There wasn’t much to like. We didn’t get to stay because the owner cancelled the apartment we rented and confirming it when we arrived, told us to come back in one hour so it could be cleaned and when we came back she said it was no longer available??!!
I didn’t like having to pay for something that I didn’t get to stay in. I understand not getting a refund if you yourself cancel your own reservation but she literally told us that she was going to clean it and to come back in one hour and it would be ready. when we came back she said it was no longer available. I thought it was frustrating that instead of calling us to tell us it was unavailable for whatever reason she just lied to us told us to come back in an hour and it would be ready. That’s no way to run a business.

reasonable rate compared to other places.
floor had a slight slope to it. small shower. right off of very busy street.

Simple check-in process and comfortable stay for solo travel.
Could hear neighbors and smell their smoke through the wall. The bed is positioned against an old door that has been closed off.

Convenient location
Room needs some upgrading. The TV didn't work even after a remote was dropped off at the room. Bed was not comfortable.

The room had everything I needed, it was good for the price and I'd recommend it
The room was not cleaned before my stay, the room is on a slant so my back hurt a lot in the morning. Overall I didn't mind, it had everything I needed and I just cleaned a bit. Needs more lighting and the windows need some kind of seal it got cold from the large window.

when I got there someone else was in my room!!! I got move to another place and the place was so hot I couldn’t sleep. there wasn’t anywhere to turn down the heat!! so I stayed at a motel for my remainder time!!!
I tried to get with the staff and didn’t get a response until it was time I was coming home.

Small comfort room with literally everything I needed. Great location! Minutes from everything.
Little check in confusion. Easily rectified.

Good size bed, hot water, relatively clean, had an iron and ironing board, had decent privacy
Had less than half a roll of toilet paper, the idea that two eggs left in a food container that was well past its prime qualifies as "complimentary breakfast" is somewhat laughable. There was a glass of water just left on the desk that may or may not have been someone's drinking glass, along with exposed insulation throughout the room. Overall we just did not feel that the room that the advertised experience was the one that we received.

host very nice decent value for price
it is obviously a conversion and floor isn’t level. was only moderately clean. bed not real comfortable

The price, it was the least expensive place in the area. Checking in and out was easy. It had air conditioning (which we turned off, but the option is nice).
The storm door was falling off its frame. There was a lot of traffic noise. It was listed as providing breakfast, but there was never any other mention of it. There was a partial hole in the bathroom door. The bed was uncomfortable with pilled sheets and extremely thin pillows, and the whole suite is so un-level that we felt like we might slide out of bed. The Wi-Fi QR code link did not work.

The room is very clean and stocked with everything from towels to coffee. Nice quiet location. Easy Uber and walking distance to eating.
No complaints, the host was responsive and very nice.

What break fast? There's was a coffee pot with decaf only that was it. Also the coffee pot hadn't been cleaned still had old coffee.
The bed needs leveled you slide off the end literaly. The shower had a mess of hair on the wall. There's convinient parking right in front of the room but not your spot the light from vehicles parking shine into window.

Liked the location AND the price. Didn't really spend a lot of time in the place except for sleeping. They did have a lot of amenities for cooking. Parking was easy behind the building. Only negative would be the bedding....not the greatest!
Bedding sheets and pillow cases.

Easy check in. Good communication. Few nice touches like coffee, snacks, fruit. Dog friendly. My young pup was a bit rattled by the noise at night so a little barky, sorry. Good off street parking. Close location to Golden for where I needed to be early a.m.
Smelled of smoke camouflaged with a lot aerosol potpourri. It was a bit nauseating so I opened the windows, but the place was very clean & tidy. Maybe my fault in assuming I booked a "smoke free" room and/or it comes from the main house ventilation. Bed was comfortable, but felt like I was sleeping on downward slant. Traffic noise from Kipling is constant. Ear plugs didn't help.

The bed was on wood blocks witch Collapsed while I was sleeping not good

With only a microwave for cooking, we did not use the sausage & eggs provided - kind of weird to provide items to cook with only a microwave. We did utilize the fruit provided. Parking in the rear of the facility was very spacious and easily accessible.
We stayed in unit #3 in the front of the building and the traffic on Kipling is EXTREMELY NOISY, making it difficult to sleep as there is a lot of fast paced & noisy traffic passing by even late at night into the morning hours. Maybe studio apartments in the rear would have been less noisy...but unit #3 has a MAJOR PROBLEM with traffic noise. The bathroom is super tiny and the small shower was difficult to manage for a couple of senior citizens who have traveled overseas & have experienced smaller than normal room facilities at B&Bs. The pillows were worn out & need to be replaced as well.

Apartment smelled of a combination of carpet cleaner and cigarette smoke. A used towel was hung over the bathroom door when we arrived. WiFi password wasn't written down anywhere in the room. We called in asking for it but didn't get a call back.

Incredibly affordable! Great crashpad if you're headed to see music. Owners gave me privacy. Small but had all the kitchen amenities. Thank you!

Nice safe area. Lost of stuff within walking distance. The apartment is small but very clean and we'll appointed. The fridge was stocked with fresh fruit and local yogurt. I would recommend staying here unless you dislike clean rooms and nice people.

I liked that you have a small kitchenette.
It's connected to another house , and its hard to get a hold of the property manager.
