Our on-site manager, who will escort you to our newly constructed luxury condominium, who will greet you at the Puerto Plata airport. As you enter the unit to begin your vacation, you will be welcomed with fresh flowers on the table and few beverages (beer, soda, water) with freshly prepared sandwiches in the refrigerator. Located just outside of the first floor unit you will find the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. Once there you will find yourself within 25 yards of the white sand and blue water beaches of Sosua with clear view of the beach and ocean. 2 luxury full sized bedrooms with queen beds, large cedar closest, draws and finest upscales bedroom furnishings. 2 full luxury bathrooms with top of line accessories, natural stone and hand cut and sculpture tile. Very well located

We spent two months in January 2020 in this beach front property. well located next to the most beautiful beach of Sosua, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and bank so there is no need for a car. Always felt secure and safe in this gated property having a 24hrs guard on duty 7 days a week. Local property manager always available to look after any issue during our stay. I rented this condo for a month from Mid Dec 2012 through mid Jan 2013. The condo is in great condition and had everything we needed. the local property manager attended to the problem immediately when the internet went out. I have been to Sosua several times and this is my new favorite place to stay. It is in a good area within close walking distance to everything. The pictures are exactly how the condo looks. The security people were nice and attentive as was the housekeeper. I will definitely return.
