About this apartment rental
This 3rd floor corner unit with extra high ceilings and elevator access is one of the largest in Wild Pines (almost 1,500 sq. ft.), and features a beautiful wrap around lanai with Golf and lake views. It has an open floor plan with a combination living/dining area. Both bedroom suites have private baths and sliding doors to the lanai. The master suite is tucked away for privacy, with a king size bed and flat screen TV. The master bath has dual sinks, a deep tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds and a flat screen tv as well. The bedroom and bath can be closed off behind a pocket door for complete privacy. The living room has a Queen pull out couch (comfortable for 2 young kids) and also a flat screen TV. All of the units surround the beautifully landscaped courtyard. The condo also has high speed internet and WiFi. This condo is our family vacation spot, so we make sure it is well maintained and absolutely clean. Please also have a look at our other condo with the VRBO number 1621310. Wild Pines is located in the exclusive Bonita Bay Resort with 5 private golf courses, a marina and private beach. The Private Beach is a short drive (4 miles) with free parking, chairs, umbrellas, restrooms and showers. In Season (Nov - April) there is a free shuttle running hourly. It is within walking distance of shopping & restaurants. Bonita Bay offers many amenities, including a private beach club on the Gulf of Mexico with in-season shuttle service, three parks, basketball, tennis and bocce ball courts, a community pool, hot tub, BBQ area and clubhouse for picnicking. Free canoe/kayak rentals, fishing piers, picnic areas, playgrounds, butterfly gardens, a boardwalk to the back bays, as well as miles of walking and bike trails, make Bonita Bay a top vacation destination.

Top floor corner unit in Wild Pines, perfect for 3-4 people. Markus was very responsive with questions and minor requests. Kitchen was well stocked. Balcony has comfortable furniture and very nice view of the golf course and pond. Has easy access to community pool and hot tub, tennis courts, walking paths. The tennis rackets and balls were appreciated. Beach shuttle is great, and Bonita Bay's private beach is nice that it offers free beach chairs and umbrellas. Only two inconveniences: Living room furniture could be more comfortable, and many mornings we were awaken by early morning golf course maintenance machinery noise.

This condo is on the first hole of the golf course, beautiful view but they groom the green every morning at 6:15 am. It is very noisy you can even hear the golfers talking through the closed windows. The condo is old and worn and needs to be updated. It is located in the woods, so it is very dark until the sun starts to set then there is natural sunlight in the unit. The master bedroom bed is uncomfortable and makes a horrible noise. There is no comfortable seating in the home with the exception of the lanai and none of the 3 TVs are smart TVs. We were there for a month and did not spend much time in the condo. I would also recommend adding bath mats for the bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The owners were very responsive to our questions.

Bonita Bay was perfect as far as location and it has the reputation of being a prestigious community. For as much as we paid for renting the unit for 7 das we expected better furnishings. The master bed mattress was horrible and made noises at the slightest movement. The living room sofas were so bad that we had to put extra pillows on the cushions to sit properly. The TV in the main area was very small and outdated. We were not able to bring up the Netflix option on the TV. Those who can afford to pay the higher rent expect better than what was there.
Kitchen was supplied nicely. The lani was the best part of the stay with weather permitting.

The scenery from the lanai is beautiful and relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and the people we met at the pool were all very friendly. Ewill definitely be back!

Beautiful property! Our only suggestion is to make the directions on how to use the available amenities more detailed in the owner's binder. Specifically, how to use the beach shuttle (available year round now) and the canoe-kayak dock. Luckily, the Bonita Beach staff pointed us in the right direction. We definitely will return!!

We had a wonderful break from the hectic life in New York City. Wild Pines is a beautiful section of the Bonita Bay resort and the pool and hot tub were very much enjoyed. The condo is exactly as shown and described and we could not have asked for more. Markus and Joie were very responsive to my questions before we arrived and to a question we had during our stay. They provide a lot of information in a book for guests that was an excellent reference guide. We look forward to staying there again.

Joie & Markus' condo has everything you need for a great vacation! The location is close to great restaurants, beaches, shopping & golf. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you need. My favorite thing was being able to sit on the large wrap-around lanai and watch the sunsets. The beach park was open and the shuttle service works very smoothly. This is my second stay at their condo and I'll definitely be back!

Everything was great except for the fact that the facility was not Senior citizen friendly. i.e. Safety hand bar in shower, raised toilets, chairs in TV room rather than just sofas.

Walking trails open post Ian with exception of boardwalk in Estero park.
Pool open but very busy since no beach shuttle resumed yet - understandable but missed going to the beach!
Owners very responsive to plumbing issue & resolved.
Many above average temperature days for this January, which we enjoyed immensely being from Northern Illinois!

Wonderful condo!
We had such a wonderful time staying in this great condo! We had everything we needed for the stay. It is very conveniently located to stores and the beach. The 10-min drive to the beach was very enjoyable and the private beach was way worth it! We loved everything about it! Definitely would love to be back. Markus was very responsive and helpful.

What a beautiful condo. Everything you see in the pictures are exactly what you see when you walk thru the door. The lanai was awesome. We spent our mornings on the lanai drinking our coffee and watching the golfers. Markus's communication was very good. Would very much recommend!

Great place! Shuttle is a great feature however it takes a long time waiting and then to get around the resort and to the beach. Lanai was the awesome. Very well stocked.

Wonderful community!
Bonita Bay is an outstanding community. There is so much to do, if you like to be active. We really enjoyed bike riding (rented bikes through Bonita Bikes), played tennis, Pickleball, used the shuttle to the private beach, and sat by the heated pool. Best of all was using the beautiful lanai anytime that we were at the condo. Markus was a joy to work with. He is very responsive and helpful.

Definitely the best property at Wild Pines! Very comfortable and very well equipped. We enjoyed everything about the condo. Bonita Bay is such a great community, we enjoyed it all!

Wonderful property
We really enjoyed our stay at Bonita Bay Wild Pines condominiums. This location had an excellent location with a wonderful view of the golf course. This property has all the furnishings you need for a comfortable stay! Kitchen and bathrooms are completely stocked and furniture is all very comfortable. The location to shopping, restaurants and the beach is unbeatable. Wonderful hosts respond quickly to all your needs!
