Situated in Frisco, this lovely condo for £201 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. ** 7TH NIGHT FREE! ** ** (Sorry - no free 7th night during the holidays) ** Discount lift tickets become available in the fall ** This 1450 square foot 3 bedroom, three bath condo occupies the top two levels of the highest situated building in the magnificent Lake Forest Complex. Both mountain and lake views are spectacular from each of the beautifully decorated rooms and the large deck. This spacious unit will provide ample comfort for eleven people. We completely remodeled the entire condo in 2019. It is beautifully decorated and we feel it is probably a cut above almost every condo that you have stayed at. We wanted to make sure your vacation is a special one. We welcome your comments PLEASE NOTE: CONDO IS IN A RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX SO WE ASK THAT YOU RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS (i.e. being quiet, no parties, etc. ) The condo has been totally renovated in 2019 with new flooring, appliances, counter tops, tile, bathroom fixtures, lighting, furniture, decor, etc. We work very hard to ensure that our condo is an inviting and spotless getaway for our guests. Upon arrival, please familiarize yourself with the "House Rules" that are listed in a 3 ring binder. This is our home. Please try your best to leave it in the same condition as when you checked in. It is centrally located; less than 10 minutes to Copper Mountain, 15-20 minutes to Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, and 30 minutes to Vail /Beaver Creek. In addition, you will be just minutes from miles of beautiful cross country skiing and snowshoeing at the Frisco Nordic Center. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise, and after a day of skiing, relax in one of the three hot tubs just outside your door, also with spectacular views. During the warmer months, you can enjoy the Summit County bike path around Lake Dillon (a short walk from your door), with connections to Vail, Breckenridge, etc. Also enjoy hiking, boating, sailing, and fishing across the road at Lake Dillon. Whitewater rafting, hot-air ballooning, horseback riding, some of the best fly-fishing in the state, excellent golfing, and tennis are all at your fingertips. The surrounding mountains offer world-class mountain biking opportunities. Year-round shopping at charming boutiques and over 90 outlet stores are only minutes away. No matter what interests you, Frisco/Summit County has it all. Impeccably clean. Beautiful decor. Comfy furniture including the beds. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Excellent communication with the host. Perfect location- very close to grocery stores, all the shops in Frisco- short distance to Silverthorne, Dillon, and Breckinridge. Gorgeous views from the balcony- could spend hrs out their- especially in the morning or evening/night. Some tall pine trees do obstruct a small part of the view of the reservoir, but not enough to be a deal changer. The hot tub and grills are only steps from the condo. Like I said- it isprettymuch perfect!!

This is a great property for families with the floorplan of the condo, only draw back was the stairs after a long day at the slopes. We had a great time and the condo was perfect for our family.

It's in a perfectly central location between Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland, Copper Mountain and Vail and Winter Park are also not too far away. Frisco is the cutest little mountain town and main street offers trendy food establishments and quaint mountain shopping. The Silverthorne outlets are also only 10min away. The one slight downside is that the property is right off of the interstate, so it was a little noisy one of the evenings in the north bedrooms. However, unless you have real issues sleeping, I think the benefits of this property far exceed the intermittent traffic noise. I highly recommend this property for families who need to accommodate a larger group and for ski bums and mountain adventurers who want to hit more than one mountain on your winter or summer vacation.

We very much appreciated the great communication to answer our questions before we arrived and during our stay. It is evident that Dennis and crew want to make it a pleasurable stay for their guests. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and have to say that very few provide the provisions for the stay like Dennis did (TP, shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, extra garbage bags, etc). This was a very nice touch and so much appreciated. View from the deck was gorgeous and it was very quiet for sleep time. We had 2 adult kids with us and the space was great to accommodate together times and our separate times. Everything we needed for cooking was available though with everything to do and all the great restaurants we only cooked a couple of times. Would totally rent this property again if we are in the area. One last plug...Samantha recommended Quincy's in Leadville for a delicious and inexpensive steak dinner....it did not disappoint!

Among the best we’ve ever rented and the most spectacular view of any place we’ve ever stayed. Plenty of room for us, our kids and grandkids. So close to recreation - we rented the nicest pontoon boat for a family outing, rented bikes for a family outing we’ll never forget and the food! Such great restaurants nearby! Condo was so nicely furnished and decorated. Had every amenity you could ask for.

The view from the condo was amazing! Pictures not words can accurately describe it. The location was perfect as well. Keystone, Silverthorne, Dillon, Breckinridge, and Copper Mountain were all within minutes of this location and easily accessible. Would highly recommend and would stay here in the future.

Didn’t disappoint
The property was very comfortable and the location was perfect. The house had all the essentials for cooking, bathing and entertaining. Btw we loved the added touch of Christmas lights and a holiday tree. It made our winter wonderland magical. I do wish there were hooks by the front door for our jackets though and just know this unit is on the 3rd floor. Felt like running a marathon for us Floridians going up all those stairs in that altitude. Over all though I would stay here again and recommend this exact unit to anyone who asks.

Fantastic experience
I booked this condo for a spring break ski trip for my son and his buddies from Texas Tech (yes, I was going to be there to oversee things). Communication with Dennis was great the entire time. The night before we were to head up, the governor of Colorado closed all ski resorts due to corona-virus. Big time bummer, but we get it. Dennis and VRBO were great about the situation and ended up refunding 100% of my reservation. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

Clean and cozy with a beautiful view.
This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The place was very clean and comfortable. The view of the mountains was breathtaking from our balcony. It was close to shopping and the main street of Frisco and it was an easy drive to the Breckenridge ski resort. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great views, great location
Lovely little condo! The place fit our group of 6 adults comfortably. The location right off lake Dillon provided great views and easy access to the stores in Frisco for food. No air conditioning, which is not uncommon for Summit county, so we weren't surprised. The many windows allowed us to effectively cool off the condo in the evening. Kitchen's pots, pans, and knives could use a refresh, but we managed to cook some of our favorite recipes. Dennis was responsive to all my questions along the way. Great customer service! We would definitely stay here again!

Location was great and had everything we needed. There was an incident with a neighbor in regards to us having dogs on the property but we got in touch with the property manager right away who told us to disregard the note.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lake Forest Property in Frisco, Co. We agree the views from the property are beautiful; and one gets the sense of being far from it all while being close to the freeway and shopping. The location is additionally central to all the local ski resorts as described. While the property is a bit older, the décor is tastefully done and the beds comfortable. It is important to note that the property is located on the third floor, so climbing stairs should be considered when including guests. My 89 year old mother got lots of exercise! Thank you for a great time!

Lived up to Expectations! Great place for Ski Vacation. I will return!
First of all, when you walk into the spacious condo, the views from the balcony windows are even prettier than what is written. My daughter and her 2 friends and I went up for a long weekend. The condo is in an ideal location for a relaxed day of skiing- 10 minutes door to door to Copper Mountain, and about 20 minutes to Breck or Keystone. And for my daughter, she loved the Tubing Hill about a mile away in downtown Frisco. I found the condo to be clean, well furnished and in great condition. Definitely a place that I would rent again and would highly recommend to my friends.
