This is my wife's and my second December visit to this property. We love it because it's a very quiet time of year, you can park in town easily and all the Christmas decorations light up Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. The house is very well maintained and clean. It is fully updated and stocked to provide a hassle free vacation. We've rented several other houses in this neighborhood and love it with the grand kids; it has an easy access paved road and is quiet with very little traffic, even in September. The king bed was very comfortable. Communications with Jenny were quick. We've been visiting the island continuously for over 45 years, together, me for 55 years, and love the Edgartown/Katama area for it's easy access to the south shore beaches.

It is exactly what we expected! We enjoyed the short drive to all the Edgartown festivities!

Perfect for us we had 4 adults staying for a hockey tournament, close enough to the hockey rink and town for team dinners. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

The house was just right for 3 women celebrating 40 years of friendship! We each had out own bedrooms and communal space was perfect. Super location!

We came to Martha’s Vineyard for a wedding, and staying at Jenny’s property was great! It’s in a quiet neighborhood but a nice walk to Edgartown, which we absolutely loved.

Our small group rented Jenny’s home for a wedding we were attending nearby on South Beach. The house was the perfect size for 4 adults (would honestly even be great for 1-2 more plus kids). It was a great size and the house came with the basics like soap and trash bags. The only thing it didn’t come with was sheets which were a tad annoying to bring over on the ferry but all good. There were plenty of fans in the house but one of the nights we were there it did get very hot even with the fans on. The house was perfect for what we needed. It was also a nice short walk from a very cute general store which was great for pick up lunch! Jenny was extremely communicative and we so appreciated her and her flexibility.

My family and I had the best vacation at this house. Comfortable and clean. My young kids loved staying here. It is located in the best part of the island- close to Katama and Edgartown village. Jenny was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay again!

We were doing a bike ride and moving so only had one night. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Quiet neighborhood in Edgartown. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home. Nice location. Easy to work with the home owner. Only minor issue was that TV in master did not work and it was a bit of a pain to have to travel with towels, sheets and pillows. Highly recommend though

Very cute and comfortable house that was more than enough space for me and two kids. Nice location about a mile from Edgartown, easy bike ride into town. The kitchen was renovated very nicely and is fully stocked with every utensil imaginable. We will definitely stay again. Be sure to read the fine print! Things we brought that we didn't need: board games, movies, bikes. Things we didn't bring that we needed: sheets, towels, laundry detergent. This was fully disclosed in an email with the entry code that I didn't bother to read until arrival.

We enjoyed our spring break here. The house is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need. I walked to Edgartown to rent bikes and it’s an easy hop down to South Beach from the house. Our only nit was that there were quite a few cigarette butts on the property - that was communicated to the owner and said to be resolved. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt throughout. Overall, I would recommend the house for those looking for a centrally located and affordable getaway.

House was beautiful....and perfect for our family. Three bedroom with an additional bed in the loft. Really comfortable beds....always important! Cute deck and outdoor space.. Close to popular spots. Can't wait to stay again.

The ultimate vacation I was looking for. Neighborhood and neighbors were warm and welcoming. Worth every single penny and the house is in perfect condition for a MV trip.

A vase of fresh flowers greeted us in this beautiful home conveniently located near south beach and edgartown. Brunch at the local Katama airport is a stone's throw away. The house is fresh, clean, and bright, bathrooms are newly renovated. I would definitely stay here again!

The grill and AC did not seem to work

My wife and I, along with our three children rented the property at the last minute for a quick weekend getaway. The house was spotless, updated, and well maintained. Everything was exactly as advertised. The host was very responsive. Would stay again!

Property was great and clean. As advertised it was close to Edgartown and South Beach. Our contact Jenny was great and when we extended our stay, she handled quickly. Wonderful time for my wife and I.
