Enjoy peaceful vistas of the ever-changing tidal marsh. Walk to the neighborhood pool to take a dip while resting under the sun. You'll even hear the ocean's surf in the distance. Continue strolling to the Island's crab dock and kayak launch. Watch the fiddler crabs duck into the sand. You might even catch the dolphins swimming up the creek looking for dinner. This home has been recently updated and has 2 bedroom and 2.5 baths. Upon entering, there is a bedroom featuring full size beds and an adjoining full bath. The en suite bath has a shower/tub for your use and has a granite topped vanity and tile flooring. Further down the hall is a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer for your use. The master bedroom has a king bed and access to a covered deck with great marsh views. There is a TV for viewing the morning news and an attached full bath. The bathroom has a double sink and shower with glass doors. Sip your morning coffee while sitting on the deck. Watch the wildlife in the backyard marsh. You will totally relax in this quiet and peaceful hideaway. Head up the stairs to the living area. Cathedral ceilings, gleaming hardwood floors and large sliding doors and windows allow sunlight to stream. Relax on the new furnishings while watching your favorite shows and movies on the large HDTV. The sofa opens to a queen bed perfect for extra guests. The screened porch is the perfect retreat. Sit and enjoy conversation or watching the egrets wading in the marsh. Share stories from your day around the table for six. The kitchen opens to the living area ensuring that those cooking are included in the activities. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to create delicious meals. Off the living room is also a powder room. This villa is in a quiet area of Seabrook Island. It is about a 2 miles from Seabrook Island's North Beach. Park and walk to the beach to relax under the sun. Stroll to the end of the Island where you may even see the dolphin strandfeed. Enjoy the Creekwatch neighborhood pool just steps from the villa. Just past the pool is the Seabrook Crabbing dock - perfect for fishing, crabbing or enjoying the view. You can also launch your kayaks here. You also have access to the Lake House outdoor pool for no charge. *Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Feel free to bring your (1) dog friend to this villa, the owners have even set up a special welcome station for your pet! (Additional pet fees apply). This updated villa is perfect for your family vacation! Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you lose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement. SI Business License 2023-0077

We love being able to take our dogs to Seabrook and let them off their leashes at the beach! It’s so fun watching them run freely and meet/chase other dogs. We also enjoy riding bikes around the community. The unit offered a great place for us to get to do all this!

This was a very nice property. Very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Close to the crab dock and neighborhood pool. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Had a good stay but two things did stand out on the negative side. Advertised a queen sofa bed, was only a twin at best and had some mold around ac vents in master bath. Still had a good stay, but may want to look into those items.

Seabrook, like our many other times was perfect and beautiful and quiet and calm and the reason we visit over and over again. Property this time around, not our favorite. 1) Parking was terrible. It said 2 spots, but maybe if you had really compact cars. Most of the cars there took 2 spots each. 2) No where to keep your bicycles, so we’re stacked next to the door. 3) second bathroom flush seemed like it was going to fall off 4) no mattress or box spring covers. In time of COVID, would have preferred clean covers. 5) microwave seemed like it was balancing on something..was hard to open/close the door 6) couch and rug in living room, seemed sticky. Just few small things, but made us feel uncomfortable. Location is great. Neighborhood pool is nice.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Seabrook. Pros: having access to the club pool, central location on Seabrook, beautiful views, updated furnishings, nice layout, two porches. Cons: Mosquitos were really bad right at the front door, bathrooms need updating, kitchen is very small.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at this villa! It is beautifully located on the marsh which we enjoyed viewing in the mornings and evenings on the porch. It was well stocked and comfortable.

Enjoyed the location near the crabbing dock and thought the marsh view was beautiful. Furnishings were very nice. Older townhome that is very clean and well equipped but needs better pillows, potato peeler and beach chairs.
