This beachfront home is located in the quiet Caplen area, with some of the best beachcombing on the Bolivar Peninsula! It is a 1595 square foot home that stands on almost 1 acre of land with plenty of room to stretch, relax, and enjoy your time off. After playing at the beach you can wash the day off in the outdoor shower, relax under the Palapa or enjoy a game of horseshoes with family and friends. The partially covered upstairs deck is perfect for watching the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico with your morning coffee, or relaxing with a book. Sunset Peach sleeps 10 comfortably. All the bedrooms and living area are equipped with TVs and ceiling fans. The living room and master bedroom also have DVD players. Bedrooms one and two feature 2 queen beds in each, and bedroom three has a king bed. The utility room has washer/dryer and extra refrigerator. The downstairs patio area is equipped with a charcoal BBQ grill, picnic table, horseshoe pit, and palapa - perfect for making beach memories with family and friends. Your small dog is welcome with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

We had an amazing time at the Sunset Peach beach house. The home is as close to the beach as is possible with the access road right next to the house. Sunsets are beautiful from the front deck. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots,pans, and everything needed to cook meals. If you are looking for shells, this area of the beach did not disappoint! Bring your own beach chairs. Only negative is that the mattresses were hard and lumpy.

Weatherwise it was a fantastic week.The accomadation were excellant. It was a peaceful and relaxful area we would certainly return and we woutd highly recommendit.Everyone at Swede was very nice and helpful.We ate at Stingaree, Jose,and Tia Juanita and the food was very good at all of them.The only thing it could use is an elevator for us old folks.

We had an awesome time. Home was clean and well maintained. Wish the beach had been groomed. Noticed some beach trash that could have been cleaned up, but nothing that deterred us from going to the beach.

My experience was awesome. I had all my kids in one house for a vacation. I have older adult kids 28 and 24 as well as a 15-year-old. Everyone had a great time swimming and laying on the beach and they all did a lot of fishing. The house gave everyone enough space to spread out and enjoy themselves. The house was great with a big kitchen to cook in and still be where everyone was hanging out. We cooked most of the time in the kitchen but we had some great meals on the grill as well. To sum it all up we will be back next year to make some more memories. Our house was perfect for our family.

Since Covid my dad hasn't traveled becausehe has Asthma really bad, he use to travel all over so I planned this trip for us, my step mom and my husband. His sister stayed a few houses down from us. We had a great time and enjoyed the family time and BEACH! Great location and house was perfect!

Rental was nice and as-described. My only negative was that the power went out due to the deep freeze before Christmas 2022. The agency was very responsive, giving us updates and checking in periodically. Fortunately there are nice neighbors who let us borrow a lighter and firewood. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to the home freezing secondary to the island-wide power outage. Rental insurance would have been nice but c’est la vie. We will be back! Thank you :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Peach. The house is beautiful and very conducive to hanging out with the family. Spectacular views and very easy beach access.
We chose to bring our own linens which turned out to be a bit of a hassle so I probably wouldn't do that again.

Love the location, beach was quiet and camp was good just a few minor issues. Front screen door would not close, cabinet door where coffee cups were was broken, master shower drained slowly and stove worked only on one side majority of the time. Hope these issues get repaired but will definitely go back.

We worked to plan everything so that when we arrived, we didn't have to leave. The deck provided the rest of the incentive to stay put and we did. The rooms were accommodating with plenty of closet space. Everything was nicely appointed--even SHARP knives available! We already talked about having this same property next spring!

We truly loved this property and will be back as a tradition. We got engaged there and I will never forget the house. Perfect view! Perfect walk to beach. Privacy.

Perfect location and cute house
The location of this property is awesome, it’s a very short walk to the beach and was simple for us to do even with 6 kids and 5 adults. The house was clean and we enjoyed the grill and outdoor shower. A few things that I would add would be paper products a little more stocked we only had 1 roll of toilet paper in the whole house and adding WiFi. We wanted to watch a movie using our Firestick and we had to hotspot using our phones. Other then those two things the house was amazing and we will return for more family trips in the future!
