This 8 bedroom, 7.5 bath beachfront house is available for rent and sits directly on the white sand with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. This large luxury home comfortably accommodates up to 28 guests. Have a larger group? Rent the adjacent and nearly identical Orange Beach House West too! The first thing guests will love when entering this house are the gorgeous views from the open living space. This area contains a large living room, modern kitchen, and dining table, perfect for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. The fully stocked kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and a large island with bar seating. There are several comfortable seating options in the living room where everyone can enjoy the game or a movie on the flat-screen TV after a sun-filled day. The dining table provides ample seating and is perfect for enjoying any meal together. When enjoying the views from the windows, you will surely want to venture outside and see all that the beautiful Gulf Coast has to offer. Walk out onto the raised deck or the upstairs balcony to overlook the stunning beach and waters. Here you will find abundant seating and, on the raised deck, a seasonally heated private pool. The kids will love playing in the pool, and the adults will enjoy floating with a cocktail while the sun sets! The outdoor grill is perfect for grilling hamburgers and hotdogs to enjoy on the deck while soaking up the sun. Of course, you will have to take a walk down to the sand on your direct boardwalk access. Here your whole group will love sun tanning, swimming in the waves, and crab hunting at night! After a long day full of fun in the sun, Orange Beach House East provides plenty of luxury and comfort in its sleeping space. You will find the first two bedrooms on the first floor, both with king beds and twin over twin bunks. Both of these rooms have private bathrooms, and every room in the house has a TV! The second floor offers a cozy den, perfect for a kids' movie night. Also on this floor are 6 more luxurious bedrooms. Four of them are king bedrooms with private baths, and two of those have direct balcony access! The other two bedrooms are bunk rooms that share a bathroom. These each have 2 sets of bunks, a twin over twin and a full over full. These 8 bedrooms together provide ample sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to 28 guests! For a large group, up to 8 cars can be parked under the house, so parking isn't a worry. Our family enjoyed our stay at Orange Beach House East. Overall the house is in good shape with some areas in need of updating (dining chair covers need cleaning or replacing). Bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice. We especially liked the location: not too crowded an area but still close to stores and restaurants.

We had a great time at Orange Beach House East. We had 11 adults and 6 children and we were all very comfortable and the house was incredibly spacious. The double fridge and double dishwasher were great for a large group. The pool was perfect. A few things to note, the ice machine was broken; the back door knob/handle was missing (maintenance was waiting on it to come in the mail) so we couldn’t lock the back door the entire time; the child safety gate from the pool to the outside stairwell was broken, and one of the washing machines was broken. It wasn’t an issue for us, but I would recommend putting railings on the shared boardwalk; it could easily be a safety hazard with children. None of these issues were problematic for our stay, but I am mentioning them in case they’d be an issue for someone else and so that management can address the issues for future tenants. The house was beautiful and we had a wonderful vacation!

This is a very large property and would be great for large groups or families. We only had 5 of us, which allowed us plenty of room to spread out. The location and views are fantastic. It is just a short walk to restaurants, groceries, etc. We were very happy with our stay.

The location of the house was extremely close to restaurants, grocery stores, boating excursions. We really enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was on our arrival there were workers going through the house, attempting to fix the Internet, working on electrical for the pool, fixing a toilet and working on some of the drawers in the kitchen that needed a new brackets. We did have an afternoon and evening without Internet which was discouraging because that evening, we had planned something as a family, and did not have the access we needed. We genuinely felt like there was preparation for our arrival being made at the very last minute, but it could’ve been done prior to our arrival.. All that being said, we enjoyed our stay and loved the location.

It was a great stay. The home has plenty of room for larger families. The pool was a lifesaver for the little kids and so close to the beach. The elevator was a bonus for our elderly father who couldn’t manage the stairs. Overall it was a great week at Orange Beach East.

The house exceeded our expectations. The pictures did not do it justice. There were some cosmetic things wrong and some wear and tear things but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. When we called they sent someone right over to fix the problems.

My family and I loved this property. It was spacious, affording us all our own space. We couldn’t get the elevator to work at first, but one call to property management fixed that. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. I wish we could have stayed longer, but will be back.

There were a few hiccups with the air conditioning during our stay, but management was courteous and prompt in responding.
Richard Booth with Alabama Beach Chairs was also wondering for having chairs and umbrellas set up - highly recommend.
