About this condo rental
The Resort is located about 1/2 from the Las Vegas strip and next to the Rio Resort Hotel & Casino. The resort does offer complimentary shuttle service to Caesars Palace Casino on the strip. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES. The next time you plan to getaway to the exciting city of Las Vegas, we offer a 3 bedroom 3 bath presidential condo with fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryers, dining rooms, large bedrooms with closet and storage space, and spa tubs in the master bedroom. This is the perfect vacation home for a weekend trip or extended stay. If you play golf, you can choose between four golf courses located within 5 miles of the resort. If you like active vacations, this modern, high-energy resort has a big choice of recreational amenities to make your Las Vegas stay a guaranteed winner. The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom - 3 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king size beds and the third bedroom has two double size beds with each of the bedrooms having flat screen TV's. The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The person responsible for checking into the condo is required to be 21 or over. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE.

Great place! Super comfy beds and beautiful
Pool area. Only downfall is having to Uber most days for groceries, restaurants & touring. If you want to just chill...it’s the perfect place.

A Better Way to do Vegas...
Great condo, lots of room, three bedroom and three bath were great. Everything you need is there with the strip and other places just a mile away. 2 min Uber ride to the strip if you don't want to walk. Sooo much better than a casino hotel. Great pool area!

Beautiful condo and awesome pool!! Perfect for 3 couples.
This condo could not have been better. Only a 5 minute Uber ride to the strip. So nice to have a kitchen and a comfortable area to hang out. Very high end feel and stunning view of the city lights.

Perfect spot!
Great location and suite! Near to the strip, but had it's own quiet solitude. Room was perfect. Recommend bringing salt, pepper, etc as none of this was in the room. Smith's grocery was a short Uber away.

The condo was clean and had what we needed to make meals and feel at home. Plus the pool and pool bar which served food was great. The outdoor games and indoor game room had a lot for kids to do.

The suite looked exactly as advertised. Matt's assistant was very responsive on the phone and helped with a hurdle during the check in process. Will definitely be back.

Great place
This property is pretty awesome. Off the strip and across the street from the Rio which was super convenient since we were these for the SKUSA Supernats. Pool and hot tub are open in the winter which is hard to find in Vegas. And the room itself was beautiful and clean. Hope to stay there next year.

Very relaxing, convenient location and friendly staff
I absolutely loved my stay at the Wyndham Desert Blue. Very clean and felt just like home. The kitchen came with everything needed if planning cook which I did not. The shuttle to and from the strip was very convenient and a perfect way to experience the strip without driving in all that traffic. Overall I highly recommended this property!

Wonderful relaxing off-strip stay
We stayed at this condo and it was wonderfully relaxing, very clean and spacious. The building is a non-gaming complex which was a nice place to retreat to when we'd had enough action on the Strip, but just a short shuttle ride away when you're wanting to hit Las Vegas Blvd. Our group of 6 had plenty of room in the condo and it was wonderful having access to a full kitchen and bathrooms for each of the bedrooms. The building was very quiet and the pool complex area was never crowded, which provided a nice juxtaposition from the craziness of the bigger casinos on the Strip.
We will definitely be back!

Family in from the U.K. two of whom were on Honeymoon
From the moment we arrived the customer service was fantastic. We were allowed to check in early, having driven in from Phoenix, to await the arrival of our delayed family from Manchester. The suite was beautiful. Clean, and had everything we needed for our three day stay. We left the honeymooners one day early, and when they checked out they left some important documents, and concierge contacted us immediately, and fortunately, they had remained in Vegas and have time to now pick these items up. I would certainly stay here again, and would HIGHLY RECOMEND! Thank you for everything.

Fantastic Property and Location!
Fantastic location: The property is just off of the strip, so you can unwind and relax but you are close to the action when you want it. The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a great alternative to staying in a hotel. With this property, you have 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen.

Can’t say enough about this property! Given the new business model being practiced by strip casinos (Excessive Resort Fees and Parking Charges) I will direct all future business and pleasure when in Vegas this direction. In any case I will be back to book this property for future stays!

Lots of room with a great view that's walking distance from the strip!
This is an awesome place to stay if you have a group of you looking to stay together. It was a very reasonable rate with an awesome view and it's right of the strip. The staff was friendly and the property manager was quick to respond with any questions. We will book it again!

Absolutely amazing!
This property was amazing. Better than described! The room was immaculate, and now my wife wants a bed just like that. It was spacious enough for my kids to have their own space but we were still altogether. The resort was awesome. Pools were great, and the staff was over the top friendly. You seriously can't go wrong here.

Lovely
We enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Desert Blue. The condo was lovely and the view fantastic. Everyone there was very nice. Matt was very pleasant and accommodating in coordinating our reservation.
The condo was stocked with everything we needed although I wasn't aware that renting an owner unit this way does not include maid service. We had to hunt down more towels , only one in the master bath? And we were told robes are not offered for those units. That was the only shortcoming and it really wasn't a problem.
We did not take the offer of the free breakfast, show tickets, sales presentation so I cannot comment on that.
Overall, I would recommend this if you'd like to get your family or a few friends together. It was fun to be in a shared space and made the Great Grandma of the group much more comfortable and included. Nice.

We had the best time ever here! We booked the 3 bedroom presidential suite for a group of 9. There was enough room for everyone! It was so nice having extra bathrooms and a full kitchen.
The location was far enough to have a nice retreat to get away from it all at the end of the day, but close enough to walk to the strip. And if we were too tired to walk the shuttle was super convenient!
We can't express enough how kind and helpful the staff was! Everyone we talked to was so polite!
The pool was perfect, nice and relaxing and not crowded at all.
Booking was simple and stress free.
We would definitely stay here again!

well-maintained and spacious
The apartment was close to the Las Vegas strip. Night-time views from my bedroom window were spectacular! Kitchen had sufficient supply of pots, pans and dishes/crockery. Truly felt like home away from home....
