a sign on it. The Terrace apartment guests will find the room easily just beyond the covered back patio.

It is a great place to stay with a great few on the sea! The pool is refreshing and it is easy to arrive by walk to Piran and Portorose. In the Appartment we missed nothing ! all there and new! we will come back!

The views from our balcony and living area were breathtaking- had to pinch myself daily. The place was clean and modern. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Pool was definitely a bonus (but is not heated as listing states) - was refreshing for a summer stay. Definitely would stay here again!

I cannot say enough about staying at this little piece of heaven. Everything is top notch - view is to die for; location is incredible, did I mention the view, amenities are more than you can imagine, beds are beyond comfortable, pool terrace were such a bonus for us and Roman and Kathi were the best hosts we ever dealt with. We even extended our stay as we didn't want to go to our next home. Do not hesitate on choosing this home. We can't wait to come back to this home. Thank you both.

Piran was beautiful. It was a great luxury to have the swimming pool and the views from the balcony were stunning. We loved Frotolin Pri Cantini for seafood, just turn up, order a drink while you sit in the square and wait for a table. No complaints about anything thank you

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Romans und Kathis Wohnung. Sie ist sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder in der Anzeige werden der Wohnung mehr als gerecht. Der Blick über das Meer vom Wohnbereich und vom Balkon aus ist toll. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die gepflegte Pool-Anlage. Der Kontakt zu Roman und Kathi war sehr angenehm. Alle unsere Fragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung in Top-Zustand, sehr sauber. Viel Platz für 4 Erwachsene, aber 5-6 sind sicher auch kein Problem. Gut ausgestattete Küche, großzügige Bäder. Die Terrasse bietet einen fantastischen Weitblick über die Bucht von Portoroz bis nach Kroatien. Der Pool ( gemeinsame Benutzung mit der Wohnung darunter) und die gepflegte Gartenanlage sind ein weiteres Highlight. Supernette und hilfsbereite Eigentümer, die direkt nebenan wohnen und auf jede Frage/Bitte innerhalb von Minuten antworten. Kathi und Roman: thank you so much for this wonderful time!

We found a little paradise in Portoroz, wonderful sight, peaceful and relaxing place. We appreciated a warm welcome by sweet dog Charlee. Stylish and comfortable rooms , perfect kitchen and we enjoyed in the private swimming pool.We hope to come back with our big family as soon as possible.Dear Roman we wish all the best! Our stay in Slovenia was perfect and this was mostly due to the fact that we stayed in this wonderful apartment. It was very modern, impeccably clean and has obviously been furnished with a lot of attention to every tiny detail. Roman was always very helpful and we will definitely come back there.

Mooi appartement. Op en top verzorgd huisje en zwembad. Mooi uitzicht en rustig gelegen. Fijne welkom en we waren aangenaam, positief verrast. Wijntje en frisdrank alsook aanwezige koffiepads stonden klaar bij aankomst... Huisje is tip top in orde en voorzien van alle gemakken. Kamers waren altijd fijn fris dankzij de airco. Roman verzorgde zwembad en terrein elke morgen en communicatie met hem verliep zeer aangenaam. Wij hebben genoten en gaan zeker terug. Een echte aanrader 👍�👌�

Slowenien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Großen Anteil hatte das wirklich schöne Appartment. Alles war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche war umfangreich ausgestattet. Die Aussicht aufs Meer war atemberaubend. Den Kindern gefiel natürlich der Pool besonders. Roman war ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter. Diese Unterkunft ist zu 100 % weiterzuempfehlen.
