Super close to Titan stadium, was allowed to stow our luggage for early arrival.. super clean and great views of the river!! STAY HERE!

Stopped in Nashville for short visit during holidays. This was an excellent place to stay - clean, good layout, parking and convenient to broadways and neighborhoods. We were able to walk ti the titans game. Owner is very responsive ti any questions via message. We would stay here again.

Great condo! We were here for 6 days. The condo is close to most everything. We used a Lyft to get us around. But there is parking if you have a car. Property owner is amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Laundry facility is a nice amenity as well. We enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again.

This place is a must stay if you are visiting Nashville. Very nice place and perfect for 2 couples. The 2 bathrooms is a big plus, everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. Very nice view right on the river. I will always try to stay at Kim's place when coming back to Nashville.

Nice spot along the river. Two king beds and full baths worked great for two couples. Condo was as advertised. Very clean. Easy to Uber to downtown or about a 20 minute walk.

Perfect for what we needed! We enjoyed your cute little place along the river. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Super clean, kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked, beds amazingly comfortable. Although we didn't use the pool, we did go look around the property - pool was very clean, tons of room and lounge chairs provided. We did use the fitness center. It as well had everything we needed and was very clean. Great location, great little place!

This riverfront condo has everything you need for a trip to Nashville. We parked the car upon arrival and didn’t have to use it until we headed home. We walked everywhere. Beds are comfortable and the condo has 2 bathrooms so each couple has their own space in the morning to get ready. We only ate breakfast at the condo, but it looked to have everything you need for meals too. Overall, a great location for a Nashville stay!

This is a great place to stay! In walking distance of most things. We walked everywhere during the day and then taxi/Uber/Lyft back in the evening/night. Fun and spacious common space to relax and hang out. The welcome book was full of very helpful info!!!

My family couldn’t have been happier with their stay. The Condo was very nice, just as it appears. It is also conveniently located to downtown Nashville. The owner was very assessable. They are already talking about how they’d like to return.

You can't go wrong with this condo. Everything you need is there. This unit has been updated and very comfortable. My husband and I along with our best friends were in town for the George Strait concert. I have stayed in other units within this complex and this unit by far is the best. We didn't cook so I can't comment in that regard, but I'm sure there wouldn't have been a problem. We liked being on the first level and not having to use the stairs. I would definitely reserve this condo in the future and if possible, give it a few +++++ to go with the 5 stars. And above all, Kim will respond in a timely manner to any issues or questions you may have.

We loved everything about Kim's place! The location was great, comfortable beds, clean, well stocked. We contracted Kim when we were missing a few things and she responded right away and came over to bring us coffee pods and snacks. She is lovely! The pool was a huge plus! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Nashville. The Condo was exactly as described. It was close enough to walk to Broadway. Entry was a breeze. Everything we needed was there. After a long day of touring Nashville, it was a pleasure to return home to relax. Kim was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions. We were actually fortunate to meet her in person. The condo is a dream. Location is near many fun Nashville must sees. A walk, quick Uber or even scooter rentals will get you where you need to go. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room with closets for all our stuff and 2 full bathrooms to get ready. The kitchen is fully stocked and the decor is just enough Nashville …you gotta take a picture under the light up Nashville sign. The small porch with the river view was so nice to sit on and have coffee in the morning. Everything in this condo is so well thought out and organized…with 4 Moms it was a Dream …even cowgirl hats to wear!! Thanks again Kim!!!

Excellent location for restaurants in Germantown and walk downtown. Everything we needed for out stay plus a great view of the river and tug and barge activity. A little noise from the condo above but not significant.

Seamless checkin and out. Residence fully outfitted with all necessities. Excellent proximity to Broadway and other places of interest in that vicinity. Easy access to airport. My 2 daughters, daughter-in-law and myself had a delightful stay at this cute condo on the river. It met our needs perfectly and Kim, the owner, was easy to reach when we had questions. There was a considerable amount of road construction happening in the area, but we could easily detour around it to get downtown or wherever we were headed (we rented a car and the covered parking at the property was a plus). The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and having the 2 bathrooms was a plus for 4 women. There was an issue with one of the showers not working, but Kim was able to get a plumber in. What a fun city Nashville was--we were celebrating my daughter's 51st birthday while there and enjoyed all the restaurants, tours, and shows. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was amazing! It was perfect for our group! Location was great - Broadway and other attractions were well within walking distance. Kim was very flexible with our early check in and a pleasure to deal with. Plenty of extras that you usually don’t get with rentals -soft drinks, snacks, coffee, etc. We will definitely stay here again!
