Also have 3 other units at the Pearl: Units 1004 -2beds and Units 501 & 106 3beds Regarding Unit 1103: - located on the 11th floor and about 1400 square feet - all bedrooms have vinyl plank waterproof flooring - working wet bar with ice maker - flat screen TVs and blue ray player - fold out bed on rollers for extra sleeping - beachfront balcony with full-size sofa and extra seating - fully equipped kitchen - dining room with plenty of seating and breakfast bar - full size washer and dryer - seating area off kitchen with bayside view - Free Wi-Fi included - beachfront with fabulous veiws Regarding Bedrooms: Master: -- king size mattress -- overlooks the ocean with balcony -- vanity section with sink and a large walk-in closet -- large jacuzzi tub, vanity with sink and a large glass shower 2nd Bedroom: -- 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed -- next to full bathroom Regarding the Pearl Complex: - fitness room overlooking the Gulf of Mexico - 2 pools ( one heated ) and hot tub / bathroom near pool - cookout area downstairs near the pool (Charcoal and Gas Grills) - codes for entrance and beach access (security at peak times) - located midway between Fort Walton Beach and Pensacola Beach - plenty shops, food, fun and rentals nearby ( for all ages ) - very short walk to beach - plenty of parking in front of building You can look Joey and I up on the "Cajun Pearl of Navarre & Miami Pearl Of Navarre Florida" on FB or myself on FB, "Michelle Aubert Domingue" from Lafayette LA. Lovely unit perfect for me, my DIL and little 1yr old grandson. Sincerely appreciate property mgr working with us to get access to a pack n play to use for sleeping.

The condo was extremely comfortable and well decorated. It was perfect for three adults and could have easily accommodated 4 adults or several adults and several children.

The condo itself was great and the Pearl as a whole is great. The jerks who disregard the rules and constantly smoke on the balconies ruin the whole experience. The Pearl needs to start tracking down and immediately kicking out smokers with no refund. If you want to suck on a cancer stick, do it somewhere else, and that includes you idiot vapers.

This condo is wonderful. It is well stocked, the beds are comfy. It was very clean. The balcony furniture was great and it came with two beach chairs. I was 100 percent satisfied and will definitely stay again.

The property was nice and cozy. The location is great. Gave us the best view of the Ocean. Some appliances, can use some updates, but overall, we had a great time!

This condo is “as described” and we enjoyed our stay. We hadn’t been to Navarre in years and it has grown into a wonderful destination for those who are seeking a relaxing beach vacation. The condo is in a great location with at least four restaurants within walking distance and several walking and biking paths. The views from the balcony are amazing and we enjoyed seeing the dolphins everyday!

Beautiful vacation
Absolutely loved this condo at the Pearl. Good location, fireworks on the Pier we’re amazing. Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony and furniture, spent lots of time out there. Views are amazing. Kitchen had everything you needed to make a meal. Will be back next year! Navarre is a very relaxing area, calm, not too touristy. The owner worked with me on the days so I could book what I needed. Great communication!

Stayed in this clean, spacious, well furnished condo with cruise-like views from the balcony and had a blast! Napped on the balcony and on the beach in the included beach chairs. Walked to dinner at night. Grabbed groceries at the market across the sound. Took amazing pictures. Definitely recommend.

The property was older but clean. The patio door does not have a screen door which I have never encountered before in a beach condo. We were told not to leave the door open. I go to the beach to hear the waves of the ocean. Balcony furniture was very comfortable. Overall a nice stay.

Loved the shower and garden tub. The beach was wonderful especially since the unit came with 2 free beach chairs and umbrella. The owners were excellent to work with and said to call day or night if I had any problems or questions. I would stay at this condo again.
