Our first trip to the Oregon coast couldn’t have ended any better. We spent our last 3 days in this cozy, clean and comfortable condo. The view from the balcony was amazing. We brought our binoculars and seen whales daily. We had an issue with the heat lamp in the primary bathroom and Lisa, from the property management office, was on it immediately. She fixed the problem quickly, so it didn’t affect our stay at all. The proximity to the main street was excellent. Not directly on the Main Street so we didn’t get a lot of noise, but close enough to walk to dinner or breakfast. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back. We will definitely book here again.

Loved the unit. It was spacious and centrally located. There were a couple of very small details missing ( pot holders) but overall a great experience The property manager was responsive to every question we had. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Great view and close to the beach. Extremely clean and ready for our visit. Towels were super soft. A couple of safety concerns — many dishes were chipped and outdoor handle of patio is badly corroded and cut one of our family member’s hand. You can’t find a better location !!

Everything was wonderful! The master bed was a little soft, but I would give the unit a 55 star!

This property was amazingly comfortable for our family birthday trip to Seaside. It was close to everything and the view was incredible! This property does show a little wear and tear, but it's a rental property and to be expected. Fabulous view condo!

Extremely clean location with a fantastic view. Some updates needed to maintain the property (blinds, coffee maker, dishwasher) but very well appointed for the most part. Probably just needs some items replaced others have removed from the kitchen area like measuring spoons and cups

Cute, clean condo with very comfortable beds. Could use more silverware but that is very minor as everything else was flawless.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property - and in Seaside. The view of the beach from the condo was stunning. The accommodations were generous and, best of all, exactly as advertised. And that gas fireplace? It was a real plus on cooler mornings and evenings! Our stay in the area was relaxed and rejuvenating, and we're already looking forward to our next visit to the Oregon coast. Was a perfect location, condo was very comfortable and had all we needed to make our stay perfect. Spent a week enjoying the view and the weather

The view was outstanding. The property was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to local restaurants and shops. Walking along the promenade by the beach each day is definitely a bonus. The kitchen items were a bit dated. The knives were not sharp enough to cut an apple and there wasn’t a cutting board. No small bowls for snacks.

Our experience here was excellent. We had everything we needed and the condo was warm and welcoming. View was amazing as well as the sunsets. Condo was very quiet and relaxing. Internet didn’t reach to the master bedroom, but that could just be the positioning of the router being next to the tv and facing the windows. Would definitely come back and stay again.

The views were great and location wonderful. Loved the tide pools.

The condo was very clean. Access to the beach and the view was amazing. The condo could use some updates, not enough dishes (table ware). The frying pans were old teflon and could not use them. The master bathroon toilet would run when flushed. These are not major issues but for the price of the condo, should really be addressed and taken care of. A little inconvenient when not enough dishes to serve 6 people. We would however stay again.

Pros: Location was super handy and convenient to downtown. Cons: both toilet seats were broken, but manager was contacted and quick to communicate that they would get repaired. Unit is aged but seems well taken care of. Overall a pretty great stay for my family.

This was our second time staying at #304 condo and it was just as fantastic as the first time! The view is exceptional, right on the Promenade. The condo is neat, clean, comfortable and offers everything you could possibly need. Just bring your personal items and food. The elevator is a huge plus bringing up your bags or after a long day on the beach. Communication with the hosts was awesome, Lisa responded quickly with any questions we had. We highly recommend staying at #304 Promenade! We will be back for more relaxation and fun!!

The condo had a beautiful view. The furniture was comfortable. There were 4 of us sisters staying there. There were so few plates, bowls and silverware, that we had to either wash the dishes by hand after each meal or run the dishwasher after each meal. We purchased silver foil, plastic wrap, sugar, pot holders and left them for the next guest. There were no tongs or pizza pan. The towels in the master bathroom smelled sour, like they were just left to dry. We washed them. One of the sisters slept on the fold out couch. We found sheets, and finally a quilt, but no blanket. The table was so large, it was difficult to get to the north chair, and impossible to use the tall chairs at the counter if we were using the table. A smaller table would have solved this problem.
