Located in Sunriver, this charming house for £255 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. To All Our Valued Guests, We are monitoring the local and state requirements to make sure our guest’s safety is a priority. Our home is sanitized and will be between guests. If you have special requests, please contact Property Manager to discuss your concerns. Thank you, Property Manager Come stay at our lovely home 20 minutes from Bend, Oregon, 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor complete with skiing, mountain biking, horseback riding, river rafting, hiking, sightseeing, and plenty more for your outdoor needs. Details: 4 Olympic Lane is a well-maintained 2-story 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that sleeps 8 comfortably. Heat consists of furnace, wall-mount heat pump, and gas fireplace insert. The wall-mount ductless heat pump also provides AC controlled by guests for your comfort. Newly installed carpet and new hot tub surrounded by a new deck installed November 2023. It is located perfectly in a quiet cul-de-sac on the 13th green of the Meadow Golf Course. The house has a 2nd floor loft and comes with 8 passes to SHARC for daily use as permitted. Master bedroom and bath on second floor has balcony overlooking the golf course with a king-size bed. Loft area has 55" flat screen TV with daybed and trundle with separate access to master bedroom's bathroom. Two downstairs bedrooms offer one with queen bed and flat screen TV and the other with 2 twin beds. Back deck and master bedroom balcony overlooks the Meadows Golf Course and is outfitted with hot tub with extra specific towels for hot tub use, grill, a picnic table and 2 chaise lounges and chairs for those beautiful summer and fall days! Supplies for the grill are in the kitchen pantry. PLEASE NOTE: Six cruiser bicycles, helmets & bike locks are available for free use! You are welcome to bring your own bicycle and store safely in the garage. We do not ignore our bikes needing repaired, but it is needed often and appreciate being contacted right away with any issues. Sunriver rules for bicycles is to stay on paved bike paths and not ride on roads or dirt pathways. If you want to do mountain biking, please bring your own bikes as ours are simple cruisers for the Sunriver bike paths only. Less than 5-minute ride to The Village or SHARC. With 8 SHARC passes available that renew daily! This is a NO PARTY/EVENT house, so plan on deposit being held if you choose to do so. Please come and enjoy your Oregon stay in Sunriver!

The location is ideal, but that is about the end of the positives.
The house leaves a lot to be desired, especially at the price we paid. Here is our list:
- The master bath toilet is broken. We constantly had to take the lid off to manually re-engage the flap to flush. Even when it does work, there is a leak, so all night long the toilet randomly refills, and is quite loud. It kept waking us up.
- There is black mold/mildew all over the house. There are large patches in the drywall of the master bath, all along the grout, and in the kitchen.
- We constantly found other peoples hair! It was in the bath, on towels, and all around the house.
- The dryer does not dry effectively. We reduced load sizes, and even with small loads, the clothes came out smelling moldy and were damp.
- The porch has nails that stick up. We were lucky that our kids didn't cut their feet on them, as that would warrant a trip to the hospital for tetanus shots and probably stitches.
- The AC does cool the upstairs or the bedrooms. It is simply a box in the wall and on hot days cannot keep up. With the master upstairs, we were sweating in the heat with the AC at full blast.
Overall, the house was less than ideal. It was a great location, but so many of the amenities were broken, or ineffective. We will be looking elsewhere for our next trip.

We had a great stay at this home. The location is the best! Short biking distance to lodge, SHARC, the village and the nature center. The air conditioning kept the gathering area nice and cool. The loft area was nice for the kids. We enjoyed watching the golfers on the par three. Sometimes their balls would get very close. The king bed was very comfortable, the queen quite firm. We have already booked for next year!

The house is perfectly located in Sunriver, close to the SHARC and Villiage. The back of the house faces the golf course and felt very private. Cleanliness was the best I've seen in a vacation rental - truly impressive. My little family enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning a trip next year. Thank you so much for making your tastefully decorated and comfortable home available to us. We LOVED it!

We stayed two weeks at #4 Olympic! It was a great location on the Meadows golf course. It was very spacious for our group of 5 adults. The home was very clean and had everything we needed! The kitchen is fully stocked. The bikes were awesome. Management was very responsive! The whole process couldn’t have been any smoother!

Great House in a Great Location!
This is a fantastic house in a great location at Sunriver. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of four with two teenage boys. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The house was well appointed with all that we needed and necessary instructions were easy to find keys, passes, trash, recycling, etc. The location is near enough to walk to the village, easy to hop on the bike path with quick access to the SHARC, nature center, or anywhere really. One of the best VRBO's we have rented and we would definitely stay here again.

This is a large comfortable home. We enjoyed the upstairs master suite with a separate loft/sitting/reading room. There are great views of the golf course and forest. It is easy to walk to the village or anywhere else in Sunriver. The trails are very close. During part of our stay (in February) morning temperatures were near zero degrees but the house was never cold. Our communications with the property manager were very efficient. We made a couple requests that were immediately taken care of. The decks provide nice outdoor space. Deck furniture was great. The kitchen was well stocked and functional.

Disappointed overall. Our family stayed at this home for a total of 5 days. The location was amazing, the golf course and trails were beautiful. But there were several things that fell short. First- The hot tub was very dirty upon arrival. We were so excited and specifically chose a property with a hot tub. The first night, upon arrival, we all got in. It was dark out but we could still notice several things (hairs dark flakes) floating in the tub. We got out, grossed out. The next morning upon examining in daylight, it was incredibly dirty. It seemed it had not been serviced in a long long while. We communicated to the host and she did have the tub service come clean it the following day. It took several hours to heat again, but was clean after that. However- then, we started to notice that items in the house also seemed like they hadn't been serviced: food remnants in the kitchen drawers, the BBQ grill had a lot of visual food remnants, and BBQ sauce all over the inside- it hadn't even been burned away or attempted to clean. There were no scrub brushes or sponges for dish washing, which would have been fine if there were sufficient amount of wash clothes. However, there was only 1 cloth in the drawer and it was balled up and looked as if it had been used prior. The hot water heater only warmed for about 1.5 showers at a time, which is to be expected in an older home but not pleasant for a full family of 6. And lastly, the internet/WIFI connection was non-existent. We tried resetting the router, or what we thought was the router, but it didn't help. I am really not one to complain, and honestly, we are very accommodating and easy people. We tried reaching out to the host during and at the end of the stay, to explain our concerns, and she did reply but basically just wrote it all off. Very disappointing, and won’t be staying again.

Wonderful time at the property. Excellent location between The Village and SHARC. 8 passes to the pool park was so great to have. Property is also right on the golf course and bike trails made everything accessible by pedal. Looking forward to staying here again.
