Located in the popular Seacrest Beach Community, "Emerald Escape" sits behind the large, resort style lagoon pool where you can walk out the back patio door to the pool or take a 5 minute walk to the beach! Tile floors lead the way into the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Remodeled, the large open kitchen boasts granite counters, new stainless appliances, cabinets, and tile back splash. The kitchen opens up into a dining area with seating for 6 and extra space for seating at the bar. Surrounding windows allow plenty of natural light to show off the new tile floors throughout the first floor. The bright and large living area has comfortable seating and a large flat screen Smart TV. French doors open up to amazing view of the green area and lagoon pool. The first floor has a Queen bed in one room and a built in twin over full bunk in the other. Both have TVs, closets, and dressers for ample storage space. A full size bath with tile floors and new walk in shower is also located on the first floor. The second floor features an amazing master king size bedroom with a balcony that overlooks the green space and pool. Couch (sofa sleeper) and large flat screen TV adds extra space for kicking back and relaxing. Many windows brighten this great room, and the adjoining master bath has been completely renovated featuring a double vanity, free standing soaker tub, and large walk in shower. The kids will love the bunk room with 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds, bean bags, TV, and private access to a balcony. The other bedroom has a Queen size bed with dresser, armoire, TV, and private access to the balcony. The newly remodeled bathroom has a walk in shower with glass doors and tile floors. The house is great, but the location is even better. Walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to food and shopping in Rose Mary and Alys beach. The pool in the community, which is fantastic, is right off the back porch. Highly recommend the house and area.

We really lucked out with this location! With 6 kids under the age of 7, we were so fortunate to be located facing the big open grassy area by the pool. Many evenings were spent watching the kids play while the adults could relax on the back porch. And the free tram to the beach was a big hit. We hardly had to drive at all while on our week-long trip, which was super convenient.
Only issues were that the oven took forever to preheat (hours) and never really baked things as much as we’d like. The dishwasher also didn’t do a great job, so be sure to pre wash items. Otherwise, no complaints and we’d visit again!

Wonderful!
We loved the home and location! House had large rooms for us to cook, eat and visit. Some used the pool or went to the beach. Others enjoyed a bike ride!

Dishwasher didn't work, washer and dryer didn't work. dried food stuck on the walls. cabinets are broken and the shower drain clogs so you can only take a 5 minute shower. Some furniture is broken.

We stayed with my husband and two kids (14 and 11), very spacious house with everything you need. The property manager was very helpful and answered any question I had right away.

Love the property
We went during slower season. Love the tram option. However we didn’t use it. The property is close to the beach. Nice walking distance.
When we called about what was in the house as far as towels etc our questions were answered right away. Towels. Soap. Shampoo. Limited toilet paper. Etc are all included.
Check out was 9am. Wish it was a little later. But it is doable. The neighborhood location feels safe. Clean outside and house was in great condition.
We would definitely look at staying here again.

Very good service
This experience with the home and rental company was my first. I’m very happy with both. The house was nice and being around 50 steps from the pool helped. The rental company was easy to work with and supplied all information in a timely manner. They also answered my questions within minutes which was great. We had a great time and would recommend this house/company.

Great place to stay however
Couldn’t have been a better location to everything! With the pool just behind the property and restaurants and shops near by. I am surprised there was not a welcome pack with a few groceries as we have always experienced this with other homeaway properties would have been a nice touch.
We received a ‘violation’ note from security due to a white hand towel drying on the side of the front balcony which seemed a little extreme. We were there for a family wedding and to relax however
was slightly spoilt as your constantly being watched be it by security, property manager or pool attendants!

Fun spring break
Great location!! The house was clean and had everything we needed including bicycle helmets. Being close to the pool and grassy area right out the back door was nice. Neighborhood and area felt very safe and the owners were very welcoming. We had two families with 5 kids total and we had a great time. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location but needs updating
The management company 30A Escapes was great and very accommodating, the unfortunate part is that we had to use them. One of the beds broke and needed to be repaired; the grill was unusable (rusted out) and needed to be replaced. Toilet paper holders kept falling off and bathroom faucet handle was falling off too. There was some trim and wall damage in another bathroom. Just disappointed in the conditions of the home for the price we paid. Apparently it’s being fully remodeled next week but that was not apparent when I booked the house.
We love the area and will be back but maybe not to this house (depends on the renovations).

Great Location!
So many positives about this home. The location is fantastic as it backs up to the pool and a grassy area the kids can play in. It is so wonderful to be able to see if the pool is busy or closed. The dining room table is large and just perfect for playing games. There is plenty of space inside and out. And it was so fun to have bikes there waiting for us. Also, the tram stop for the beach is practically next door. Really, these are all reasons to stay here. We enjoyed our week and might consider returning.
A few minor things - there is no way to lock the back door so you have to go out the front and then walk around. This problem was solved for us by Wednesday but we do wish we knew ahead of time that we would not be able to lock the back door going to the pool ourselves from outside. The curtains/rod are flimsy in the master and all came down on me one morning as I was trying to open them. It is also nearly impossible to open the door to the upstairs porch. I was never able to do it on my own. The home would be so much nicer if there was not carpet on the stairs and all throughout the upstairs. And the couch in the main area is very uncomfortable with the back pillows ripped at the top.
All in all though, the house was clean and we did not see one bug inside the whole week. Between that and the location the other stuff is minor. If some updates were made, we may rent it multiple times a year. This isn't going to be that house for us but we still may return. You just cannot beat the location. And a big thanks to the cleaning crew as they seemed to do a great job!

House is beautiful. We had a wonderful family vacation, with our children there spouse’s and our 3 grandsons. Ready for our next family vacation.

Pretty beaches ok house
We loved the area there were some problems with the house that never did get resolved which was a bummer. We also had security tell our teenagers on 2 occasions that they could not be outside after 8pm without an adult which we did not know before we stayed there. We did talk to local police who said there was not a cerfew and there was nothing in writing anywhere. They still were told to go inside when out playing soccer after 8 pm. We wouldn’t come back after knowing that as our older kids liked exploring after dark. Our TV never did work in one of our bedrooms even after calling it was never fixed and we had a bunch of light bulbs out that never got replaced. The dishwasher would act up occasionally and internet was spotty at times. The house was big enough for all of us which was great. We also could not hang things outside to dry which was a drag for environmental reasons and there was NO recycling which blew my mind.

It is a good place for families.
Everything was great, good location to the beach and safe place for the children. The only problem related to the clothes dryer which apparently had something left in it from prior guests which left dark spots on clothes.

Perfect family vacation
We were 2 families with 4 kids each- 12 people total. This house was fantastic! Prime location next to the pool, have coffee or wine on the porch while the kids play in the green space. Minutes from the beach and downtown rosemary or alys beach.. plenty of room for everyone to relax. Comfortable beds, updated kitchen- this was a perfect family get away and I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful, spacious home freshly decorated and in a convenient location to to the pool. We went for a girls weekend/bachelorette and had an amazing time! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Great house for a large family including small children
We just got back from our vacation and loved this house. We had 2 adults and 3 small children (1-8 years old).
First of all, the manager was very quick to respond to my questions. There was a summary emailed to me regarding the house, features, and bike rental contract.
The house was clean. My kids loved the bunk beds. There were plenty of bathrooms including one downstairs. The kitchen was beautiful and updated. The adults loved the master which included 2 couches (one had a pullout bed which we didn't realize), desk, and TV. The kids loved that the pool was right in our "back yard." There's a gate that opens to the Seacrest pool and a grassy area for the kids to play. The tram came to pick us up at the front door and took us to the beach. The beach was about a 5-7 minute walk away. The shops were near us with great restaurants.
We would definitely return to this house.

Ideal House and Location for Bachelorette/Girls Trip!
This house was perfect for my Bachelorette weekend! Between the 5 bedrooms there was plenty of room for everyone in our group plus a couple of extra, and the 3 full bathrooms were clutch when we were all getting ready at the same time. There was also ample space for hanging out as a group both indoors and outside on the patio. The kitchen was spacious and had all the conveniences of home with high-end appliances and a large refrigerator. When we were looking for a house to spend the weekend location was at the top of the list; we did not want to worry about driving or having to spend a lot of time walking to the beach. This house provided us with a great location next to the pool, a short walk to the beach, and a few minutes walk to the restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying at this house for a weekend getaway/celebration! Hoping next time to get back for a weeklong trip!

Great place for a Getaway or Bachelorette Weekend
This house was perfect for a bachelorette weekend in Rosemary Beach! It has a great patio overlooking a huge pool and the house fit everyone comfortably. We were able to walk to the beach, local restaurants, and activities and not have to worry about all packing in a car. We were able to lounge around getting ready and had plenty of sleeping room for all of us plus more! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a family getaway to a bachelorette party. Can't wait to go back!!

Great for a girls getaway!
It was the perfect place for our friend's bachelorette weekend! We had a large group of girls, but everyone had their own bed and getting ready was easy with several bathrooms! It's perfectly located right by the pool and just a short walk away from the beach and great restaurants!

Perfect for a Bachlorette Weekend!!
This house was the perfect house for us! We had a group of 8 girls here for the weekend for a Bachelorette and it exceeded our needs and expectations. Not only was there more than enough room for the 8 of us, we could have comfortably had at least 3 or 4 more girls come along. We did not need to drive anywhere, everything we needed was in walking distance with the exception of one grocery store run when we first arrived. Other than that we stayed at the house, around the community and went to the beach. We were even able to walk to our dinner reservation at Havana. Had we stayed more nights, there were a lot of other food and drink spots we would have wanted to check out that were also all walking distance! I would definitely recommend for a weekend trip with the girls, bachelorette, or any other kind of celebration!

The PERFECT girls' weekend in paradise!!!
This is the perfect house for a girls' beach getaway! It comfortably slept 9 adult women (10 if you have a friend that won't mind a top bunk!), 3 very nice bathrooms that we were all able to get ready in, a chef's dream kitchen, and great spaces inside and out for entertaining. You can tell from the moment you walk in the house was recently renovated. In addition to the house itself, there is a beautiful pool mere steps out the back door, and it's centrally located, shops, restaurants, and the beach are within walking distance. We had drinks on the back porch both nights before we walked into town for dinner, you'd swear you were at a resort in the Caribbean! I couldn't get over the weather, in the 80's both days, in NOVEMBER! The only downside is we were there only 2 nights! Next year, I'm booking a week!
