Property owner refused to give the booked accommodation through Booking.com. So cancelled the accommodation with Booking.com advise. Till now no refund received and no reply from you as well as OYO. Ridiculous.
Not liked at all. The no response & no action from Booking.com & from OYO for refusing the fully pre-paid accommodation at the last minute and the lethargic attittude for refund. May have to approach NCDRC (Consumer court).

You could not confirm my booking even though I have made the full payment. Proper contact details are not provided in the website either for booking.com or for YOY Homes property. Even I have sent the my concern over the emails ids from through which you have requested for complete the payments.

The worst hotel, didn't even allow us to check in, was asking extra money then what we have already paid in advance. Suggesting us to shift to their another property and cancel existing one.
Staff's response was also very bad. Fraud system.

We were shifted to another property when we arrived there in the night. It was nothing compared to the original property and was highly inconvenient. The part of the bargain was not kept by the property owner. Since we arrived at night and did not have many options, we had to oblige to whatever he gave us

Rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean.
I didn't liked the water geyser and RO purifier issues...geyser used to take long time to heat and even though after heated up only 4-5 mugs of mild hot water is coming ...and we had a water purifier issue. water did not coming at all to drink from purifier...so we purchased water for the days we stayed.

Friendly staff, spacious room & apartment, quiet location, clean, great deal. Highly recommended.
