Accommodations were pretty current. Representative was arriving to check the property as we were loading in our stuff. Ice maker did not work so we had bought bagged but Luxury had sent some as well.

We loved staying here! Condo was clean with wonderful corner balcony. Very spacious! All of us loved the water park and especially the lazy river. and only about 7 minutes to the public beach. Would definitely recommend

The condo was just as pictured and described. Very clean and spacious. Light and airy. Beds very comfy. There were no condiments or extras as in other VRBO but that didn’t matter to us. It was a great stay!!! Would definitely recommend!!

We come to this car show every year and have always enjoyed the food, hospitality and the friendliness of the staff. We will be back next year,Lords willing and the creek dont rise (or ocean in this case).

My family loved our stay at Phoenix by the Bay. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was that a week before our stay we got word that the lazy River and one of the 2 outdoor pools would be closed due to renovations.

This unit was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Very clean when we arrived. We had a wonderful view of the lazy river. Every guest we chatted with was so nice and friendly. We never encountered anyone that was rude. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this unit as well as our stay here! We absolutely loved everything.

This place was clean inside and out. We loved the condo and the grounds and pool were kept up great. Location was good also. Not in the middle of the gulf shore crowd. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed this very roomy 3 bedroom condo on the bayside. Extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed for an excellent stay with our family. We had more than enough room for 4 adults and 4 teenagers to comfortably stay. The condo was in pristine condition! The pool and slide was thoroughly enjoyed during our stay, very clean and plenty of chairs and tables available even on a holiday weekend. The slip for our boat was convenient and safe as well as the entire facility is very well maintained! Close access by car or boat to everything you want to do while at the beach. Would definitely recommend this condo.

We enjoyed this very roomy 3 bedroom condo on the bayside. Extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed for an excellent stay with our family. We had more than enough room for 4 adults and 4 teenagers to comfortably stay. The condo was in pristine condition! The pool and slide was thoroughly enjoyed during our stay, very clean and plenty of chairs and tables available even on a holiday weekend. Condo floors were dirty-Our feet were black after walking around the condo the first couple days and baby crawling on floor knees were all black. We found floss picks, lighter and socks that were left from previous renters. Lighting in the bedrooms and bathrooms were dark, blinds in bedrooms were all bent.
The outdoor pool area was very nice and areas were clean and nicely maintained.
I didn’t like they tried to come into our condo to fix a part on the ice machine. I feel it wasn’t emergent and could have waited until we checked out because the ice machine was working fine.

Great place to stay
This place was great! The only downside of our stay was that the properties maintenance team came inside the condo several times on different days for “inspections,” which I was not used to. Other than that I would stay again.

We had a great time! The condo was very roomy for the 7 of us! Very clean and nicely decorated. Enjoyed the lazy river even though we had to ask for it to be turned on. We would definitely like to stay again!

Clean and convenient!
Condo was clean, convenient, and spacious. Night before we left was very noisy with loud neighbors upstairs. Otherwise it was very quiet and comfortable.

This was our first trip to Orange Beach and we had a blast! This condo was perfect! It felt so safe! Great location! Very close to anything you could want to do. The pools and lazy river were very nice. The parking is covered. Every room has a tv and a bathroom attached. It’s very nice to have a washer and dryer. Pack a little laundry soap. They only leave 1 load worth. Also pack dishwasher soap if you plan to cook. And extra toilet paper if you stay long. We had so much fun! I already want to go again!

Awesome mini vacation
We really enjoyed our time in this Condo! Unloading everything from the car to the condo very easy. Condo very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Kids and Adults loved the lazy river. We played in the pools and lazy river the whole trip and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Plenty of room for nine people. We will be back! Love it.

Perfect place for myself, two sisters, one daughter, and 5 granddaughters to enjoy time together. Condo was very spacious and provided everything we needed. Great that each bedroom had its own bathroom .Would definately recommend.

very nice property
We were there the week during the height of the virus outbreak and our week was cut short because of it. The property is very nice. The only compliant I have is the floor was really dirty. Everything else was great. We would go back again.

It was really nice , the internet was slow, an the TV in the master bedroom was acting up.
It was really nice place , it was only the internet was slow an the master bed room TV, I believe it had a shortage so it made it hard sometimes.

wonderful condo! had a water leak in master bath that was addressed promptly!
Overall great experience, we were in town for our Daughter's wedding. There was a water leak in the master bath, couldn't use the commode in the master bath one night and had fans and dehumidityfiers running in the master bath for 48 hrs. Beautiful condo, we have also friends with a 2 bedroom condo there too.

Very nice unit , only 4 stars because the toilet lid was broken upon arrival. But otherwise a very spacious, clean , and accommodating unit.
