About this house rental
All guests must be fully vaccinated to stay on our property. Space This newly furnished basement vacation rental has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with your own private entrance. 2 parking spaces in driveway. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, 32" Smart Tv, and Netflix. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, 32" Smart tv, and Netflix. Enjoy watching the Smart 55" 4K Television with Dish Satellite and Netflix by an electronic fireplace. All windows covered with plantation shutters. The living room has 2 comfy couches and a reading chair. Free WIFI!!!!!! Full sized totally furnished kitchen and appliances (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster), granite counter tops, and slate flooring in the kitchen. Washer & Dryer with laundry detergents and dryer sheets provided. Kitchen table with 4 chairs. Fresh linens and fluffy clean towels will be provided. Also, Hair Dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash also provided for your convenience. This location is 20 minutes from world class skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. 30 minutes to Pineview Dam. 15 Minutes to downtown Ogden with many local restaurants and attractions. The Junction has an I-Fly and Flowrider in downtown Ogden. 40 Minutes to the Salt Lake City Airport. 35 Minutes to Downtown Salt Lake City. Only an hour drive to Park City! 5 Minutes to Weber State Univeristy. Minutes away from Starbucks and many restaurants. Guest access Guests have access to the entire basement vacation rental. Weather permitting: outdoor fireplace on our patio. Guest interaction Guest interaction will be minimal. Owner lives on the main floor and will be available if you have any questions or need any recommendations on places to eat or things to do. Neighborhood overview Quiet and extremely secluded and safe area. Wild life can be seen often deer, quails, fox, squirrels, lots of bird variety and a couple of times turkey vultures! Getting around Best way to get around this area is with your own vehicle. Front Runner rail line is 15 minutes from the house. Other things to note We live on main floor and we'll be around most of the time. We're happy to answer questions and share some of our favorite place. It's very private and secluded. There is a set of rock stairs to access the vacation rental. **Outside property is monitored by video**

After flying into Salt Lake City, we drove north and toured Yellowstone national park. On our way back to fly out we spent two nights at this beautiful property in Ogden.

It was a simple process to rent this location. Upon arrival it was obvious the property was clean and well maintained. Nice big kitchen. Beds were ok. A bit too soft for me. A large yellow jacket nest was 8' from our door. Owner promptly sprayed the nest. Pesky insects didn't all die. Overall though, I would rent this place again.

We enjoyed our stay here for one night!. The apartment was so spacious, clean, and well stocked. The beds were so comfy. Would definitely recommend!

My husband is from Ogden and we were there for a family funeral.. this apt was comfortable , with lovely scenery and everything we needed. The location is perfect.. and the pumpkin bread was delicious! We would definitely stay here again and recommend 100%.

The property is nice and clean and in a good area. We enjoyed our stay. There is some noise from the upstairs, and that may bother some. The hosts are great.

This is a basement apartment but doesn’t seem like it with large windows and plenty of light. It had everything I needed including iron and board. Yard is gorgeous. It was super clean and I was very comfortable here. The only caution I would mention are the stone steps going from yard to apartment. Older seniors or anyone with mobility challenges may have difficulty navigating them. Otherwise this is ideal rental.

I can’t say enough positive things about this wonderful property. The neighborhood is quiet, the accommodations are tasteful and comfortable. The unit is well stocked with all conveniences and the host is available and prompt. During our stay we spotted deer and horses nearby, simply amazing.

The Ultimate Chalet
For our ski weekend at Powder Mountain, this was perfect! Close to the mountain and close to the city for everything we needed. Beautiful home and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly recommend!!

This apartment is an amazing find! The location was perfect for us since we were there for a JMU v Weber State football game, and only a 5-10 minute drive away. Lots of convenience nearby, but very private and quiet. The apartment came complete with everything we could possibly need, right down to labels on the light switches! So much was provided and not sure if it was standard or left from previous guests, but all bathing products, basic paper products, cleaning supplies for the dishes and laundry, trash bags, and ice were present. A nice load of homemade breakfast bread and a few water bottles were in the kitchen upon arrival- so nice! The decor was lovely, and the furniture comfortable. The King bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. We spent a few days in the area and had a fantastic trip. After a stay like this, I’d never rent a hotel room!

Kriss was great to deal with. We had some issues with processing my cc and my flight was delayed. Throughout all of it, Kriss was patient and understanding and easy to work with. He even had a loaf of homemade bread to greet us. My wife and I would definitely recommend Kriss and their property.
