Hubo problemas con la limpieza de la Piscina y al final nunca estuvo lo suficientemente limpia

The location was good.

For the price of this room, what you got was not worth it. There are other cheaper options available in Cartagena with bigger rooms and balconies. Based on the pictures it looked like our room had a balcony but it did not. There was no airflow in the room or windows you could open so it was VERY musty. By the time we left all of our clothes smelt like mold and we only stayed two nights. The bed took up basically the entire room. My issue with this place is that we stayed somewhere $50 cheaper and the room was bigger and had a balcony. This place is OK but I wouldn't recommend it if you're travelling with a partner, you could find better. If you're solo travelling or on a budget then maybe it would be okay for you but personally I felt like we overspent for what we got.

La amabilidad del personal es excepcional, hotel muy colonial, desayuno muy variado y delicioso, gran ubicación y poco ruido en la noche, casi nulo. Hay toallas, batas, shampoo y acondicionador en la habitación, muy detallistas!

Nothing. They didn’t honour our reservation. Mixed up our dates and had no room available. NO response to multiple calls and emails from me and no response to Booking.com. when you tried to follow up. Neither Booking nor I know if they will keep our money or charge us a cancellation fee. This is terrible! We had no hotel and no communication about their mix up. You should NOT use a hotel like this. Please consider not representing BuGo.

The staff, room, and amenities were fantastic.

Nothing I didn’t like.

The property is very well looked after, the facilities are top quality and incredibly clean and in good shape. The staff at reception were very attentive and helpful, they were kind and a pleasure to talk to. The room was perfect, with such an amazing pebble-floor shower.

it was amazing the staff and the food and help with everything. I loved the stay and I will stay there over and over in Cartagena, close location to everything, I just wish I would've stay longer than I did

there was an issue with booking actually not the reservation per se. It was solved by the hotel at the end but make sure to put first the name of the main guest once you book the reservation otherwise you will have issues
