Located in Siesta Beach, this attractive condo for £300 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Unit 75- This newly renovated, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom partial north Gulf view condo is located on the 7th floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach! The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condo are ideal for watching evening sunsets! Our two bedroom units sleep 6 people max to comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code. The master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed and the guest bedroom has two queen sized beds, both bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The master bathroom has a convenient tub/shower combination and the guest bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower. The living room is equipped with a 43" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking- pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, Keurig and standard coffeemaker. This condo has been newly tiled throughout the entire unit. The enclosed patio with sliding windows allows the most spectacular views of the night time city lights. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

We had 3 condos rented for 14 family members. Very happy with condos. I’m good shape with ample kitchen supplies. Our only complaint was location. There were no restaurants within walking distance from the condo. We stayed in the Tower so to go to the hot tub across the street was quite a walk back & forth. It also would have been nice to have a public bathroom by the beach so you didn’t have to go back to the condo if needed to use.

Great location on a beautiful private beach. The employees do an awesome job setting you up with chairs in the beach every morning. Easy and quick drive to downtown. Kitchen is really well stocked! Area rugs could use cleaning and comforters on beds are a little run down. Overall, a great property in Siesta Key :)

We arrived to major construction. There was no carpet, nails on the floor in the hallways, loud noises starting early in the morning. One day, they out carpet down without telling us. We were locked out of our room for over an hour without any notice.

Nice sized condo. It’s located where you have access to the beach and the inlet which is perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises. The unit does have a Keurig, although it’s not posted in the description. Loved the view but we were disappointed that the windows with the view were inoperable. It would have been wonderful to hear the waves while sitting in the living and dining room. Great security on a private beach.

The mattresses in the guest room had indentations in the middle. My parents woke up with back aches. The shower in the master was very difficult to turn on. The tv remote in the living wasn’t working properly. Otherwise than that the place is amazing! If those things get fixed it would of been amazing! I would definitely come back but not to that unit if problem isn’t resolved. The Palm Bay Property is amazing and amazing service.

There were 2 different coffee pots but both were missing parts so they couldn't be used. I bought a cheap one at Walgreens. Not a big deal. Things to note: there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms; the pool on the property is in the front of the complex by the main office, not on the beachside; parking availability isn't the best. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The views from this condo are everything! There are huge glass windows throughout. You can watch the sunrise from the bedrooms and the sunset from the Living/Dining room. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here. I am local, but my parents were in town and we decided we wanted to stay at the beach. My dad has a disability and was able to get around very well. Elevators are convenient and very close to the unit. The condo was also very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

From Sunrises to Sunsets - the view was Amazing!

The beach was perfect, softest fluffiest sand (before the day of rain) and seashells galore - perfect for the kids and adults to collect! The location was perfect you could ride the trolley to either villages and we loved the convenience and the food and ice cream options. The pool was heated which felt nice for the morning swims with the kids. Overall was a great vacation I would definitely go back and stay at this same property again.
