You will love spending your days at the beach and your nights laughing with friends in this family friendly 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom beachfront home. We have tried our best to furnish our home with everything you need for an easy family vacation. Carport area - Completely covered elevator access to main floor. Large storage closet filled with sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and enough room for you to store and lock your bicycles. 1st floor - A fully equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare family meals. Dining table to seat 8 plus 4 additional bar stools and a high chair. Comfortable living room area with views of the endless ocean. Queen bedroom with beautiful sound views. Private access to the bathroom with stall shower. Hall closet with some necessities like extra light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, dustpan & broom, WetJet, Shark hard wood vacuum. 2nd Floor - Oceanfront 2nd master bedroom with deck to sit and relax while enjoying the view in private. King size bed, flat screen TV with Roku. Private bathroom with tub and shower. Pack-n-play in closet. Oceanfront bedroom with brand new queen bed & mattress. Access to deck to enjoy ocean views. TV with Roku. Sound side bunk room with two sets of bunks to sleep four. Flat screen TV with Roku. Hall bathroom with stall shower. North Topsail Beach park less than 1 mile away, has 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball court, sand volleyball courts and playground for the little ones. Bring your string and bait for crabbing off the sound dock in the park. North Shore Country Club is only 3 miles away. Come and enjoy this 4 star golf course! Some great local restaurants like Costal Wing and Spirits (new location in Sneads Ferry), Shaka Taco, Surf City Line, Maine Lobstah Shack in Surf City. We have lots of great breweries on Topsail. Salty Turtle, and SCBS-Surf City Brewing Company. Bring the family to 'Ricks' just over the bridge, Agave Azul Modern Mex & Cantina, or just walk right next door to Seaview Fishing Pier for fresh seafood or Splash by the Sea located in Villa Capriani for great food and service! **We are all experiencing delays in parts and items such as appliances and hot tubs. If an unforeseen breakdown occurs, we will do our best for a quick turnaround. Please note that these things are taking time to receive or replace. This location was wonderful. The house was perfect for a family of 12 and very well equipped. There were beautiful views. Most of our time was spent at the beach or the pool next door. Owner , Maureen and Property Manager, Donna wee very quick to respond to any questions and or issues that arose.

Great spot for an extended family
Property was perfect for us! We were a group of 7 adults, 5 kids (2-9) and everyone had an amazing time. The location is perfect - especially for kids - as you are right on the beach, so can go in and out without packing anything up. And access to the pool was the best way to break up our day. We would spend mornings in the sand and surf, and the afternoons in the pool. It's not in the main Topsail town, but if you plan on cooking for yourself and spending time in the home, it's a great location close enough to a grocery.
The home was well stocked with kitchen gear, spices, beach toys, and baby gear (pack n play, high chair). The only thing I wished had been included were beach towels. The management was quick to respond when we had questions/concerns. And we were able to access the property early which is always a plus!

I wish we could have stayed longer! This condo was perfect for our girls-get-away long weekend. 5 bed rooms and 4 bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space. Donna was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The views from all the decks were amazing and even with the windows closed, you can hear the sound of the waves. The condo is located on a very quiet street private street. It was a little disconcerting to have to buy toilet paper, dishsoap and trash bags but I can understand the reasoning for longer stays. This condo is 4 stories top to bottom from the ground and the elevator only goes to the main floor, so if you have trouble with stairs, this might not be the place for you. It would be a great place to spend the week as a family.

The home comfortably slept our group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids), and we even had an extra bedroom that wasn't used. There's plenty of parking for at least four vehicles, and the elevator makes loading and unloading a breeze. On top of everything, Donna was very responsive and great to work with. Thanks again!

Great property, right on the beach. Hot tub was a plus! Great place for 9-12 people and good for a 2x family get away (friends/extended family). Clean, kitchen was well stocked! If there are kiddos in your group, the pool (shared with other rentals in the condo group) was a major plus on windy days (high tide).

Baths (4) we got 2 rolls of TP, 2 really small bars of soap, 1 ea small bottles of shampoo & conditioner.

We had an amazing stay, the house had literally everything we could have wanted. The beach couldn’t be any closer, and with 3 decks you have your choice of views, and the hot tub is in the perfect spot. Lovely location
We had a great experience here. Downsides were this is a duplex rental with a semi shared deck. However it didn’t bother us as much as we initially thought it would. Great beach view. We stayed here during Category I hurricane that hit our area and felt very safe here. No flooding or damage to the house.

Perfect and Peaceful
this property was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless and well decorated. Three bedrooms have ocean front decks. Grab your coffee and sit outside watching and listening to the ocean. Literally 100 feet to the beach. I will definitely be back - I enjoyed this more than our trips to HawIi and Aruba. What a gem - so sad to be leaving!

Nice secluded getaway
We had a very nice week in a beautiful location! Check-in was easy and very well organized. House was all stocked up on everything you need. Donna is the best agent - always available, great communication. Would definitely recommend this to any family or group of friends looking for a fun beach vacation.

First time in TopSail Beach
This is a shared location with other half of the house which you will notice with traffic on the steps from the house and when you are sitting on patio area. No problems with noise at all. The listing gave the impression of a pool but it is shared with all of the Villas houses, quite small and not open due to Covid. The hot tub was a godsend with no pool available. House was incredibly stocked with every kitchen item you might want or need, lots of games, videos, etc. Kitchen is pretty cramped when you have two or more working in it but appliances and items needed were great. The local supervisor of the house was very helpful and always answered immediately. The beach is amazing for people with small children with a completely formed sand bar at low tide that provides protection from the waves and shallow place to play. We enjoyed the week even with lots of rain and all attractions closed. Be warned that most shoppers are not masked in stores although the store staff are following guidelines.

Wonderful Vacation!!
We had an amazing week at N Topsail! Any rental has pros and cons. In this case, the pros definitely outweigh the cons! First shout out goes to the property manager - she is incredibly responsive and attentive. We did have a few questions during the week and she always replied immediately. We noticed some lightbulbs out and she had them replaced within 24 hours. She also fixed an issue with the tv right away. We didn’t watch tv much during our stay thanks to the amazing weather and gorgeous beach, but it was nice to have it when we wanted it. Another pro is the layout of the house. It is very spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Plenty of room for my party of 10 and so many amenities. The owners have thoughtfully stocked the place with everything you could need. Next pro is the location. Being able to walk right out the door and onto the beach just can’t be beat, especially when you have young kids who are always needing something back at the house.
Now for the cons - which are really only temporary things. The area was hit badly by hurricane Florence and many of the properties are under renovation. Also there is new construction going up on the other side of the driveway. This was a minor disturbance to us and it did feel a little odd, almost like living in a ghost town. It was lovely to not have any potentially annoying neighbors, but it’s hard to say if I would have rented a place if I had known it was a construction site! Still, that’s only temporary, and it ultimately did not take much away from our vacation. We did see some of those bugs another reviewer mentioned. We wondered if perhaps some of the homes under renovation aren’t being treated as aggressively for pests, causing the functional homes to be more susceptible.
All in all, it was a great stay! Love N Topsail Beach!

Sun-sational!
Top Sail Island has been a family favorite since we first vacationed there in 2001. We always enjoy our time at the beach but we've never stayed somewhere that was so comfortable that we wanted to stay there another year. This year we found the place that made us say "next time we land in Top Sail let's stay here again!" Oceanfront with lovely ocean views from each deck; wonderful walkway to the beach; small community with a pool; comfortable beds; elevator; hot tub; well stocked kitchen supplies; well stocked everything - books, games, dvd's, multiple tv's with roku, kids toys, high chair, deck furniture, great outdoor shower and beach supply closet. Excellent communication with manager and owners. AND a wonderful restaurant (at Villa Capriani) as well as the pier ice cream shop within walking distance. The week wasn't perfect (it included a trip to an urgent care facility and more stormy weather than we wanted) but having the comforts of home to R&R in made it much easier to remind ourselves that life doesn't have to be perfect to be wonderful.

Nice place
We all enjoyed our first visit to North Topsail. It was very convenient for the house to be so close to the water. The house was stocked with lots of beach gear. We loved the layout of the house and the elevator was great for luggage and groceries. The beach wasn't crowded at all which was nice. There is construction across the street currently so if you like to sleep in they will wake you up. It didn't bother us much. The construction may be stirring up the area bugs though as there were lots of cockroaches outside on the deck and storage closet. The morning we left we found one inside on the 3rd floor. That was the only one we saw inside. It seems time for a bit of maintenance inside but everything was functional. The house is stocked with lots of books and activities too. It was a great house.

Our stay was excellent, the house was as promised, had everything we needed. Had a couple of questions for Donna, the property manager, she was very responsive and helpful. Overall it was a great stay! I would stay there again.

Our favorite so far!
We’ve been going to topsail every year for the past decade. We’ve stayed in bigger places but none that were as close to the ocean as this place! The proximity to the ocean can’t be beat. This home was well stocked with everything you need, the only time we left was to go to Food Lion which is a short drive away. We loved your home and hope to be back next year if you’ll have us!

Lovely location and accommodations!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely duplex located on beautiful North Topsail Beach! Near enough to the high bridge for convenience in accessing grocery stores and other retail properties. The decks and hot tub were well enjoyed and having access to the pool was a wonderful feature. The beautiful beach was not overly crowded, but there was ample opportunity for people watching, shell and shark teeth collecting! Very welcoming space.
