Fantastic ocean view Townhome - Pristine Private Beach
About this house rental
2 Steps Away is our vacation townhouse featuring 2 bedrooms and three full baths. The bedrooms are on the second floor. The Master bedroom features a queen sized bed and full bath with tub and shower, and a walk-out deck with beautiful ocean views, and is especially good for lovely sunset views each evening. The guest bedroom features 2 queen sized beds, also with full private tub and shower bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. The full-size washer and dryer is located in a laundry closet in the guest bathroom. We have recently put a roof on the rear patio, making it more sheltered and user-friendly. On the first floor there is a complete kitchen with every amenity needed to relax and enjoy your stay, including a toaster, blender, coffeemakers (drip and K-cup), dinnerware and glassware, seating for six at the repurposed antique door dining table. In the living area, a large sofa pulls out to a queen bed which brings the total number of people who can sleep in the townhouse to 8. There is also a full bath on the first floor with a walk-in shower. Outside the front door you will find a covered patio with an outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off the sand after a long day of play on the beach. Our home is located on the pristine private beach of "Sunnyside". It is a wholly owned beach only available to the community of Sunnyside. No condos or other development overlooking the beach. Relax in peace and enjoy the beach without fighting for a spot to set up a tent or having to fight for a view of the ocean. The path to the ocean is directly in front of our home, and a very easy walk back and forth. For your convenience, our townhouse has two reserved parking spaces marked in the lot by the number "2" painted on the pavement. Our townhouse is a smoke free environment. Me, my wife, and her family stayed a week at this townhouse at the end of August, 2023, and had a fantastic vacation! The townhome was exactly as shown and John was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The beach is excellent and is truly never crowded whatsoever. We will definitely be back again next year!

We are returning renters of this condo, it is perfect! On the quite end of PCB, we love staying here. We stayed with our adult kids, grandson and dog and had the best time. John is very pleasant and easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

Second time staying at this property. We love this part of the beach. Just a walk directly across to the beach. Ate in almost every meal. Everything was provided for cooking.

Love this location on the West end! It’s right across the road from their private beach. It’s nice and quiet on that end of town! It’s our third time staying at this location, just a different unit each time. The view from the balcony is amazing! Will come back again!

This property was amazing! Great views from the upstairs deck! Private beach was amazing! Property was nice and clean and had all the essentials and plenty of them. Overall experience was great! All communication with John was good and very prompt. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Everything was as expected from going through pictures. It was a short walk to the beach, and the best part was not being as crowded on the beach. We could go out at 10:00 or 11:00, and there still be plenty of space.
The locks won't work till 4:00pm on the dot. Don't get there even a little early on accident.

This was our 3rd time staying here. As usual everything was perfect. The beach is never crowded. It always feels like we have it to ourselves. Love the balcony for evening sunsets. So cozy inside. Owner is always so quick to respond to any questions we've had. The only bad thing about this place is that it isn't mine. Maybe one day!!!!

Wonderful location
Don't let crossing the street stop you from renting this place! It is a very easy walk with less steps than some beachfront properties to get to a beautiful private beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our family time away from all the crowds. The place is spacious and 3 full bathrooms was so nice. We did miss having a grill, but everything else we needed for cooking was provided--especially thankful for the Keurig! Wonderful location! We hope to go back!

This property is a great location, perfect for our pet, and very convenient to the beach. The condo was a great size, had comfortable beds, and was equipped with everything you need. Our only complaint was after a long drive we took our shoes off to relax and the floors were sticky and our feet were black from the dirt, therefore we bought a swifter and cleaned the floor ourselves. Might consider putting a railing up on the steps at the end especially with children.

We had a great stay. The property was clean and convenient to all the restaurants and shopping. The beach is private with none of the loud noise and crowds. It definitely makes our list of places to stay again. Hope to be back soon.

We absolutely loved this property and will definitely be staying here again. It was prefect for our family of 4. Great location... far enough from all the traffic, but still close enough to enjoy all the fun stuff.

This is the only place we have agreed we would stay at again. Could not have had better communication between the owner and ourselves even with minor details. Owner was very attentive to our needs and we where able to talk straight to them not a rental service.
