Nestled in Mission Beach, this lovely condo for £192 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Summary: Just steps to the sand, this property has recently been completely updated to provide you with the feel of luxury. Take our boogie boards and beach equipment out for the day and come home to grill on your private front porch or walk to the restaurants in Pacific Beach. This unit is laid out to comfortably sleep 4 in two beds. It has a separate dining area and a full kitchen, so you always have the option of dining in or experiencing the vast array of PB restaurants and bars. The Space: This recently renovated 1BR is typical Mission Beach. Efficient use of space maximizes the sense of space. A queen in the bedroom and full pull out in the living room provide the sleeping arrangements. You have a fully stocked kitchen with all you could need to prep (pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster, microwave, oven, stove and service for up to 6 guests). Guest Access: The whole unit is yours. This unit is part of a small and quiet 6-plex with 3 long term and 3 vacation rentals. The patio in the picture is not shared; it is solely for your use. The Neighborhood: Mission Beach is an amazing coastal community designed around "courts" with all of the residences facing one another across a sidewalk. That design creates a cozy and homey feel (and also limits the amount of car traffic) making Mission Beach the ideal spot to "live at the beach". Enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for riding bikes or skateboards or just going on a stroll at sunset. Restaurants, bars and amusement parks are all within walking distance. And of course, the beach on one side to surf or the bay on the other for more casual water play (unless you decide to kayak, stand-up paddle board or sail...all rental options are just minutes away). Getting Around: We provide a single covered parking space. It is accessed off the alley and as such can be a tight fit (as with about 90% of the parking spaces at the beach). We recommend a small to midsized car to make it easier to park. We also recommend backing into the spot as that makes it easier to get in and pull out. Whether you need it for the day, the weekend, or the week, they've got you covered. With flexible pricing and local pickup & drop-off, you’re minutes away from riding around San Diego in style. Please mention that Vacation Rentals By Aaron sent you! Other Things to Note: This is "typical" beach parking so we do not recommend large cars. The spots will not accommodate anything more than a mid-size car or SUV. For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement. Despite any stated cancellation policy, I will refund 100% for any cancellations made prior to 90 days from your arrival date. Thereafter I will refund your rental fee to the extent I am able to re-rent the unit for the days cancelled. We only offer the air conditioning between May and September Interaction with Guests: We are a self-service destination (check-in details will be sent 3 days prior to arrival). However, we are also a full-service, professional management company (that has been a Superhost/Preferred Partner for over 4 years running) and we are just a phone call/text/email away and have agents that are almost never more than 10 minutes away should a need arise.

Property very nice as well as location. Adults across walk way was loud. Thought 2 men were about to fight. Language used very offensive. Understand not your issue. However, weather and facility well kept.

Everything was great! Amazing vacation spot for our family for the weekend. Communication with the owner was perfectly demonstrated for all our needs. Super clean home! Seconds away from the boardwalk and beach. Restaurants & shops were all within walking distance which made things less stressful traveling with a toddler. Will definitely book here again!

Wonderful location and perfect for a short stay. The house is sparsely furnished but that’s not a problem as we spent most of our time outside. The house looks a little worn inside and a fresh coat of paint would help. Aaron attentive and we had no big issues. We enjoyed our stay

The location is great, right between Belmont Park & Crystal Pier. The boardwalk & beach are just steps away. The rules want your shoes off but my feet were black after the first night so the floors seemed a little dirty for such a request. There are also no rugs or mats to help with inside/outside shoe traffic in the unit. Also, you can really only use one electric appliance at a time. The coffee maker & toaster was enough to trip the fuse box. Basic necessities were provided, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, boogy boards all great to have access to as well. The couch was not a pull out, but a trundle bed. Overall happy with the unit but felt the listing was not 100% accurate.

We enjoyed our stay. It was within great proximity to the beach but quiet enough that our little one could sleep. The electricity went out when I tried to make coffee while the ac was running but there was an easy fix. I was able to communicate easily with the property manager and overall it was a great stay.

We had a great time.We hadn't been to San Diego in a few years, so it was nice to have a little getaway. The place was in a nice, central location and fun for our little boy. Steps from the beach made it nice too.

Spent 15 years in SD and wanted to give my wife the SoCal experience as she never been. Steps from the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, shopping and plenty of people watching this place is great for anyone who wants to dive into the SoCal vibe. Only feedback was the portable AC unit was in the dining area so the bedroom got a wee bit warm so we slept on the pullout coach and there was no laundry onsite. If these don't matter, then Ben's Beach Bungalow will be great for you!

We were just 4 houses from the beach. We parked our car and walked during our 4 day stay. Aaron made sure to communicate the details of our stay and answered every questions we had immediately. The property was very well stocked with all of our needs. Our trip was very enjoyable and carefree.

We had a great stay at Ben's Beach Bungalow! The location really can't be beat. You're just steps from the beach up a cute little paved path. You're right in the middle of all the action. Turn to the left and you can walk to the amusement park. Turn to the right and there are restaurants and shops close by. The bay is just a couple blocks away. The bungalow was great and had everything we needed. My daughter loved using the boogie board. Having designated parking was a real advantage. Do be aware that the space is somewhat tight so you'll want a smallish car. We had a Mustang and it was a little tricky to get into. Overall, a great place to stay on Mission Beach.

The location was perfect - just a super short walk to the boardwalk and beach. We were able to walk nearly everywhere we needed to - food, shops, etc. The bungalow was comfortable and well-appointed. The boogie boards, towels and beach chairs were a great touch and very thoughtful. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property, the beach was so close, and very charming well renovated bungalow. Aaron was amazing and it was so easy and comfortable, food venues within walking distance, really fun experience, parking spot is super small, so small rental is a must. Perfect for 2 adults and a 9 year old.

The space my wife and I had was perfect for the two of us, we were able to work a bit, cook dinners and sleep comfortably! The proximity to the beach as well Mission Bay we’re perfect!! Nice bars and restaurants that are walkable as well! Only small issue, and I don’t know that it is an issue, but a new coat of paint throughout would freshen things up immensely!

My husband and our two pre-teen daughters stayed for four nights, and we loved it! We explored both beaches and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. We appreciated the beach chairs on site. The only thing that would have been nice to have were more towels and racks to hang our swim suits up. Wonderful location.

all you need for a summer vacation. walking distance to the beach and the bay, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The bungalow is the perfect oasis for when you need to recharge. Stayed with my wife and two daughter's under 2 and we all loved it. would definitely come back. Only setback was that I could not get the grill to work but other than that it was great!

The Bungalow is just steps from the ocean which was perfect! It is such a cute place and we felt really comfortable! Our host Aaron was always ready to get back to us if needed. Will definitely go back!
