About this condo rental
Just recently remodeled two bedroom plus condo sleeps 6 and is located on the ground floor of the B building of the desirable slope side condos at the East Rim, just steps from the slopes. There are three queen beds located in this condo. A wood burning fireplace(with free wood) seal the deal. The view from the deck is awesome. Fully equipped kitchen is included and all pots, pans and dishes provided. BBQ grill located on the deck

Condo was in very short walking distance for main ski lift and the center of the ski resort so location was perfect! Owner gave a great list of recommendations to restaurants grocery stores and deliveries. The view is BEAUTIFUL and the building was very accessible with 2 parking passes, even included ski locker. Got a '90s Vibe decor, didn't bother me, kept me safe and warm and can't beat the price for this location! Condo was nice and clean be sure to read info just in case you're there longer will need to bring extra paper products. Was easy to contact owner.

Close to mountain - perfect for skiers and also non skiers (they can walk straight to base of mountain and sit at snow beach) - fully stocked kitchen is great for cooking in! Plenty of towels and wash cloths! Comfy house

We had a great trip and loved being close to the ski resort. The property is a little outdated with some DIY repairs, but overall we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful location and centrally located between Durango & Silverton. Some Lodge amenities (pool, hot tub, fitness center) are not included in rental. Resort does have bike & off road rentals, large slide & mountain coaster and numerous other activities for kids & adults.
We did get some rain on and off which I hadn't considered but the mountain air is cool and refreshing.

Great property! Everything was straight forward for the rental and or has everything you need for meals and entertainment (has a smart TV upstairs). Beautiful location and centrally located between Durango & Silverton. Some Lodge amenities (pool, hot tub, fitness center) are not included in rental. Resort does have bike & off road rentals, large slide & mountain coaster and numerous other activities for kids & adults.
We did get some rain on and off which I hadn't considered but the mountain air is cool and refreshing.

The condo was clean and in a great location, we walked just a few steps to the slope. The condo is furnished with everything you need. The owner / manager was very responsive to our needs and very nice to talk to.

The location was great for walking to the ski lifts! The property manager was prompt and easy to work with. It was everything that was advertised. I strongly recommend the property for a family vacation with skiing. It's right across the street from the lodge which means easy access and the roads were always clear.

We had an extended stay in this property. Loved the location - quiet but right next to the plaza and activities at Purgatory. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools you need for cooking and serving (this is not always the case with other rentals, so I really appreciated this). The beds were comfy and bathrooms were remodeled and very clean. New washer and dryer in the unit a big plus too. Rich was always available if we needed anything and easy to work with. Great stay!

Amazing location! Super friendly management
My family and I just spent a week here and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Rich (the manager)was super helpful and met all our needs. This condo is super spacious and directly across the street from the lift. No getting on elevators and walking long distances. They had firewood just outside the door for all your fire building needs. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great Thanksgiving Getaway
Like most reviews, better than the pictures! There was plenty of space for two families to enjoy time together or apart. The view was AMAZING and it was awesome to be so close to the ski lifts. Rich was great to work with and very responsive to all questions!

Top notch
The property itself was in an ideal location. Had an issues with the TV not working properly but texted property manager and he went above and beyond to get someone out there and then made every effort to replace it.
I was hesitant in notifying management because it was a vacation and I did t want any negative feedback... however he made it very easy and welcomed my notice.

Spring Break short vacation
Rich was so wonderful to work with as the Purgatory ski resort was unexpectantly closed down the same night that we drove in for a weeklong stay. Rich worked to make sure that we would receive a full refund. This is another reason why we have rented from Rich for many years and never have been disappointed with the accommodations or service.

Thanksgiving fun
We had an awesome week skiing and just enjoying the holiday break at this fantastic condo. Location can not be beat and has an awesome view of the Needles mountain range. Condo is well stocked with down comforter queen beds. The condo has been recently renovated with very nice updated bathrooms and flooring throughout. Rich is so easy to work with and helps you in any way possible to enjoy your stay. Will definitely stay here again in the future!
