About this house rental
This beautiful beach cottage home is just a 5 minute walk to Cape Paterson's beautiful beaches, rock pools and stunning coastal line. Nestled between Wonthaggi and Inverloch, there is always something to do, if you are there just to relax or escape for the day to Wilson’s Prom Country. House is internet ready wifi available. This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 Shower. The house sleeps 10 people comfortably with 3 bunk beds and 2 queen size beds. The house is equipped with air conditioning and an indoor kinara as well as an outdoor fire pit for those fresh cool nights. Also a BBQ pergola area out fitted with tables and chairs. We have 2 fridges onsite, with one in the kitchen and one out the back under the pergola. In the living area we have a television and DVD player for those indoor days and also have a range of board games and a soccer table to keep the nights entertained. And our couches fit 5 people downstairs. Kitchen facilities with all cutlery including a microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven and stove. We also have a laundry with a washing machine that you are welcome to use during your stay with us. All cleaning supplies, laundry, bug spray or aeroguard are located on top of the washing machine. We have a wide driveway if you wish to store your boat or jet ski and able to fit 4 cars. This is the perfect stay, with everything you need. You will just need to supply your own bed linen, pillows and shower and beach towels.

My group of six friends stayed here for a summer getaway. The house was comfortable and well-serviced by multiple toilets & fridges, and separated, generous living and dining spaces. Each morning we walked the short distance to bay beach for a swim. Thanks for having us, Frank.

Lovely house with all amenities for a beach holiday. House was clean, tidy and comfortable. Would be great to have Wifi, aircon/heating in bedrooms and a bigger TV in lounge but that's more a suggestion then criticism. 2 fridges is a great idea as helped keep the beer chilled while having the main fridge full of food.

A great house for entertaining
A lovely outside bbq area and plenty of space indoors as well. Very well looked after and well equipped too. We had a great time - our second stay !

We had a great stay - Communication with Frank was excellent , the place was well organised and clean and just a very short walk to the beach which we loved. Great outdoor bbq area too.

Just a short walk to the Wonthaggi Surf Club Beach, and only a few minutes into the shops and Tavern and the Cape Paterson Surf Beach. Recommend staying here, particularly if there are 2 families staying together.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Frank was great at communicating with us and the place was just right for our two families to stay together. Excellent beach house
The wooden cottage was excellent, had everything you need and clean. Truly a 7 minute walk to the bay beach, which we loved for early morning walks. Could hear the waves crashing at night. Became our home away from home. The house was large enough for everyone to spread out and chill, especially loved the split level lounge to dining rooms. Beds were comfortable and cupboard space was ample. Backyard was shady and verandah nice to relax at.
The only thing I’d suggest is to fix the tv DVD player, and add a clothes line option under the verandah so beach towels can dry if showers overnight.
Had a wonderful stay for 8 nights, and we’d love to be back one day.

Family friendly
Our family of 6 where very comfortable and enjoyed the convenience of a well established dwelling, plenty of convenient entertaining, cooking and amenities.
There seemed to be plenty hot water for the shower, that’s the icing on the cake for us.

Great, easy getaway.
Frank’s house in Cape Paterson is lovely. We had a great break there and really enjoyed the location- only a short walk to the beach. The house is comfortable and the air conditioner in the main living area was very welcome. Frank was very attentive - answering any queries promptly. He allowed us a late check out upon request also. Thanks Frank for the bottle of bubbly and chocolates, we will be back!
