About this house rental
Comfy, cosy home minutes away from downtown Williams. New construction, completed in 2016. Custom designed with custom window coverings and furniture. Each of the 3rd bedrooms has a personality of its own. Great getaway home for family vacations. Conveniently located right off the I40, its a 45 minute drive to the Grand Canyon, 35 minute drive to Flagstaff and 1 hour drive from Sedona. Minutes to the Grand Canyon Railway express. Right down the street from the Grand Canyon Railway that takes you straight to the Grand Canyon all spring and summer. Or, ride on the Polar Express during the Holiday Season. 33 miles from Flagstaff, right off Interstate 40, on the 11th hole of the Elephant Rocks golf course.

The house was great and had everything we wanted. Enjoyed morning walks. Saw some deer. Close to Elephant Rocks & downtown Williams.

The house and property are good. Night one smoke alarm and CO2 monitor both chipped all night. Kept 4 adults up majority night. Night 2 went much better after we found a ladder and addressed the issue.

This was the perfect 'home base' for a quick family outing to Northern Arizona. The home was clean, well-stocked, and just what we were looking for. It was a nice place to unwind at the end of the day, and everyone had room to spread out. Just off the interstate made it convenient to find, and close to the attractions we planned to see. Would certainly choose this property again.

Wonderful as always

The location was perfect as we had a golf tournament there at Elephant Rock. Home was clean and comfortable. Good supply of what we needed. Close to Main Street Williams. At night we put a flashlight out to view the course and saw about 15 deer within 30 yards.

Nice house located on golf course convenient to Williams - about 3 miles away, in a residential neighborhood. The property manager was very quick to respond with any questions I had.

It was a nice property, we enjoyed the stay, loved the silence and the confort of the home. Appreciated the distance to town. The only suggestion I have is to perhaps get a regular coffee pot.

This property is the perfect location for visiting Williams! The house was clean and in a lovely neighborhood near town. We rode the Polar Express and visited the Deer Farm and had a wonderful time. We hiked in the forest near the house and walked the neighborhood. We saw deer in the evenings! Highly recommend this property.

Great All Around
Great house- clean with large porch looking onto the golf course to enjoy the cool weather in the morning with a cup of coffee and having a pint of beer after a long day on the course or downtown Williams.

Spring Break 2020
This was the perfect home for our family to stay while on vacation. We have three kids 18, 8, and 7. We need space, which this beautiful home offered. Amazing location and town
Our family of five had an amazing stay at this wonderful home. It’s in a beautiful setting just 10 minutes from the charming town of Williams, and an hour south of the Grand Canyon (longer if there is traffic ... leave early). We used it as a base for the GC and beyond. The owner was terrific. We arrived late from Las Vegas and drove through snow and ice and the driveway and sidewalk were cleared when we arrived—thanks so much. Temps in single digits. The neighborhood is on a golf course and is beautiful. And the town of Williams is a must see, too (Brewed Awakenings coffee shop, Pine Country Restaurant, Red Raven Restaurant). Would highly recommend this property for anyone. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

Home Away From Home
We had the most amazing time here! The house is wonderful and had everything to assist with a much needed vacation.
It was perfect for our little group and we were supremely comfortable. We saw tons of deer morning and night feeding on the golf course and adjacent lots. We barbecued on the deck and played games (nice selection). It is the perfect place to stay and local to a big supermarket but just out of the way enough that you felt tons of privacy and quiet. The stars at night were super easy to see from the deck. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything. We baked apple pies and the coffee maker was perfect. Close to Quirky Downtown Williams, Flagstaff, Sedona, Prescott, Grand Canyon and more...Thank you for providing such a wonderful place. We hope to visit again some day.

Right home, right location,right price
This house is so gorgeous, the location is perfect for anything you want to do. An hour away and you’re at the Grand Canyon. A mere 5 minute drive and your in Williams on historic Route 66 and all the shops. A half hour and you’re in Flagstaff. My wife and I are already talking about trying to come back next year. It’s the perfect home in a very quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home, Wonderful trip
We can’t say enough good things about this house and stay. The house was easy to find, directions were clear and house was very clean. The biggest plus we’re all the extra amenities in the house: toilet paper, paper towels, spices, coffee, soaps and shampoos, laundry soap and dish(washing) soap. Easily accessible to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Jerome and Phoenix. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Golf Getaway
We stayed two weeks and had a wonderful time. The house sits right on the 11th hole of Elephant Rocks golf course. It was fun to sit outside on the patio and watch the golfers! We also enjoyed playing the course and loved the town of Williams. Caitlin, the property manager, was wonderful to work with and quickly addressed several concerns we had when we first arrived. Thank you for a great time at your lovely home. We will be back!
