Sonoran Sea Resort is ocean front in the middle of beautiful Sandy Beach. The Sonoran Sea Resort in Rocky Point offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy a luxury ocean front vacation at its finest. This unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the ground floor. It has been remodeled from floor to ceiling. This gorgeous condo has everything the most discriminating traveler could wish for including breathtaking views of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The condo is equipped with the comforts of home to include, brand new beautiful furniture, air conditioning, TVs, laundry room. The kitchen in your condo comes fully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster oven etc. There is also Direct TV in the family room with the NFL Sunday ticket. The Master bedroom offers a king bed, large screen TV, private bathroom and double sinks, built in closet and stunning ocean views from your private exit right to the beach The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed with a second bath right outside the door. Living room sofa pulls out to a queen bed for additional guests. The Sonoran Sea resort has 3 large pools with a swim-up bar and grill. The swim-up bar offers a great opportunity to sit back, enjoy a beverage or a snack while bathing in the beautiful Rocky Point sun. Sonoran Sea guests have the capability to walk a short distance next door to a full service spa facility at the Sonoran Spa resort.

Great spot centrally located near Cholla Bay and the Malecon. Walking distance to Banditos and Changas for live music and food and drinks. Owner communication was easily and fast. Steve is a great host. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the room, we enjoyed so much just little upset bed sheets and kitchen were dirty with hair and dirt. I did little bit of clean up asweell and wash the sheets and dishes again. Also house keeping came knocking at our door to kicking us out at 10am knowing chek out time was before 11am

Loved this spot. Owner was communicative and responsive. We wanted to stay an extra night that was not planned and were able to last minute seamlessly. Will book again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Clean, had everything we needed, and was beautifully decorated. We also loved that it was on the ground floor…made all the difference in our beach/pool experience. Steve was quick to respond to my emails and had answers to all of our questions. We will definitely make the effort to stay here on our next trip to Rocky Point.

This condo had everything we needed and more. We felt so comfortable like we were at home. Ground floor units are my favorites. Steve was a good host, responded well to us. Everything worked well. It was our first time at Sonoran Sea(stayed at Las Palomas and Sonoran Sky in the past). We loved the property. Their restaurant Ramon was soooo good. The swim bar was ok, but we preferred the swim up bar at Sonoran Sky(Diego tiki bar) wayyy better food and drinks. Only one pool was beautifully heated, not that many ppl were there so totally makes sense. We enjoy the beach vendors for their fruit treats, drinks and artistic work. The ocean was cold but the wind, sun and sand were perfect, my kids loved building sand castles. We enjoyed our time and will book Steve's unit again.

Our family loved this condo! The beach themed decor was a perfect backdrop for our family beach vacation.
We have a child in a wheelchair so this ground floor condo was absolutely perfect for us. There is a handicap parking space right at the front door and having the ability to roll him straight to the pool was fantastic.

It was as expected very nice and clean everything work like it shoud the only not so good on the second bedroom the sheets on the double bed had a stain my douther just replaced them but it was a great place no disappointments thank you

I would never rent this unit again. The bed linens smelled bad and had to be washed before sleeping the first night. The dishwasher could not be used because it was rusted, smelly and the top shelf was broken. We had to spray Raid every night because ants were crawling on the countertops, couch and kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately, this was not the vacation getaway we hoped for.

Upgraded Condo
We stayed at numerous condos between Sonoran Sun and Sonoran Sea and I'm always looking out for the ones that have been remodeled. I really appreciate the owners who update and remodel their condos that were built almost 20 years ago. It makes our stay that much better! I loved the bunkbeds in the second bedroom!

This was one of the best places we've stayed. The convenience of the ground floor was nice! Also loved having a code for the front door instead of worrying about keys. Owner was easy to get a hold of and communicative! We will be coming back! Thank you!

Great access to the pool and the ocean! Phenomenal views. The owner of the property was extremely courteous and quick to answer our questions! The beds were very comfortable! Quick walks out of the property to some restaurants! The Bandito, one of the restaurant right by the resort, phenomenal food and great service and great drinks! The resort is a non-smoking facility. So also if you’re a smoker just be aware of that, You will need to walk off the property to smoke or walk to the beach access and they have ash trays.

Everything is more modern and updated looking. The kitchen is fully equipped with whatever you may need to cook, etc. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. I absolutely loved having the ground floor access as well. It makes the trip to the beach and pool a breeze. The kids really enjoyed also!
The owner, Steve, was very helpful and accessible for any questions or concerns. Overall, a great experience! We'll definitely be back. 😁

We have rented over 10 properties at Sonoran sun and this has been our favorite by far. It is the most stocked and cleanest one we have been to. Very pretty and updated and the location was prime. Will definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for our trip. Everything was set up and ready for us to enjoy our weekend. Beautifully renovated. Perfect location for the kids to be able to enjoy the pool and beach. Steve was great with the check in process. No complaints.
